Limited amenities, but if you just need a place to crash, worth the price.

It was nice for the price. Breakfast was good. The biggest problem was that there was no elevator. A bit difficult for an elderly person to climb three flights.

It is worth the money They are working on property . No Ice machine.

Our bikes were removed and nearly stolen off our bike rack. If not for having a locking cable they would have been. The motel was surrounded by people hanging out around the building. In the morning upon our departure there was an altercation of people leaving the motel.

No elevator

I checked in and was really excited to get to my room then I Realized they don’t have an Elevator so I went up the stairs got to my room opened the door and got a big boost of humidity the room was so hot it felt like a sauna or sweat lodge so I opened the door the room was still really messy and the air conditioning didn’t work but the bed and everything else was ok but I can tell the property manager don’t keep up with the facility before I left the next day the alarm went off for no reason at all it was a high pitch beep that lasted a few minutes all and all I would say I rate my experience at Roseau inn in Farmington NM a 5 out of 10 at least the beds were clean and neat that’s why I gave it a 5

The front entrance is under construction so you have to go to the other side to check. Continental breakfast could use a little work by possibly adding some fruit or yogurt. Clean rooms though.Would stay again.

Open parking lot, your vehicle is not safe from vandalism or robbery!

We checked in at 7pm, there internet was out, and they had to keep my drivers license till it came back on. Then we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and had to lug up our luggage to our room. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and they had cockroaches. Never stay there again.

This place was a dump, but only thing we found with vacancy as we were traveling through town. Outside parking lot was sketchy. No elevator. Rooms didn't look like the photos advertised online—felt like decades since last updated. Bathroom sink/counter was held up with shelving brackets. Shower and sink were stained. In huge need of renovations. Will never stay at another Roadway Inn.

Parking was very awful and The rooms were awful and terrible and disgusting. BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!

I haven't ask to preview a room in a LONG time, but as soon as we walked in I knew I needed to. Fortunately, I had paid the extra $10 in case I needed to cancel my reservation. Food on the floor of the hallway, unclean everywhere, room on 1st floor was 1/2 basement/dark, etc, etc.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. Property furniture was outdated. The overall condition of the property was very dirty. Breakfast was not very good, only had coffee, orange juice, cereal, toast and waffles. Hallway carpets were extremely dirty and worn out. The non-smoking room I had smelled of cigarettes and there was cigarette burns on the counter tops of the furniture and bathroom sink. The glass in the window in my room was cracked and had tape over it.

Dried liquids on both headboards, mini fridge was rusted, outdated and dirty, microwave dirty and outdated, chair had hair stuck between crevasses, dried gooey base boards with old hair seen throughout base boards, everything dirty and outdated as well as a $100 deposit fee despite the all around dirtiness and stench of this place. Carpet in hallway was very dirty and stained. Mouth marks on windows. Front Desk employee seemed a little on the slow side. Hindi owned so it did have a genuine disgustingness with not improving their property, old curtains, sheets, comforters, mini fridge, office chair had holes in it along with hair stuck between crevasses. Very disappointing and run down yet they will take your $100 for deposit as if their property isn't already in shambles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Room wasn't all that clean. Room service didn't clean the room other than replaced toilet paper and tissue. Beds weren't even made. Pillows where extremely dirty, had to use my own shirt as a pillow case till following day to purchase my own.

The staff was friendly and upbeat but the property is in need of maintenance and deep cleaning.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! I chose this property because of the price. Big mistake! The room was overall disgusting. The shower was stained and didn’t look clean at all. The pillows smelled like vomit. The window did not lock or close all the way, so there was a wind tunnel effect all night. The floor panels were coming undone. I couldn’t even walk barefoot in the room. Glad I was only there for one night and didn’t need to use the shower.

I stay in close to 200 motel rooms a year and this was the dirtiest room I had ever seen. Feces smudged on wall next to toilet. Dust covering everything. The floor was disgusting in the restroom. Hair in the tub. The pictures offered online are NOT from this hotel. Nope.

The room wasn’t cleaned the carpet was filthy. They expected us to stay in the bed that wasn’t change from the previous guest. It is against health department laws to rent a room in that condition.

Smell of cegar in the nonsmoking room. Microwave is dirty and slightly broken but functional. Wi-Fi is slow and disconnected so frequently. Bed is good. Wall is thin but fortunately quiet people around my room. Room is nicely warm.

Older hotel. Fixtures need to be updated,ASAP! Request a king bed, but was given a double bed. Room smelled like smoke for a non-smoking room.

Our room was very run down

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner and WiFi didn't work. It was in the 30s outside but the room was boiling. There was an air conditioner but it only cooled.the TV and dresser. I finally had to open a window to get some much needed air. The front desk gave me a WiFi password but neither of the Roadway options required a password or provided Internet access.

building under construction; poorly maintained; bathroom in terrible condition; carpets in hall, filthy; floor broken next to bed; windows cracked/dirty; everything but beds and tv need updating/replacement. Bed linens and towels, OK; bed comfortable. All this for $200... customer should get a refund!

The bed was hard. The remote did not work, but mostly just use it to sleep to be there to see my kids so it was OK I guess.

Room Smelled of body sweat. but sheets were clean. Lots of noise throughout the night. The lady at the reception desk was courteous. Would not want to stay there again.

I mean you get what you pay for. The room was $76 total for two double beds. We stayed in room 247. When we walked in the room was stuffy and smelt like sewage. So we turned on the AC which was SUPER loud and cracked the window which literally had a crack on the glass. The sewage smell was coming out of the toilet. During our stay I told my family to please not walk on the floor barefooted. The floor was vinyl material so no carpet. But didn’t want to take chances. It seemed to be clean but who knows if it was properly mopped. And this feeling of not knowing if the floor was properly cleaned came from the floors outside the room in the hallway. Which was filthy with so much debris it seemed that they haven’t vacuumed the carpet in days. During the night there was a party going on in the parking lot behind the motel. I don’t think those awesome party goers went inside until the sun was about to rise. We ended up closing the window which blocked out some noise. And then of course the super noisy AC helped to block out the rest of the parties noise. Breakfast was mediocre, with cold cerels, some sandwich bags of sliced store bought bread and a waffle maker. Plus, milk, orange juice and coffee. If you’re looking for a place to go to sleep then this is the place for you!

This place was horrible. We showed up with another hour to go for their policy to check into our hotel and they refused to let us and it was the middle of the night and we couldn't check in anywhere else. The night auditor was extremely rude and upon contacting hotels.com to try to fix the situation he then lied to hotels.com. well talking to a representative we still had over half an hour left before their end of check-in time as stated for their policy and a still refused to let us check in and kept our money

Excellent service

Wrong day was picked to stay and the staff would not help to refund for a different night. I called just to make sure they did not have any rooms available and the person I talked to said yes, got there after already driving for 12 hours and there was NO ROOM. I was not the only person that had the same experience.

No service at all. The front desk has no concern of the guests' needs at all. We booked and paid online for 4-night stay, and checked in at 3 PM. We had to wait by the room for the house keeping to complete her work for about 10 minutes. The front desk did not even bother to tell us that the room was not ready that we may need to wait a little. The night shift clerk had a very bad attitude when we reported the very loud, strange and constant noise from upstairs at 11:15 pm. We told him that the noise had started at about 7 pm. The floor was sandy even after we saw the maid mopped it. The window had a big crack diagonally from corner to corner. The phone had a wrong room # on it; when we used it to called the front desk, it just rang and rang and never got an answer. The hair dryer did'n work. One of the light switch on the night stand lamp (has 2 bulbs) did not work. We reported all those to the front desk just for the info and their future repair need; he showed no interest at all. We didn't need daily room service at all just to be Eco-friendly; but when we requested some more shampoo, the front desk replied that he had none for 2 days. We asked for more trash bags, he gave us ice bucket bags; so we didn't bother with them anymore and just used the grocery bags. There was a police car parked in the middle of the parking lot for a very long time on the 2nd day; a fire truck and EMS people on the 3rd day of stay. We didn't bother to eat the free continental breakfast.

Good customer service

Check in was supposed to be 2:00. We didn’t get there until 4:00 and our room wasn’t even ready. After driving 7+ hours we were ready to crash but had to wait another 45 minutes for them to clean our room. Very disappointed in this stay. .

Room never got service, and asked for clean towels for days with no response. Rude service, old hotel way behind on upkeep, no decent amenities. Not recommended.

I booked this hotel on-line sight unseen. I'm a guy that doesn't like to pay lots of money just to sleep and shower so I was looking for a good value and this looked like that kind of place. But it was far less. When I pulled-up I noticed many of the windows open with screens missing. There was someone working on their car in the parking lot. The guy at the front desk was nice enough but did not dress or act like the person you expect to see at a national franchise like Rodeway. It looked to me like the place was more of a low-end apartment complex with short term rentals. I choose to forfeit the money a paid for the night and stay across the street at another economy chain.

The toilet would not flush, the room was disgusting. And i was approached by prostitute on my first day there. This is a very unsafe hotel

Not a good area. The police were hauling a guy out when we arrived. The lobby and corridors were dirty. This is an old hotel in desperate need of complete renovation. The night staff at check in were accommodating. The morning staff was not attentive at all.

Old carpet. Amateur installation of moldings and caulking. Property feels creepy. Employee we dealt with was perfectly pleasant and helpful

It was not clean I also felt unsafe.

Our room door had no extra chain lock on the door. The bed was like concrete. It was need of some updating. The area was a little sketchy. We were there only 1 night and made the best of it.

it was ok for a night sleep. It looked like a half way house. Smelled like some one was cooking. Had a bed, bathroom and TV, which is all we needed. Loud noises through out the night which kept our dog up and barking.

Online pictures were nothing like the actual room condition. Hallway leading to rooms reeked of cannabis and cigarettes. However inside the room the beds were comfortable and clean.
