Staybridge Suites Pittsburgh Airport by IHG

We had a first floor suite. Two queen beds. Very comfortable and lots of pillows. Full kitchen. Burners didn’t work. We didn’t make an issue if it. They have 2 gas grills out on the patio (fire pit was nice) and they are available to the quests to use. I would definitely come back. Oh, the breakfast buffet was good. Really good coffee. The comfort of the beds sealed the deal.

I really appreciated the airport shuttle service. Our room was clean. The kitchen could have been outfitted better. A nonstick skillet would have been good. Overall very good.

The pool is permanently closed as of 6/21/2025.

Waited at airport in 15 degrees for the shuttle being hotel express for 45 mins outside. I guess they just fly by if your not outside waiting for them. Probably wont stay with this place until they get a good reliable shuttle bus. Morning shuttle was on time though so that was nice.

I came into town for my graduation. This was literally a perfect stay. Check in was easy and staff were ready and available for my 3am arrival. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and working. The bathroom has Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. The deck outside was nice to sit on a summer night, with the fire pit lit. The staff didn’t bother us at all. Oh and the buffet breakfast was great for complimentary options. Everything was just perfect and we enjoyed our 3 night stay.

The rooms were huge very nice clean , and what stood out most was the staff front desk from morning shift to night shift were amazing went above an beyond . We went out there for a recruitment visit at the university of pittsburgh and we got to the hotel late night kids had a bunch of energy the pool was closed and the lady from the mid shift was finishing up she saw that kids were bored and she didnt have too but she opened the pool at 11:30 pm so the boyz can have an hour there to hang out , that was a plus ,so thank you to that lady an the whole staff our stay was amazing , icing on the cake the breakfast 🙏love it ,thank you again will def stay there again on my next visit .

The room was nice. Comfortable bed and had a fridge, microwave and stove. The pool was permanently closed but we weren't planning to use it. We went to a steelers game and it was about 25 minutes from this hotel.

Oh, this was a last minute booking as we had to change original hotel because original booking was dirty beyond Aguilera. This place was a welcoming stop after a late night drive. Front desk was so great and empathetic to our awful experience just a few minutes prior. We got a double suite and this place will definitely be our choice next time. Has everything you need: stocked kitchen, little living area, and of course nice, clean beds. Bathrooms are new and crisp. Place did not smell. Plus, had pool and gym. Breakfast was enjoyable with eggs, meat, potatoes, a cold bar with yogurt, fruits, cereals, breads and pastries. Hope the attention to cleanliness and service continues. Thank you!

It's always a great experience here but this time the shower wasn't cleaned and hair was everywhere on the walls of the shower before I used it.. ikky... Should have been cleaned everything else was fine

I enjoyed my stay up until the end. I don’t know what exactly happened with the sink in the kitchenette area but on my last morning there cockroaches were coming out of the sink hole. We never ate in the room so I thought that was concerning. We only had used the sink to wash our hands previous days. Besides that incident the room was nice and it was a very lovely stay. I really liked that they offered dove products in the bathroom.

WHile the location was very good, this property had a room taht was assigned to us that did not meet our standards, The room was a suite but was not clean. When we walked in, we had stains on the floor, syrup was spilt. Also we had red stains on the sofa and carpet and was not able to use them. The red stains were either blood or some other condiment like ketchup - all in all quite disgusting. I would like to get some refund or reimbursement from Expedia

Hotel could use some updating. Our beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room didn’t feel super clean. It had a weird smell. The area was decent. Tons of food and stores within walking distance. Very convenient. Overall the stay was fine.

This was an EXCELLENT choice for our little mini getaway vacation to Pittsburgh. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was very spacious and comfortable (even if the mattress was a bit too hard for my liking). The full kitchen and large bathroom made it very homey for our 6 night stay. The breakfast choices were AMAZING and the morning staff was so friendly. We really appreciated the fresh homemade choices they offered - far better than typical hotel breakfast fare. It was clear that these ladies took pride in their work and made the guests feel like family. The location of the hotel was close enough to the city to pop in every day for sightseeing, and close enough to the airport to pick up a family member who joined us mid-stay. Surrounding the hotel was every kind of shopping you could ever need. There was no 'view' to speak of, but the sunsets out our west facing window were beautiful! If the hotel is reading this review - I would recommend a wall shelf for towels over the toilet and a hook for towel/robe next to the shower (to make up for the limited counter space in the otherwise large bathroom). Otherwise, we are very pleased with our stay here and would absolutely choose it again and recommend it to others.

Husband & I enjoyed our stay over all. The staff between daytime and overnight were all pleasant. We took the stairs a lot as there was only 1 elevator and it seemed to operate pretty slowly. Our room was nice. The light switch when you walked into our room didn't work, so we had to manually turn each light on. Not a biggie, but it was strange trying to figure out what those switches were for and definitely took us a minute to get every light turned on. I am not sure if that is the norm or not. We didn't have a need for the kitchen but the coffee pot had some ugly stains in it like it hadn't been cleaned or replaced in awhile. After seeing that, we wouldn't have been comfortable using the kitchen items.There were some minor cleaning misses we noticed like the blinds & picture frames. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The air in our room worked great, though it took us a minute to figure it out because there was both a thermostat and an a/c unit in the room. The bathroom area was nice & clean. We liked the lighting around the sink mirror & the additional body mirror too. The shower worked well and there was plenty of space on the shelves to hold our toiletries. The hair blow dryer in the room needs replaced ASAP! It was old and pretty beaten up. When I turned it on I heard crackling noises and it barely had any pressure. It was not safe for use. We only had 1 tiny 12-inch trash can in the room, that was small, could have use a biggie one or an additional one.

The staff at this place is like staying with a relative. And the food served is homemade and made with care. It’s quintessential Pittsburgh friendly- can’t say enough about the staff….

Management was terrible with no customer service. Already paid for the room had confirmation. Drove four hours down and went to check in and they told my room was cancelled and they were full and that there was nothing they could do. They blamed Expedia but when I reached out to Expedia they said my room was reserved. Management was terrible and within twenty minutes they magically had a room for me.

Friendly staff , good Mexican restaurant in walking distance. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. (We are sound asleep) ! That’s what their sign says ! That is not cool

I loved the service, how accommodating everyone was and the cleanliness of the hotel. They really helped us out when we needed to check in early and leave our baggage at the end of our trip. Will be staying here again for sure! Not too far from the airport or the city either.

There was a team of hockey players and their parents staying on our floor, the kids were out of control. Running up and down the halls hanging on our door at times ranging from 11am to 1145 pm. While this isn't the hotels fault, I spoke to the front desk 3 separate times to express frustration. They asked the parents to keep the kids under control, but it clearly didn't work as this continued for the three days we stayed there. So my only issue with the hotel was lack of action to allow my girlfriend and I a peaceful stay.

Staff were amazing. We had a group of 25 and they accommodated all of our needs. Our room keys were ready when we arrived. Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and the kitchens were a god sent for our group.

Convenient to a lot of shopping, gas and food places, so I really loved the location. Room was pretty nice too with the full kitchen. Close to downtown Pittsburgh too! Definitely will consider staying again next time I’m in the area!

Their was a lot of traffic which made it difficult to exit the property. Everything else about the property was great !!

My wife and I stayed in a queens suite with two young kids and a baby. Good dinning options nearby. Not very walkable.

I liked everything. The location was great, lots of shops, Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, and it was clean!
