Stayed her because they had a pool and whirlpool. Driving all day, I was looking for the whirlpool. When I went to the pool area they just drained it. It’s ridiculous that they would do that in prime time. You would hope they would do maintenance like that after hours. I do this exact trip twice per month but will never stop here again

One of the main reasons for booking our stay at this hotel was for the pool. Upon arrival we noticed the pool was closed due not passing the health department inspection. When my husband asked the staff about it, the man at the front desk was very rude. The room was pretty clean but it was tiny.

Right off the highway, along with other hotels, gas stations, food. Easy to find, plenty of parking. The condition it what you'd expect of a super 8. Some things looked updated or good, other things clearly needed work. The room was your basic, with mini fridge and microwave and such. Breakfast was your basic breakfast, not a huge selection, but a decent variety of food. The ice machine worked. I also used the guest laundry. The dryer was very bad. I had to run 2 cycles to get my clothes dry and even then some things were still damp. Not only does that waste money, but a lot of time as well. I have other things to do besides sit in a hotel room waiting for my clothes to dry. Overall, an ok place. Nothing great, but I would be ok staying there again.

The room was ok. The noise outside the room was ridiculous. We couldn't get any sleep due to all the noise. And the heated pool was ice cold. Couldn't even swim in it.

Upset the pool wasnt open. Sign said closed for maintenance. Yet you could see the water moving so the pumps were currently working. Had a sneaking suspicion they just didnt want people in their because of Holley LS Fest was this weekend.

The property is old and tired. it is clean but the pool and hot tub were out of order due to insurance issues

Hotel is a bit dated but maintained. Rooms were clean and everything was functional. Service was great. Pool was clean AND warm, pool area was clean and hot tub was hot :). Elevator is terrifying but does its job. Breakfast was standard but good. For the price point, this was a good deal.

Fire alarm went off at 7am TV was not straight on wall and not really secured, pool and hot tub closed by health department. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. But the carpet in my room was stained very badly. Peeling paint in bathroom. Old odor that hit you when you walked into the room.

This was the worst experience ever. The room had bed bugs and we didn’t stay there. I told the guy at the front desk about the issues and he just said that they will have the pest professional come check the room. Literally had bed bug carcasses on the wall with someone’s blood. Room was not cleaned. Had hair all over the toilet. The beds had dust piled up from not being cleaned. I can go on but never refunded my money either. Just acted like no big deal

when we arrived as we was checking in around 9pm ..an ambulance came and they said it was the 2nd time with in two hours they had been called there, Pool was closed and hot tub, it was very dirty looking . The room itself was dirty , your feet stuck to the carpet had to keep shoes on. at 2am was woke up by my daughter and granddaughter , they was getting bit . It was BED BUGS!! when to fest desk and told her and ask her to go look , she said i know i dont need to look. I was in shock what she said! asked if we wanted another room. umm no ! as all this was happing TWO prostitutes walk in with a man talking about how much time he gets for $200 dollars . no help from management!! Had to leave at 2am and NOT packing all our stuff as we had to throw away and cloths we had on and any laying on floor of room because of BED BUGS!, was room 211 and have video of the hotel and room with BED BUGS! This place needs to CLOSE and FIX the HEALTH HAZZARD!

Spotless. Quiet. A great value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

The shower had black mold. Carpets and furniture worn. rust on bathroom fixtures. smelled bad

Not the best got settled in my room to find a bed bug on my bed before I sat down never had a problem with this place till this weekend I was a repeat customer

First the bad: This hotel is worn out, filthy, moldy, musty, smelly, and nasty. We went to a Dollar General not too far away and bought 2 bottles of air fresheners to try to make it as tolerable as possible for our 3 night stay. It was still musty and moldy smelling. The shower faucet spun all the way around and we had trouble finding the off spot in both rooms. The ice machine did not work, and when asked the staff just looked at you, the breakfast was awful, the floors were nasty, the bathroom has not seen a scrubbing in a long while, and questionable brown spots were flung on the wall and ceiling by the bed. We had no choice as all hotels in the area were booked solid. There was suspicious activity going on behind the building as well. Wouldn’t go out there after dark!! The good: the staff did accommodate our request and we were right across the hall from family, and it was close to our event.

My room was infested with bed bugs!!!! I have since leaving had to visit the Dr for allergy medications and extreme reaction to bed bug bites!! This place is not the pace to stay and you will wake up with bed bugs!!!!

There was no exhaust fans in the bathroom, so the bathroom smelt like mold and dusty musty lol the place is very outdated, and it smells like something funky all through the place.

Mattress was very uncomfortable

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but a little dated. Needs better lighting. Worst shower pressure I’ve ever had in a hotel but at least it was hot.

Friendly staff and plentiful pillows. The room was clean and neat with dark areas even with all lights on. The bathroom could not be ventilated; only a small fan when light was on and door auto closed. AC billowed curtains to endanger privacy. Not enough parking with trailers taking multiple spaces and parking space lines not being visible so 2 cars parked where 3 could have otherwise. Shaky elevator. Hallways seemed to have sections of soft sub-flooring. Towels were rough, yet absorbent. Mattress provided almost no cushion.

Mattresses need to be updated for a better sleep

Staff was very friendly and check-in/checkout were quick and easy. Overall the place is definitely dated and could use some updating. The place was clean and had what I needed. Bed was a harder than I prefer but I was okay. If you're looking for a clean inexpensive place to stay for the night this place certainly works. I'd stay again when in the area.

Loved the hot tub. Staff was helpful. Walls are paper thin and I could hear multiple parties around me talking loudly in their rooms well past midnight. Bed was squeaky.

Elevator was noisy could hear it in room

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Fridge and Microwave worked fine. Plenty of electrical outlets to plug in lap top and charge devices. Plenty of hot water. Only issue was slow Internet speed even with a strong WiFi signal. A real nice breakfast is provided.

Just ok for the price! Room could be cleaner and def some renovations. Shower handle was janky and no working fan in bathroom and the door would not stay open to air it out after a shower. Beds not too comfy and pillows small. Ok for the price if just looking for a place to sleep and shower.

Listed the room to accommodate 5 people. When we arrived there were two beds in a TINY room. No space anywhere for a 5th person. When we went to ask about it we were told we could rent a roll-away bed for more money. The room we were given looked NOTHING like the pictures. When we asked about the pictures they said they dont even have a room like that. So, if you go to rent one of their two queen bed rooms that has a upholstered chair with an ottoman in the picture, BEWARE......that room doesnt exist. We were forced to rent the extra bed as it was almost midnight at this point. We had to rearrange the furniture in the room just to make an actual space for it..... and then you still had to practically climb across a bed if you needed the bathroom in the night. The rooms have laminate flooring. If you see carpet in the pictures its not there. The curtains were falling down. One of the beds was missing any blankets. The beds are not actually beds..... they are mattreses on a sheet of plywood. The shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty....... I could go on. Will not be going back and I will definitely be reading more reviews next time.

The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and even offered me a phone charger beacuse I'd accidentally left mine at home. The room was clean, and the shower had great pressures and good water temperatures as well!

The receptionist was extremely rude. I noticed that the smoke detector was detached as well as the camera being pulled out and asked about and the receptionist was provokingly rude.

We traveled for basketball weekend, myself and 3 kids.Upon arrival check in was speedy,we were placed on the 3rd floor,had to go back down twice because our key wouldn’t work,3rd time back up,a worker went with us,to make sure we really couldn’t get in,by this time my kids were sitting in the floor eating, because we had to be back at the gym soon.After the worked couldn’t get us in,we had to wait for roughly an hour before a member of mngment to arrive to help with the situation,finally they decided to give us the only other room they had available,the air in the room didn’t work,we couldn’t open a window because there was no screen,and the beds were the most uncomfortable.The pool was out of order,we were told we could go to another hotel and swim just show them the hotel card & we were good to go, so we decided to do that after our 7pm game, get to the other hotel & it was $10 a person to swim, something that was not told to us. The next morning, we had games at 2pm, when checking in the day before I asked about late check out, they let me know that was fine,I could leave around 12:30, BEFORE 11am,NORMAL check out time, housekeeping is pounding on the door,we don’t open, we were getting dressed, about 10 minutes later pounding again, I go out & housekeeping rudely says, are you not leaving, I explain we are late checkout, she again rudely says,”so leave by 12.Manager & staff come next and said it wasn’t told I was leaving late,but that was fine.Awful stay.

Staff is always friendly

We stayed for two nights. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The service desk we very outstanding. The bed was hard as a rock. My wife slept on the other side of the bed and she said that she was sleeping in hole. When we checked out this morning the service desk would not offer me a Receipt from my stay she stated that Hotel.com will email you a copy of the receipt. Now that’s is very bad service. I will not return to this hotel in the future.

First of all we were charged for the stay even though we paid online. Then at checkout they charged us again. Spent 2 hours sorting it out and now have to wait on 2 refunds. The room was hot as they hadn’t ran the air until we got there and the room smelled like cat pee. The rooms were outdated and we did pay for the upgraded room but I don’t know what was upgraded. Super disappointed considering reviews I had read.

I just want to say how much I appreciate all the people at super 8. I am a travel nurse and had a 3 months contract in Kentucky. I was always greeted with a smile and they always made my stay enjoyable. I can’t say enough good things about the manger Danny. He was always made sure to ask me how my day and if I needed anything. Carrie is great as well. All of the workers are great.

Quick night stop while traveling to another destination-location is easy off-on at the highway. Room was quiet but in need of a remodel.

Easy access to gas station , resyaurants

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good for the price of the room. Right off 65, so good location. Plenty of parking. We did not see or use the pool.

We went to the Corvet Museum and thus the location was perfect!

The place is a little run down. The carpet had a musty smell, the walls had all sorts of stains, bathroom walls had rust running down, water pressure in shower was minimal. Breakfast was ok with few options. I do have to say the beds are comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Check in / check out was smooth and fast.

This property was clean and safe. It was dated but adequately maintained. It is what you would expect from a budget hotel. The big plus was that it was right across the street from the Corvette museum which was our destination

The bed was nothing more then a sleeper sofa mattress. The room was very crowded with 2 banquet style chairs. The shower was great with lots of water pressure. Had 4 crying children in next room. The breakfast was sausage and eggs that were cold. I will not come back here for free.

I appreciated the staff and the early morning breakfast was really good. Sausage, eggs, cereal, juice. Good overall. The room was spacious (3 floor #309) and could have worked for a long stay. Had cooking (single burner). A fold out couch for extra person - really nicely laid out. Water was piping hot. The bed was great. The black out curtains need to be a bit longer --- the light came through in the morning - but overall, that's a minor complaint. Internet was excellent. 4.8 out of 5.0 for the price point.

imitation wood floor planks lifting up...bathroom fan was loud like it was about to fail...no check out receipt was printed or emailed even though I requested on. Breakfast sausage, and egg patties were cold.

Entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. My daughter and I got food poisoning from the breakfast.

When we booked it was for 5 people and it stated slept 5. Only 2 queen beds and no roll away even available. She eventually found one. Turned on room light and they kept flashing. No soap in the restroom. Breakfast was very disappointing! No milk for cereal, no eggs, or meat. We had a choice of toast, bagel, apple, and yogurt. Definitely not what is listed!

Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and neat. Room was clean and comfortable although the chairs were stained and need to be cleaned/replaced. There was a strong curry smell upon entering the building. The hotel is in need of some maintenance/improvements; i.e. Elevator floor scratched/damaged, hallway vinyl flooring lifting with visible gaps, small bench seat in lobby area is damaged and unsightly. The hotel is in a good location with plenty of on-site parking.

It's not a bad hotel for the night. It was clean but worn out, but for the price that's what you get. The brekfast was better than some hotels at twice the price, it was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly. Some of the customers are your typical riff raff, but didn't bother me. I probably wouldn't stay here if I was a solo woman, but I think you'd still be safe enough. Pool looked clean and working.

Was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on, bathroom needed updating, breakfast was a joke,pool was gross.

The staff was great very friendly. Breakfast was great, many choices. Very clean rooms. Had trouble with Wi-Fi- could be the area. Great prices, would definitely book again!
