Room was stinky

The pool & hot tub were clean. We really enjoyed them. Breakfast was a nice treat but nothing was refilled.....first come first served. Most fruit & muffins were gone befor 8am. I had to ask for coffee twice before actually having a cup. The coffee & Breakfast items were satisfactory. Overall, it was a nice experience.

gave us the wrong room due to them being “ very busy” on valentine’s day, the whole point of booking a hotel is to book a specific room for a specific price on a specific day. which we did weeks ago paid for a room with a king bed and got one with two full beds, so was overcharged. man at the front desk was very passive aggressive and never mentioned the room change until we noticed. fridge wasn’t plugged in, dried piss next to the toilet, awful staff. will NEVER ever stay here again.
