One of the two elevators did not work and another guest told me it had been out of service for a week. This is unacceptable. The one clerk on duty when we checked in and was kurt and not very helpful when ask a question about the property. Room was great, but that was all I found good about the experience.

The hotel is having some work updating it. The pool is not available and the ice machine was not working. Only one elevator is working. They didn’t tell us that when we made the reservation.

Expecting Nice Hampton Inn class got sub Motel 6. Limited parking due to construction remodeling w stage containers around the building. The hotel was taped and covered areas. I was stuck in a Handicapped room with broken wifi when I notified the front desk, she replied no one else has complained and gave me a number to the corporate IT that spent 15 mins investigating and in the end simply telling me that the equipment is broken on the 5th floor and she would have to contact her supervisors and the hotel to resolve, that was at 10:30 pm. Needless to say my work did not get accomplished. The next morning the coffee machine didnt work and i had to play find the working outlet. The shower designed for wheelchairs spread water all over bathroom floor. Bottom line for the price i paid i was ripped off. Too many nicer places in the area or a lot less expensive to get same service i received. Will make me think twice staying at any Hampton Inn but never here again.

I liked that the let me have a late checkout. The pool was very dirty and had no towels. I went to the front to get some and she said she didnt have any then other guy went in the back and said they did, she seemed reluctant to give us any. Bathrooms dont have fans so have fun smelling everyones bathroom time. Im now at the hampton in Richardson, much better!

Staff was amazing!!! Hotel was nice. Loved that it was right by the outlet! Only negative was some kid got sick in the pool and it was closed, which was not anyone’s fault, just bummed we couldn’t swim!

Stayed here to enjoy the indoor pool in case of bad weather or extreme heat in the area during my July visit to the grandkids. The pool water was cooler than the outdoor pools in the area, and that made it refreshing and enjoyable for everyone. Property was in the middle of a remodel but that did not hamper our visit at all. Very nice staff, decent breakfast & enjoyable stay.

Our stay was wonderful! We pulled into Allen bone tired, and the hotel was great. The room was spotless, and the little touches were wonderful. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I had no problems, even with my back issues. The breakfast was yummy as well!

In the room itself, the pulldown privacy shade did not go all the way down leaving our window gap open a good 6 inches or so - not only is there a privacy issue, but in the morning the sun was beaming through. Both the solid shade & sheer layered shade was locked in place, seemingly designed/engineered as such so it could not be raised or lowered to see outside at all beyond the gap near the bottom.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Very friendly and pleasant to speak with. The breakfast was standard but the room was very large and comfortable. I had a room next to the elevator and I didn't hear a thing to break my sleep. That's always a plus

Clean as could be. Bed was awful. May I say it was the worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. It should have been replaced years ago. No matter how you try both will end up in the middle of bed. Overly soft bed, absolutely no support. Front desk people were absolutely wonderful, welcoming and engaged. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about. We avoided Hampton for the last 5 plus years due to bed issues. At 73 probably will never see your place of business ever again.

The staff is always very nice.Ben really atands out with the hospitality. He is on point with recommendations and solutions. He could answer all my questions and he made me and my sons feel at home especially on Christmas when we didnt have anyone else.

The hotel on its own is great and is a great location to access the outlet shopping, as it's right across the road. But the lady who does check-in at night is super rude and has major attitude issue, you can clearly tell she did not want to be there and if that's the case she really needs to go find a different job to do because her behaviour really was unacceptable. The breakfast was average and I would avoid it as it made me sick for 2 days food poisoning, I think it was the fruit.

I had a problem with the reservation, but the AST. Manager Ezben Gerardo was great in fixing the problem. Very polite & professional. He turned something very disturbing into a most enjoyable evening. This guy needs a raise!!

This property was very nice and close to shipping and restaurants, the breakfasts was decent although I had to ask them to fill the waffle batter and i had to ask the frint desk to fill the coffee. The mattress was old oabd the chair in the room was uncomfortable. Also they never came to pick up oir garbage or replace what we used as fa as toiletries.
