Charleston Marriott

Our stay was quite comfortable. The hotel grounds and our room was very well-kept. The staff was friendly and the food was great!

Debris in my bath water. Curtains that were not ironed. Very small bathroom. Adjoining room where we could hear a woman speaking and laughing. Certainly wondered about the $499 room charge. We are Bonvoy members and exclusively book Marriott hotels. But we didn’t earn any points for our visit. This just didn’t meet their usual standards. However, the restaurant and bar were excellent, as were the wait staff.

Mattress was terrible! Soft, squeaky. Bathroom was old and small. Paid too much for this room.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area and outdoor lounge area were nice. The room was nice. My only concern was the bathroom. It was small for the room. The shower was small and water flowed out on the floor.

You will need to uber to most things.
