One of our members had to leave one day early and checked out with the front desk. I called to make sure we were refunded. They said no because it was through a third party. I called the third party and told them that the staff at Quality did not know how to refund. The third party called them to help and the manager told them that the credit is denied because I had already paid. In other words I guess since they already had my money, they were not going to give any of it back no matter what. My company is looking to book 3 nights a week for 4-9 staff members for the next 6 weeks. It will absolutely not be here

I hardly had any interaction with staff so no need to comment on that. The television could show only one channel, regardless of trying everything with the two remote controls on hand. I don't know if there was any breakfast provided, I only got a cup cake and coffee. Parking is not bad but there is only one way in and same way out. That could be safety concern.
