If your looking for drugs or a prostitute this is the place to go. There was a used condom floating in the pool along with a syringe. This is not a place to take your family. The building is run down with trash piled up everywhere. When dealing with the staff, you cant understand them and they hid behind lock doors. Nothing good can be said about this motel. We left and found another place to stay

The room was very dirty and stunk. Towels and sheets were stained. We booked a non smoking room and our room still smelled like cigarette smoke and did not have a smoke detector so I’m sure previous tenants had smoked in it. We had to go to the store and get candles and that still did not mask the smell.

It was so bad. The walls were thin, there were roaches in my shower, rust on the hangers, the shower knob was not attached. I had to Jerry rig it just to use it. A couple in a screaming fight woke me up at 630am right outside my door. People looked like they were living at the hotel. There were Halloween decorations and pumpkins in the window.

Room looked like it was straight from the ghetto. Patches all over the walls the shower faucet was broke off so couldnt use it. The shower had ceiling tiles screwed on the wall instead of anything water resistant. Mold all over the ceiling and fridge looked like it had been run over! Also the hotel just didnt seem safe at all especially with kids! If your traveling with your family definitely chose anywhere else. Most the people here are living there so very trashy!

The staff was nice, the room was fairly clean. The bed could have used a better spread, the one on it was thin as a table cloth. The room I was in had a major lighting issue. Either all lights are on or they're all off. If you wanted to just use the bathroom light, too bad, they all come on. No lamp in the room, just those bright ass lights that are all or none.

The room was okay, holes in bedspread and the room was an old room. Last time I stayed here, I was in one of the newly built/renovated section of this Budget Inn. Overall, my stay here was nice.

AC didn’t run high at all or cold, refrigerator did not work, microwave did not work… oops my bad, they might have but we couldn’t find out since none of the OUTLETS worked (yes we did check the GFCI bathroom one, reset and checked again). Horrible place don’t bother.

Bed and that area were fine. Appliances worked. Accessible shower bad water pressure even after staff tried to fix. Bathroom had some organic dirt on areas on the walls and floor corners pretty dirty. Good price but...

BEWARE! I arrived to check in to a non smoking room that was booked specifically as non smoking and the receptionist tried to upcharge me ninety five for a non smoking room, then tried to reduce that upcharge to fifty when I refused to hand over an extra ninety five for what was already reserved and paid for beforehand. According to the receptionist there was no manager available to speak with as the hotel is owned by someone who resides outside of the USA. Property grounds were not maintained, lots of people loitering around and asking for money in the parking lot. I wound up leaving and driving 8 hours back home that evening vice staying. I stay in hotels across the USA 156 to 208 nights a year and that was by far the worst in over two years I've been to and may very well be the worst all together...

First room i was given smelled like cigarettes and mold. Asked politely to be given another room (i got there right at check in time and told him i could wait for another cleaner room if available). I was told that if i wanted another room it would be $20 extra. I told him no and asked politely again to change room. After 10 minutes he complained and gave me a different room that wasnt bad. The property is very sketchy, but i expected that. The room i finally settled into was an average bad motel room, but the experience of being yelled at for asking for a room that didnt smell like cigarettes was below expectations even for a bad motel.

They man at the front desk was rude he always gave us room 141 and the barely lock the cover on the bed is so nasty alot of holes and stains the refrigerator wasn't clean he didn't care about people upstairs making noise all the way up til 9am he tried to get is to pay him $100 in cash for deposit cause i was always booking the room online on min he charger 50 n then next day 55 he only ask certain people for a deposit i notice that

I told them my tv was not working and they said they would send someone to fix. Never happened and when I told front desk guy he just shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know what to tell you. Very rude!!! The other guest were shouting and fighting and when I told another gentleman that I would not give him a ride anywhere I was screamed at and called names. I use to be a manager at a hotel and if I could put no stars I would do that. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would not recommend it to anyone. Pay a little extra and get a better place. If you are going to end up paying that anyways, go somewhere where the service is friendly and you get your money’s worth.

The room had no heat, brought a electric heater that stopped after a hour, we asked for another room and was denied. The staff was rude and ugly. I will not let anyone else go through what i did. I stayed there two nights. Will never go back.

Im confused as to who has been writing the reviews for this motel. We were concerned to pull up in the parking lot and find people just loitering around. I don't want to sound judgemental but it essentially looked like a crack hotel. It offers low cost weekly and monthly rental. The manager was very friendly and advised us to let him know any time if we had any concerns. We made it to the room and within 15 minutes had some guy knocking on the door, only to say "Sorry. My friend rented this room last". It was a bit strange. The room was semi clean, but was still grotty with dirt and hair pins around the floor in the corners. We did manage to get a decent night sleep with no interruptions though. End of the day, you get what you pay for, and it was cheap. Police told us not to walk in the area as there are a lot of homeless and drug affected people around here.

There were roaches everywhere The pictures did not match the property at all there were people smoking crack on the stairs this doubles as a apartment complex for destitute people obviously

When we first pulled up before we even could park right past the office some guy asked us if we were looking to get some drugs and before that day's end we had 3 more people come up to us asking us the same thing. I had my 16 year old child with us. Then no one ever came by the room to see if we needed towels or toilet paper the whole time we were there. Then we had to leave 2 days early due to a family emergency and they wouldn't reimburse us for the other days we weren't going to be there. Then our tub started leaking down stairs.

I used to stay here years ago when it was Motel 6. It has really gone down since then. There were homeless people and drug addicts all around. I do not recommend this place.
