We really liked the coffee area that was fresh all day, the staff were nice and the breakfast had great options. The pool had a musty smell but the kids enjoyed it still. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The elevator was jerky and made an awful sound, we we're worried that it might break down with us in it. The pillows were very small and rock hard and so was the mattress. The lobby smelled weird. The place was outdated. The breakfast was good.

This was a great hotel, big beautiful rooms. The hotel was very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and friendly when we arrived to check in. Our breakfast was very filling with plenty of options to eat. We weee so surprised they had laundry and it was FREE which was a great perk while traveling. The pool was very nice also. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking about this as your option for your stay.

Nice hotel in a great location for visiting several historic areas. Breakfast was very good. An added bonus is that Monday - Thursday a free dinner is also served courtesy of Crystal, the Sales Director!! We had delicious soup and salad and also spaghetti & meatballs along with the best garlic bread!! Fresh baked cookies for dessert, too!! Staff was all wonderful! Thank you to Crystal and company for a lovely stay.

Breakfast buffet was awesome. Our two kids and my husband and I were able to get full and really enjoy it. Everything was great. hard floors as you walked in the room everything was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable. No hot tub unfortunately, and the pool was a little chilly.Kids still enjoyed it. Our only bummer is the people above us got in late (1100) ran for at least an hour, and up early (5am) And ran back and forth in the room for hours. Im guessing a few kids. So miserably night of sleep. But sef the other parties negligence there.

The property LOOKED clean but up to date. However, we woke up to bedbugs. Do NOT sleep here or at least check your beds before using. They didn’t do anything to compensate us for our stay. Oh well.

After reading all of the good reviews I was disappointed when I saw our room. It’s an older hotel and the room had a smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and a few pieces of trash on it. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Breakfast had a good selection.

Lobby and front desk area smelled interesting and not in a good way. They originally had given us a 1st floor room which we had changed and they were nice about. It was fine overall. Staff nice and room was comfortable, a little on the warm side so we had to turn on the ac perpetually. Bathroom and room overall in good shape and nice. Good for an overnight.

This property is clean and the beds are comfortable. They have free daily breakfast which is always a plus as well as a cooler for drinks and snacks if you need a quick refresher. The walls are somewhat thin as we heard pounding and screaming most of the evening. The woman who checked us in was clearly irritated that we bothered her. She was unfriendly and short with us. The elevator also made scary bumps and sounds so we just used the stairs.

The girl at the front desk during check in was extremely friendly, helpful and instantly made my wife and I feel welcome. However, the older lady who mopped the floor around 2 am was very rude to me. She treated me as if I knew she was going to be mopping in the middle of the night and I ruined her night by stepping outside for a min. Just a very unpleasant vibe from her.

No daily housekeeping would prevent me from booking again particularly when there is no discount for having to maintain my room myself. Not happy about that given high rates and not a very comfortable or relaxing experience. The staff however was great.

We stayed for two nights at Comfort Suites in Farmington, NM. The one redeeming quality was the exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk staff — they were genuinely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing. Our room key was programmed for only one night instead of two, so it stopped working on the second day and had to be remade. The mattress was quite firm and the pillows were very small. The room layout was awkward, and the TV was difficult to view from the bed — even after adjusting the arm mount, the angle was poor. The shower and sink drained very slowly, leaving about 2 inches of water during showers. The AC unit was extremely loud. A piece of wall molding was broken and just loosely set in place. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. While there were many choices, none were good. The eggs were burned and had an odd taste, the potatoes were hard pellets, and the gravy had a strange lemon flavor. The orange juice was bitter as if it had too much rind content. The apple juice (a store brand) was the best thing offered, and the coffee was simply awful. Overall, the friendly staff could not make up for the poor condition of the facilities, uncomfortable room, and terrible breakfast.

Property conditions were good and the whole place is kept very clean. The only issue I had was that the breakfast food that should be hot was all cold. It really was uneatable. (sausage, eggs, potato, bisquit) Gravy for the bisquit was luke warm.
