They have bed bugs! I got bit staying there at least 30 bites on my back side and took off the sheets and the mattress cover was disgusting!! We took pictures of all of it. Staff didn't care. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana day in and out. Vending machines broken. Burn holes in the rooms on the covers and floors. Do not stay here they will not do anything for you. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage biscuits were not just cold but still frozen. Juice was empty majority of the time. If you don't want anything going missing from your room or people listening at your door or peeking through your peep hole don't stay here!! We had to borrow the vacuum because the floors were disgusting and didn't trust the staff to be in there so we had to do it ourselves. Mold in the coffee pot in the room. Just the most horrible experience. My husband got an infection on his leg after getting in the pool also and had to go to doctor to get antibiotics. If you're looking for a safe decent place to stay it's not this hotel.

First the pillow was dirty and stained then I went to get in the bed and found a bug in the bed not sure what kind . If it wasn’t so late, we would leave and drive home or find another hotel but it is late personally I would not recommend this hotel. Very outdated and it doesn’t feel clean in the rooms. I am very disappointed, but it is very convenient right off the interstate. Michelle

Needed a placed to crash for one night while passing through. The hotel is trying to be better, but it is what you pay for. The room was clean and staff was nice. New comforters and sheets are needed. I needed a cheap comfortable, safe spot to sleep for one night, and that is exactly what I got! I would do it again if need to.

There was a bag over the smoke detector. I pulled the curtains back and the window was full of cobwebs, dust, and dirt. The fitted sheet was flipped inside out on the bed, more than likely because it was dirty and unchanged. The table and tv stand were dirty as well. I asked the front desk for bleach so I could clean myself, given I had driven 7 hours and everything else in town was booked. The best thing about the property was the desk staff with blue hair who was nice enough to cancel my reservation and greet me with kindness and a smile. She also apologized for the condition of the room. The night before there was a couple complaining of gnats in their room.

Front desk is amazing. The ac not being on upon arrival is seriously not a great idea took u til 2am to finally cool off. I’m pregnant and seriously did not fair well. I have never experienced this in Louisiana.

We paid almost $200 for one night in this horrid hotel. The handheld shower head was broken. The doors were broken and difficult to open and close, we had to slam them to get them to close. The continental breakfast was gross except for the waffles, they were good. When we were leaving the cleaning lady was walking down the hall yelling and complaining about something. The walls are super thin and the boys next to us kept us awake all night by yelling and running around. The beds were hard as rocks. Needless to say it was definitely not worth what we paid and this place should be condemned.

Honestly, I decided on this hotel based off good reviews and I was quite disappointed. I’ll say first off the positive, which was, the front desk receptionist was very nice, bed was very comfortable, and I slept pretty well! Also, the coffee maker which looks nice and new didn’t work. So I rarely give poor reviews but considering the reviews it has that makes this place seem great, it’s definitely one of the worst I’ve stayed at in a long time.

They messed up the rooms, gave me keys to someone else’s room, then took 40 minutes to fix the mistake waiting for someone to exit the bathroom, since the lady who just came on shift didn’t want to fix anything since they were over booked, couldn’t eat breakfast it was taken over by foreign soldiers who were not so friendly, Beds were awful, one had a spring that poked you all night and if you turned over made the loudest noises

The hotel was okay. When coming in to the hotel, the front desk staff may be outside to greet you while they’re taking a smoke break or riding scooters upon your arrival. **One thing to note when staying there…THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. I had extra luggage, so the man that worked at the front desk was nice enough to assist me getting my luggage to the second floor. Also, when staying a second night your key to your room may not work. So, if you’re one of the lucky ones on the second floor with a couple of groceries and you decide not to leave them at room door, then take them with you back downstairs to the front desk so your room keys can be reactivated. When standing in line, this apparently happened to another person ahead of us.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The mini fridge kept things nice and cold. There were plenty of towels and I felt the room was safe and secure. There were many convenient gas stations and fast food options within walking distance.

I wish I could submit pictures so you would see. First the room was filthy I found used eyelashes on the bedside table. Condom wrappers in the bathroom. And when I reported it to the front desk they said they would get housekeeping and housekeeping never came. I was there for two nights never had my room cleaned or towels changed. There is a railroad track that runs on long to side of this hotel with trains blowing their horn all day and all night. Will never stay there again.

It was a nice, inexpensive stop halfway to our destination. Was a clean room, friendly staff. Had a nice little cold breakfast area, cereal, yogurt, muffins, sausage biscuits, also a waffle iron to make your own waffle. I was sad that the juice machine was not working but there was coffee and milk.

wasn't great, wasn't bad at all, decent little spot. price was great. breakfast was good, better than just wrapped muffins but not a full banquet or anything (didn't expect one) For a 3 star average, it's a good place.

We paid almost $200 for one night in this horrid hotel. The handheld shower head was broken. The doors were broken and difficult to open and close, we had to slam them to get them to close. The continental breakfast was gross except for the waffles, they were good. When we were leaving the cleaning lady was walking down the hall yelling and complaining about something. The walls are super thin and the boys next to us kept us awake all night by yelling and running around. The beds were hard as rocks. Needless to say it was definitely not worth what we paid and this place should be condemned.

They messed up the rooms, gave me keys to someone else’s room, then took 40 minutes to fix the mistake waiting for someone to exit the bathroom, since the lady who just came on shift didn’t want to fix anything since they were over booked, couldn’t eat breakfast it was taken over by foreign soldiers who were not so friendly, Beds were awful, one had a spring that poked you all night and if you turned over made the loudest noises

They have bed bugs! I got bit staying there at least 30 bites on my back side and took off the sheets and the mattress cover was disgusting!! We took pictures of all of it. Staff didn't care. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana day in and out. Vending machines broken. Burn holes in the rooms on the covers and floors. Do not stay here they will not do anything for you. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage biscuits were not just cold but still frozen. Juice was empty majority of the time. If you don't want anything going missing from your room or people listening at your door or peeking through your peep hole don't stay here!! We had to borrow the vacuum because the floors were disgusting and didn't trust the staff to be in there so we had to do it ourselves. Mold in the coffee pot in the room. Just the most horrible experience. My husband got an infection on his leg after getting in the pool also and had to go to doctor to get antibiotics. If you're looking for a safe decent place to stay it's not this hotel.

The top lock was broken off of door, there was no do not disturb sign in room, no clock / alarm in room, the channels on room guide there no where near the real channels on tv, the toilet was burn inside and i had to go get plunger 3 times to unstop it each day, when i told front desk they handed me a plunger, the breakfast was only cereal, a apple, toast, oatmeal package, cold mini cinnamon roll and cold very mini tiny bagel with a cold tiny sausage inside, no eggs, no biscuits, no gravy, no waffles or pancakes, no bacon, no oranges like other hotels, good thing it was next to Cracker Barrel. Very thin walls i heard the neighbors entire conversation every night. The worse thing about it, there was no elevator, had to walk up and down the stairs with my rheumatoid arthritis because i booked 2nd floor online and had no idea there was no elevator, the stairs was very stained, my daughters comforter had big spot on top of it, microwave was not clean.

I will give the caveat that the whole hotel does reek of pot smoke and the lock on the exterior door to the second floor hallway is broken, so it doesn’t actually lock, but those things didn’t effect the stay overall.
