Clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly. Loved the laundry facility- we didn’t pack enough cool weather items- so that was very helpful to do a load of laundry. Nice to soak in the hot tub and pool after flying from Nashville then driving from ABQ. I REALLY appreciated early pool hours and the noon check out- super convenient. Thanks again

The whole establishment was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. Beds were comfortable, hvac system kept room perfectly comfortable, and the shower heads were some of the best I have seen in any hotels. I will stay here when passing through again. Oh yeah, the breakfast was solid nothing special but again clean and plenty stocked up.

This hotel is a dump. I never write reviews but I can’t believe what bad shape this place is in, especially considering what we paid. There were carpet beetles in our room. The towels and linens felt like sandpaper and were clearly very old. The carpet was dusty and dirty and things like doorknobs, toilets seats, etc were badly in need of repair. We won’t ever stay here again.

The beds. The beds were absolutely horrible. It was like you were sleeping on a piece of plywood. Very disappointing for the price we paid to stay one night. Definitely not worrh what we paid. Breakfast was good but they couldn't keep it stocked.

The employee who checked us in was very courteous and had genuine interest in taking care of our needs, although we ordered food and another guest must have taken it, the same employee apologized profusely and kindly informed us what options were available to make our experience better. I will always choose IHG hotels when available while traveling since the service is always above and beyond.
