Very clean & comfortable. The restroom area was very organized & clean. The cable was efficient with ESPN & movies to watch. But the ice machine was broken my entire stay, so I had to walk to the store every single time for cups of ice. We also came for the pool but turns out it was closed our entire stay as well so that made it kind of boring. I would call ahead of time to ask if the pool is open & if the ice machine is working before paying online. Other than that it was a great & comfortable stay for me & my girlfriend.

The hotel was ran down. Was looking forward to swimming pool for grandkids and didn’t know if has been closed down for over a year now. Was looking forward to nice shower, bathroom was nasty. Beds were lumping and uncomfortable. The whole experience was bad.

Was not expecting the “deposit” fee. The room was very nice clean and vary roomy. The outside are was in need of cleaning. Weeds, cigarette butts, door mats were torn and filled with dirt. Inside good outside definitely 2-3stars.

Property has rundown (interior and exterior structure) appearance. As long as the bed was comfortable, I was good (it was). One of light bulbs in room didn’t work but fortunately there were several other lights to use. Set up of room entrance through exterior courtyard was very convenient to be able to access room without having to walk too far. Furniture though was nice.

Not thrilled at all with my stay here. The stove was broken. No silverware and no plates in the kitchen as they were supposed to be. The shower had urine on the shower curtain that was not cleaned up. Very dingy and dirty. Will not be staying here again.

The shower head was broken. The mounting bracket didn’t hold the shower head correctly, it just flopped around. The key to the room door was difficult to use. It didn’t always work. We had cockroaches crawling on the floor.

Quick overnight stay on our return trip home. Large king suite but very outdated and loud air conditioner that only brought the temperature down a few degrees in 10 hours. Slept ok and staff check in and check out were very kind and efficient. Just needs some TLC!

The front desk gal was unfriendly. So was the manager. I notified the 1st gal that the sink was clogged after we checked in. She said later that she didn't know if it was fixed or not (?). It wasn't. I informed the manager the next morning when I was checking out.

Room was neat and clean, exterior was a little bit dilapidated (stairs were chipped, sidewalks very dirty). WiFi didn't work. After a full day on the road we just wanted to relax. The lobby was full of tired travelers with only one person working the front. With a personable greeting, and sincere smile CeCe greated each guest, and proficiently worked through the line. She made our day. Thank you Cece!

Literally the worst check in experience I have ever had. Walked in the lobby about 2:50. Two people in front of me. Frank behind the counter literally went and locked both front doors to keep anyone else from coming in. People were knocking on the door trying to check in. First last her key card didn’t work. I finally got checked in went to my room and key card doesn’t work. It lets me back in the lobby. Front doors are still locked people are knocking to get in. Frank literally just ended his shift and left. Doors locked people sitting out in the heat. Phone ringing people trying to call the hotel no answer. Another employee finally shows up and let’s people in around 3:20. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service in all my travels.

Room was just ok. Breakfast was not very appetizing. Sausage and eggs not cooked all the way. Paid for room on Hotels.com and then they charged me for room again on my debit card. Took 5 days to get my refund. Would not recommend staying here.

Very rude staff at front desk Room thermostat was set at 85 They did not offer to switch my room after asking for a refund after waiting over half hour in the evening at bedtime with my child to bring a key to change the temperature in room . Very rude and even lied about her demeanor.

Denied Room despiste reserving through Expedia. They talked to us in a condescending way “would you like us to build you a room? What do you expect us to do” when we questioned why we weren’t notified that there weren’t any rooms available. Offered refund and it has not arrived yet after a week of waiting.

Parking areas at the back of the property poorly maintained. Street people congregate there. Abundant debris from smoking and beer drinking. Front staff unaware of expiry date of credit card when booking the room vs paying for the room. She attempted to put it through with the expired card and did not know to check that the card I handed over upon arrival was valid. I had to spend over 1 hr on the phone with VISA only to find out there was nothing wrong with my card. I had to check in using my travelling companion's card.

This would have been OK for a cheap motel, but for $170 on Expedia, we expected a bit more. But we were desperate when the hotel we had booked didn't have a room for us. The staff was nice. The hotel was distinctly average. The walls are paper thin, so we listened to a couple of hours of phone calls, praying, and TV before our neighbor went to sleep. We were awakened early by revving engines, radios, and lights as the construction crews that seemed to have been the majority of the customers left for their jobs. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6-9 AM but when we arrived at 7:30 they told us that the night staff puts out the breakfast and that's all there is - they don't replenish it. The early risers got all the breakfast, but I don't know that a hot breakfast that had been sitting out for a couple of hours would have been particularly appetizing. So maybe a little worse than average, and expensive for what we got.

Loud adjoining room and mediocre breakfast service: My partner and I, our party consisting of just the two of us, were booked into a room that was part of a suite, with a locked metal door separating the two rooms. When we arrived it was quiet in the other room but when we came back after dinner We could clearly hear the TV and conversation from the other room, even while wearing ear plugs, and it continued till past 11:00 pm. The next morning (at 8am I think) very loud outside noise from a next door trucking facility commenced and I was glad I wasn't still trying to sleep. At the breakfast there were a few items that had run out (spoons and yogurts) but the person in charge of breakfast was not to be found. I did get help from the desk staff though. Also the breakfast was fairly basic with only two kinds of cold cereal, and the oatmeal was instant. There was however, the typical scrambled eggs and do-it-yourself waffles, which were good. The only fruit was red delicious apples.
