Staff-excellent Room-nice Parking-thumbs up Cleanliness- very good Red Flag!!!!! Elevator-….. uh what elevator? No elevator!!! Please alert potential guests of the absence on an elevator. My wife recently had knee replacement surgery and struggled with the stairs.

Several maintenance issues but important functions were good. I would stay again. Room was clean but had some rough areas. Beds were very good and place was clean. Pillows and towels were medium quality with some new mixed in. Hot water and pressure were very good. Breakfast did not include my favorites and was just ok. For the price difference, I will definitely stay again.

I have been on the road for 10 days, staying in a variety of hotels and houses, and this one was by far the most expensive, and unfortunately the least clean. The shower and sink were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the sheets were stained. The thing that bothered me the most, (and this may not affect everyone) was that the thick curtains are only decorative, and cannot be drawn closed. I am used to sleeping in near total darkness, and the city lights outside the windows kept me up most of the night, resulting in the worst sleep I've had on the trip. The only saving grace is that the staff was extremely friendly, so that was nice. Every other place I've been to on this trip has been wonderful, and I've rated them well, but my friend and i agreed this hotel was rather disappointing.

Very unhappy with this experience. Smell of hotel is stale and musty. Bathroom shower tiles have dark mildew stains in grout. Plumbing makes horrible noises. Uneven walls with unpainted patches. Woke up with bug bites on my legs. Beyond puzzled how this hotel is rated 8/10. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was comfy and very clean. Kind of older, but in good shape. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was good enough for us, eggs tasted good and the waffles were great! Pillows were not comfortable and the shampoo and conditioner were not good either! Other than that it was good.

Farmington is a small town in NW NM; so not much to say location-wise, other than that the hotel is situated near the main east-west highway and right across from the Riverwalk - a nice, shady boardwalk along the San Juan river with parks and play areas. The room was very spacious. Bathroom was OK. The room furniture, carpets and bathroom fixtures were starting to show signs of age. The free breakfast was fine, but pretty bare-bones. The hotel staff were courteous at check-in/check-out. There are a few dining options nearby - Denny's and Village Inn are right across the street. Overall, it is a fine hotel. Nothing outstanding, but does its job.

This a smaller, older property but it worked well for our overnight stay while road-tripping. What it lacks in new updates it way made up for in water pressure. Most satisfying shower we’ve had in weeks!!!

The building is older but the beds and water pressure was amazing. Only two floors and the hallways are extra patted so you can't hear ppl. Breakfast was a good.

There many tjings wrong in the room. Some plugs dont work well with some equipment plugs. The chair was pushed under the desk, had to find a way to take it out from under. The doors squeaked, sink faucet leaks and the toilet is leaking too. The bed was uncomfortable, older and lost support.

We couldn't get maid service. Every day we had to go and beg for clean towels. The front desk staff would mumble an apology and promise us that it wouldn't happen again and it happened everyday that we were there.

Front desk people are very nice, so is breakfast kitchen people. Room is clean, and housekeeping service is exceptional good. They also provide coffee all day long, as well as iced lemon water. This time, we stayed 4 nights, feel very relaxed after whole day long hiking.

Do not forget your belongings at this hotel, you will never get them back. I left a nightgown of great sentimental value behind during a stay. I called the hotel the next day. The clerk told me it was in lost and found and said they will send it back to me. Weeks later, nothing happened. I called and left messages. I even got corporate Choice Hotels involved, but because the hotels are independently owned, they could do nothing. I wrote personally to the manager Chrissie and she never bothered to reply. I called again and the clerk told me he will discuss it with Chrissie and call me back the next morning. He never did. All this effort to get my property back amounted to nothing. Stay away if you value your belongings.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The sheets and towels were super clean. The building could use a facelift as there were some issues with the blinds. But overall the room was very clean. The staff were very, very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the surrounding area was a little sketchy, definitely not a safe area to walk alone.

We liked the common area inside. The dog walk area was unkempt with a lot of stickers that tracked into the room. The window would not tightly seal, and we had front row seats to a drunken ruckus on the street just outside.in the middle of the night.

The property is just okay. It is definitely in need of some upgrades. It is definitely an older hotel. It waa fine for our needs, just a single night before continuing on with our journey. Its just 'okay'. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay. I sid appreciate the green chile for my eggs!!
