Loved the balcony. Friendly staff. Need to clean the pool and add chlorine it was pretty cloudy and we have an inground pool so we know. Because of that we did not go swimming although we wanted to.

Rooms were hot and the air conditioner barely worked. Windows were sealed so you couldnt open them. Pool water was brown. People hanging around everywhere smoking, as if they might live there permanently? We left after a couple hours and went elsewhere even though we knew we would still have to pay for the room. Thats how bad it was. Considering staying there? Just don’t….

Without an elevator it was difficult for me to get up and down. The highway was noisy. The bathroom fixture handles were loose and the shower head came off. No tv guide or listing. The food and lounge was very nice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

went to pick up a friend from out there and stayed one night in the hotel because we were checking in after 8 o’clock. I called the hotel to let them know and they were very friendly but upon check in the person working, the desk was a little on the strange side. It was hard to find parking that they were so booked that you couldn’t even find parking and the bathrooms were super super tiny. I mean a little out of date I would say for the price that we have to pay. It’s not worth the stay

No one was at the counter,waited 20 minutes tried to call on the phone at the front desk no answer. Had to find another motel.A pool was advertised but saw it had a tarp over it.

THe pool was empty. It was mouldy. The tenants were obnoxious and loud all night. The room smelled awful. And, I didn't stay there. My uncle warned me of the above conditions. He left immediately and we canceled.

I arrived at night to be told our reservation was bumped. No reasons. No apologies. Were told we would probably be charged by Expedia. The outdoor pool was an unsightly mess, even at night. It was “under construction.”

Room somewhat clean. Bath tub looked dirty, jacuzzi broken and unusable. Room facing highway so noisy. Hall carpets dirty. Weird smell in hotel. Long-term renters. Pool not full enough. full garbage bag left in hall at the next rooms door all day/night. Safe was silicone shut.

The room 157 that we were alloted had a muggy smell in the room, sticky carpet, sticky bathroom floor and first day we took the shower the bath tub had drainage issues and the exhaust fan also did not work so we let the front desk know so they could fix it, and we left for our trip. We came back after 7 hours the bath tub still had standing water. I asked the front desk and they sent some another guy, he worked for an hour and left. He did not come back so i went to the front desk and complained again so they sent a third person. He worked for half an hour and left. Bathtub still did not get fixed along with exhaust fan. Now at this point it was 10pm. We could not use the bathroom for our entire stay.....we checked out the next morning. They were sensible enough to refund. But i would not stay at this hotel. It does mot live up to Whydham standards. You will see them in the attached photos

Absolutely the worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had. It was rundown at first glance and not at all with the picture show. It was obvious that It was a dive. The room Smelled so bad of mildew and mold when we first entered that it was overwhelming. The AC did not work, the halls were very dirty, and the air of the place was absolutely not what they portray online. I would stay far far away from this location.

This property has not been maintained well. Our room was very dirty/old/not taken care of. We couldn’t take our shoes off, feet/socks were black. The bathroom and shower fixtures were dirty and had mold, the air vents were so disgusting we didn’t turn the ac on. We laid our own blankets and towels on top of our beds to sleep on. The two staff members at check in were nice, however we didn’t feel comfortable to stay our second day/night and checked out early. People/workers seemed to be hanging out everywhere smoking and it appeared there were more parole there living/renting than actual hotel guests. I would not ever rd omens this hotel.

I don't know what kind of bug it was, but it was through out the bathroom and bedroom areas. It was small, didn't bite, just was annoying. The tub/shower could use a good scrubbing to clean between the tiles. Carpet in hallway and room is rather outdated.

If I can give a negative star, I would. Room has a really bad odor; the place is completely unsanitary. The maintenance person said that something wet looks like a mouse trap. I called the hotel and staff advised me that I can go somewhere else if I wanted bed bugs!!! Front desk staff was unfriendly and did not care. The front desk staff eventually offered a different room but we refused and went somehwere else. I am not sure how this building is open. Book at your own risk!!!

The Wi-Fi sucked had to go to buffalo wild wings to get Wi-Fi. never saw an ice machine :( you have to pay a 50 buck safety deposit. be warned !

The hotel is clean enough, but has very slow and incompetent staff. My wife and I stayed in a king bed jacuzzi suite. The bed was horribly sunken in the middle. The water is very rusty. The air conditioner for the room was too small for the space and very old. The stairs to our floor were rusty and broken. The lack of upkeep, and bad employees, made the whole stay uncomfortable. I will not be staying there again.

Very outdated. Fitted sheet didn’t fit in bed so struggle with loose sheet all night, window air conditioner unit in wall unfinished trim around it, coffee and tea condiments in room but no coffee maker, people smoking pot on floor seeps into rooms. Lots of people hanging around outside at night. Had to wait for front desk person while she was outside taking a break.

Room itself was cozy. Nice bed and pillow. So the stay was nice overall! But I will say the general layout is quite outdated. Also the bathrooms could use some updating. Really just aesthetic things; it appeared to be in working order. No control of HVAC in my room, but fortunately it wasn’t hot weather.

The representative who tried to check us in first gave us keys to a room that was occupied by someone else. Then she gave us a key to another room in which the door was open, the beds were not made, and there was trash on the desk. So I cancelled the room and she reported that she refunded money to my credit card.

I first got to the hotel at 6 pm with my 1 year and 4 year old. I was told I had to pay a deposit fee I was unaware of. Since I booked over Expedia. I had to cancel one of the nights I was going to stay to use for the deposit. They also pointed in the wrong direction of where our room was and I had to go around looking for at least an hour.i went to check out and I guess the manager of the store was singing and dancing and was completely ignoring me. I was standing there for a while until I addressed her and asked if she was busy since she was sitting at the desk singing and dancing… I was then later told that because my hair color stained the towels they would be keeping my deposit. Many people have colored hair and I have never had a problem with it before since it’s come right out with bleach and they have white towels for that reason. Anyways I was not happy about any of it.

Well for one our never stayed there they said they called and canceled our reservations and cuz they overbooked and we're not very happy about it reservation the cost said they called us and cancel it and they never called went all the way there paid over to take us over there and now we're out the money that we went over there that it cost us to take taken over and back and it weren't very happy because we wanted to spend some time together me and my fiance

No screen for the balcony door, tv didn’t work , actually it was sparking when I tried To plug it up . Microwave didn’t work in the main plug had to put it on the floor to work inna different plug , toilet seat broke whole I was trying to use it & I called The front desk said maintenance was coming never came . A lot of loud traffic out there will not get again

You get what you pay for. I did not know they rent rooms by the week here. got here after 5 so I couldn't cancel without being charged. If I had arrived before 5 and could have cancelled I would have done so. tub clogged, plunger by front door as we walked in. rooms are dated and not the cleanest. courtyard area filled with sketchy folks that apparently live there. I won't be back.

Whole place smells like weed, its a cheap hotel. Lots of dangerous people stay there. Do not bring kids here. Lots of people loitering around.

Their grill is excellent and the staff friendly. Other than that, the ground-floor room we were in had light coming in around the door frame, a couple of burned out overhead lights and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. They advertised a continental breakfast, but there wasn't one, just coffee.

The staff was very kind. The bar/restaurant on site was great- portions giant and tasted great. Everything is a bit dated, but sheets and towels were clean and AC worked; which is all we really cared about at the end of a long day horse showing in a heat wave. For the price I'd say a great find.
