Best Western Charleston Inn

The woman doing the front desk check in was like a drill sergeant. There was no smile - no greeting. She was adamant I list my license plate number eventhough I had the make and color and the state of my license plate. I have never had any front desk person be that demanding. But the worst part of our stay was that the shower curtain was comically short which meant absolutely all the water leaked easily onto the floor. You think they could figure that one out. The room was clean - which was good, but it was the bare minimum for our stay.

Very clean extra large room King Bed and sleeper sofa great location

Breakfast was ok, not much to choose from. I did find a roach in my room. Room was decently clean boogers on the walls. Staff was strange somewhat pleasant. Brought my pup, didn't know about the pup fee of $70 Not worth the price at all.

Took 4 times into office to get our room, and had to wait in line each time. Due to room not being ready, ect. Rug in room felt damp, was dirty.

Old property. Poorly maintained. Otherwise clean. Nice staff.
