the staff is very helpful, professional and courteous, and customer service friendly. I like that they had a washer and dryer on site but it cost too much for travelers to waste money on one load at a time to wash and dry clothing. Smokers rooms really need deep cleaning- bedding, tissue needs to be exchanged if they are going to allow smoking in the rooms. Breakfast could be a lot better-less carbs and more energy and healthy foods needs to be set out.

I made my reservation several days before and when I arrived to check in, the room they gave me was not ready, it was open and dirty, the manager told me wait for the beds to be made for you, I actually entered the room at 3: 48 and I finished making the beds, he told me that everything was clean and it was not like that, the bathroom was dirty, the sink, the fridge and the microwave, I thank the girl from the front desk who came up and tried to do her best . The pool is closed with green water, they have to improve cleaning the rooms

Brenda was very friendly and helpful. She got us pool towels and recommended a delicious restaurant for our dinner. The only issue was the bed in room #104 had a problem. The bedframe at the foot of the bed was noisy. Other than that, our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

Room was clean. Stains on carpet and sheets was about it. AC worked great and the room was all they said it would be. Property is being worked on and there is old furniture all in the back that takes away from guest parking. Great location however!

The bed comfortable.. clean room. Bathroom needs some major TLC.. bath tub was actually peeling top coat off.. the bathroom door had a hole, looks like someone punched it. Don’t go to this motel for the pool. The front desk said the pool was open, but the locks were on the gate so I asked could they unlock it. That was never done. Then we waited for the next day to swim the pool was green. Poor maintenance or manager.. Not going back

They are still renovating. The rooms are done per se but not all the blinds/curtains might be up. I would recommend a room not facing the direction of the interstate. There is a big red sign that if the curtains don't black that out you will be lit all night. The breakfast is still limited due to I am not sure. Coffee is gone at the end of breakfast service which was a bit odd. But on the whole the experience was good the bed new and clean. The room nice. Alexandria is not but to look at but we felt safe and it was more that worth the price.

Everyone is nice , location convient and price is good for value I just wish they had some more vending machines on the premises other than just a Coke machine because once the restaurants closed it's kind of inconvenient to have to walk all the way to a store but other than that absolutely no complaints everyone has been so nice and helpful the rooms are clean and the location is perfect so I'm happy I do recommend this location

The toilet handle was broken and water was seeping out under it. The tub was painted and actively peeling. The shower head was so old and damaged. I actually had to work on it to get anything worth showering with. Very disappointed !!

100 dollar deposit all the years I have traveled never,never has to put a deposit on the room I was offended alot and demoralized The people the check before me given dirty or occupied rooms The room I was given smelled like smoke strongly, 5 to 6 cigarettes bud were on the front door mat Floors were not clean Bathroom had red ? pieces on the floor by the door toilet seat was sticky had the clean it and it's old need to be replaced no safety bars for the tub to enter or exit Will say the staff were polite and willing ti listen A/C and hot water was great

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn through Expedia, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I knew I couldn’t stay there. The room had a terrible smell, and the bathtub was in awful condition—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one I paid for. Within less than five minutes of seeing the room, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for either Expedia or the hotel to process it. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend booking this property to anyone. Most horrible experience. I normally stay at Choice hotels across many states and this was my first bad experience. They advertise hot breakfast on the website and even in the dining area, see pic. But there were no eggs or sausage or gravy and biscuits, etc., like there is at other Quality Inns that I have stayed at. Even the employee said that he stayed at other hotels which had it but he’s been here seven months and they never had hot food. Housekeeping went in my room before I even checked out and left the door open with my stuff still inside. When I returned, no one was around and the door was left open. Another employee would always stay on the stairs and wouldn’t even move when I needed room to carry my luggage up. She would just sit there smoking all day. When I tried to call the manager, he told the employee to tell me to just put a bad review.

It was quiet for the most part, but its but the highway so traffic is busy. I did not like the fact that housekeeping comes into your room when you are not there. If I don't request housekeeping, I would prefer them not enter. I was still sleeping around 9:30(checkout is at 11) and someone(housekeeping) just walked into my room. They didn't knock or anything just walked in. This is not okay I could have been naked amongst other things. During checkout they called on the walkie-talkie for someone to check the room so I could get my deposit back and they stated there was only one set of towels. I told the receptionist when they came into my room yesterday when i wasn't there and took the dirty towels no one ever came back with another set. I was uncomfortable with the fact anyone could just walk into your room.

This was a room that was reserved for family coming in for graduation. From the start the services was horrendous!! The front desk client was extremely rude. She was absolutely not helpful at all. We asked dor a late checkout but she said it was not going to happen because they didn't have enough housekeepers. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again. On top of that the shower was clogged and we couldn't get anyone to help unclog it. But another hotel clerk did come around banging on the door to remind us about check out.
This was a room that was reserved for family coming in for graduation. From the start the services was horrendous!! The front desk client was extremely rude. She was absolutely not helpful at all. We asked dor a late checkout but she said it was not going to happen because they didn't have enough housekeepers. Needless to say we will never be staying at this hotel again. On top of that the shower was clogged and we couldn't get anyone to help unclog it. But another hotel clerk did come around banging on the door to remind us about check out.

This Quality Inn is a very nice, clean place to stay. Check-in was quick and easy; the evening and morning staffs were cordial and friendly! There is a very good restaurant across the parking lot; and there are many more within just a few blocks. I will stay here again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient located. Close two two different restaurants offering a variety of food the hotel was very clean and the staff was great the only complaint I have is that when I checked in a little over a week ago which I have been here over a week I was told that I would be able to eventually move to the jacuzzi room

They are still renovating. The rooms are done per se but not all the blinds/curtains might be up. I would recommend a room not facing the direction of the interstate. There is a big red sign that if the curtains don't black that out you will be lit all night. The breakfast is still limited due to I am not sure. Coffee is gone at the end of breakfast service which was a bit odd. But on the whole the experience was good the bed new and clean. The room nice. Alexandria is not but to look at but we felt safe and it was more that worth the price.

Everyone is nice , location convient and price is good for value I just wish they had some more vending machines on the premises other than just a Coke machine because once the restaurants closed it's kind of inconvenient to have to walk all the way to a store but other than that absolutely no complaints everyone has been so nice and helpful the rooms are clean and the location is perfect so I'm happy I do recommend this location

Most horrible experience. I normally stay at Choice hotels across many states and this was my first bad experience. They advertise hot breakfast on the website and even in the dining area, see pic. But there were no eggs or sausage or gravy and biscuits, etc., like there is at other Quality Inns that I have stayed at. Even the employee said that he stayed at other hotels which had it but he’s been here seven months and they never had hot food. Housekeeping went in my room before I even checked out and left the door open with my stuff still inside. When I returned, no one was around and the door was left open. Another employee would always stay on the stairs and wouldn’t even move when I needed room to carry my luggage up. She would just sit there smoking all day. When I tried to call the manager, he told the employee to tell me to just put a bad review.

Well they didn't keep a fresh stock of coffee or they didn't have decaf coffee they didn't keep a bunch of yogurt or fresh fruit and when we complained that the coffee pot in our room did not work they did nothing about it and we asked him not to clean the room and they ignored us
