Terrible! Arrived 12 minutes before published check-in & was told to wait 12 minutes before I could check in. Credit card was charged when I gave my name, even though I was not checked in. Staff was unfriendly & literally argued with patrons in the lobby. Weekend breakfast advertised till 9 AM was shut down at 8 AM resulting in breakfast not being provided. They couldn’t program a room key, so a maintenance person took his well worn master key off his keyring & gave it to a patron, causing me to question the level of safety at the facility. Ice & soda machines did not function. Though room had a coffee maker, no coffee or cups were provided. No shampoo, soap, or facial tissue was provided in the room. Multiple customers demanded refunds during my stay. I frequent Jackson regularly, but will never stay at this so called “Quality” Inn again.

Rusted shower drain (no stopper); holes in tub; Sticky floors (had to wear shoes); Electrical outlet in bathroom held on by scotch tape;TV snowy with lines and only 4 channels; holes around heating unit (had to stuff with towels); no breakfast offered (Sunday); outside sidewalk full of cigarette butts; grimy reception area (including phone). We checked in at 6:45 pm and our room was not ready. They made us wait 30 while the room was made up with no discount. Bathroom sink was backed up and would not drain. Vending machines were inoperable ( we were tired and wanted a soft drink.) We got over 12 inches of snow overnight. Parking lot and walk ways were not cleared.

Many of the outlets in the room did not work. There was no ceiling light, just exposed wires. The towels were in poor condition as were many things in the bathroom. The vending machines didn't work properly. Despite the building being labeled as no smoking, the smell of smoke was present throughout the building.

Staff very unfriendly. Inconvenience for them to check-in guests. I was told I should have called first because she had other things to do. Vending machines are empty and free breakfast is a joke. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

There is not much more to add from what everyone else has said about this dump except that I was concerned about safety when The outer doors had no locks and anyone could walk into the place at any time of night or day. had to pay a $50 deposit when I checked out, I asked about the refund and some young kid at the front desk. Didn’t look old enough to work there told me you have to wait till 11 o’clock to have it refunded. It is now 8 o’clock in the evening, I have not seen the refund. I do not know the company that owns this quality Inn, but I suggest you have someone come over and look at it.It is the most disgraceful place I have ever been in. I could go on and on about this place, but I think everyone has told their side please take this seriously.

Very dirty motel, lamps broken in the hall, very dark hallways didn’t have towels in the room. Had a leak under the sink,stains on the sheets and towels that we did get after we asked for them twice and the curtains were all ripped a shreds. The Steph boy that work there barely said two words to us set a room number out loud for everybody to hear bulletproof glass broken phone from the 80s or 90s you’re supposed to call him with when you get there they make you wait forever and pay a $50 cash deposit and don’t give it to you until they check your room

A man used a key card and came into my room at 9 pm, uninvited. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and delaminating. Staff has very thick accent making communication a challange. Front desk is not staffed, you must call for help using a dirty public use phone on the desk. Outdoor entrances were unsecured, giving unobstructed access to non-guests.

This place needs some serious attention. Black mold in the bathrooms, nothing between the beds worked, lights, plugs nothing. The TV was all static and fuzz, the remote barely worked, after you had to guess which buttons were what because there was no markings left on them. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in more than once. They thought it was somehow acceptable to vacuum outside our door at 4am, oh, and that's after somebody was clearly trying to enter our room after midnight! Thank God my 3 year old had locked the extra locks. Beds are hard as a rock.... literally nothing good to say about my stay. My furnace broke which is the only reason we were forced to stay here

Terrible experience! Not only was there no front desk associate in the building but I waited over 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Our room was dirty from previous guest. There was no hot water and had to move rooms. Second room was even worse. There was roaches on the bathroom ceiling. The tub was dirty with hair in drain. Will NEVER stay again

Smelled of pot and cigarettes. Noisy inside and outside. Did not feel like a safe area. Unsure of the cleanliness- did not look or feel clean at all. Big long hair in the bed, so many things run down and need of fixing. Did not even venture to eat here. No working smoke detector in room. Avoid.....

we arrived hour early and were told we could not check in check in till 3:30 pm, we waited checked in put bags in room and left right away. we returned at 9;00 pm for the evening and when un packing realized the room was absolutely disgusting. i went to front desk and the person said we are full and cannot give us a diffrent room and you had been in room for hours. because we booked through hotels . com he said he could not refund our money. this room was horriable. moldy shower missing paint in shower ,dirty shower tub, bath towels were a very dirty off white color,, hole in carpet floor, screw sticking out of wall 2 inches long at eye level ,the tv had about 5 channels and they were so fuzzy you could not watch it, the microwave didn't work, the bed was so bad it felt like we were sleeping on a donut the center was so low and wore out. and the breakfast was only 6-8 had piss warm milk and stale cereal corn flakes and raisin brand mix. i picked up a hostess cupcake for my wife and that was expired. if you think about staying here don't if you must look at room before you pay.

The mattress was soft most likely from many years of use, the whole building was shaking when the front door closed and our neighbors had the TV running so loud during the night until we asked the night manager to ask them to lower the volume at 3.30 am. The staff was very helpful.

Had I known how terrible of quality this was I wouldn’t have booked it. It’s not even a get what you pay for it’s overpriced for the abysmal quality. The door didn’t have a secondary safety lock, the peephole had a napkin in it, the place where a fire alarm may have previously been had a paper towel in it, the clean blankets were stained, the ‘clean’ wash cloth in the room had a body hair and was crusty, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds to protect light and privacy had a rip in them and I had to place the chair cushion on the windowsill to prevent someone from potentially looking inside the window. The hotel states it has WiFi but was not provided the WiFi password at check in. The DirectTv the allegedly have only has maybe 10 channels that are fuzzy. They were supposed to just place a hold on the $50 deposit that’s required but instead it cleared through my bank. I tried calling the hotel and the clerk there was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to him. Now I have to go through my bank to get my deposit back because it CLEARED through my account instead of it just being a HOLD on my account. When I was told at checkout that it would be REFUNDED to me. 0/10. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have pictures of everything.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Someone tried breaking into our room in the middle of the night through the window. We were charged a security deposit which i dont expect to get back. NO breakfast! NO toiletries were provided. The fire alarm was missing and toilet paper was shoved in the hole. The curtains were shredded. The bed felt like it was 15 years old. The shower had mold. Half the outlets didn’t work. Bathroom door was barely hanging on its hinge. Refrigerator plug couldn’t reach a plug. Dingy linens and towels. And worst! They were vacuuming the corridor at 7 am on a Sunday!

The bed was extremely soft, which was nice and close to the highway. But the tv wouldn’t work, towels were stained and my room came with no soap. The towel rack was extremely rusted.

Terrible! Arrived 12 minutes before published check-in & was told to wait 12 minutes before I could check in. Credit card was charged when I gave my name, even though I was not checked in. Staff was unfriendly & literally argued with patrons in the lobby. Weekend breakfast advertised till 9 AM was shut down at 8 AM resulting in breakfast not being provided. They couldn’t program a room key, so a maintenance person took his well worn master key off his keyring & gave it to a patron, causing me to question the level of safety at the facility. Ice & soda machines did not function. Though room had a coffee maker, no coffee or cups were provided. No shampoo, soap, or facial tissue was provided in the room. Multiple customers demanded refunds during my stay. I frequent Jackson regularly, but will never stay at this so called “Quality” Inn again.

Terrible experience! Not only was there no front desk associate in the building but I waited over 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Our room was dirty from previous guest. There was no hot water and had to move rooms. Second room was even worse. There was roaches on the bathroom ceiling. The tub was dirty with hair in drain. Will NEVER stay again

This is not a place I would stay if I had other options. But it was race weekend, and even booking a couple of months in advance this was all I could find under $200 a night. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, it was just very run down and not well maintained. Both rooms had different, but equally disgusting smells. Both a/c units smelled like they were going to catch on fire when we put them on heat mode. Both fridges smelled rank and didn’t keep the two cans were put in them cold. Both carpets had that sticky moist feel so we never walked in bare feet. All the towels were clean but dingy and some were slightly stained. In one room the counter was falling off in the bathroom, the exhaust fan just made a loud high pitch squeal and didn’t actually do anything. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way either. Also in that room, where the smoke detector should be was just a hole in the ceiling with wires coming out. Although one room smelled like mold there wasn’t any visible. But the shower looked clean enough and the water was fine. We didn’t have any problems with service. They were actually very nice and accommodating at check in and I heard them on the phone being very nice and polite to other guests as well.

There is not much more to add from what everyone else has said about this dump except that I was concerned about safety when The outer doors had no locks and anyone could walk into the place at any time of night or day. had to pay a $50 deposit when I checked out, I asked about the refund and some young kid at the front desk. Didn’t look old enough to work there told me you have to wait till 11 o’clock to have it refunded. It is now 8 o’clock in the evening, I have not seen the refund. I do not know the company that owns this quality Inn, but I suggest you have someone come over and look at it.It is the most disgraceful place I have ever been in. I could go on and on about this place, but I think everyone has told their side please take this seriously.

This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. The room was unclean. The bed was not made properly. The microwave did not work and in the middle of my shower the front desk attendant entered my room without knocking to tell me that they put me in the wrong room and I had to move Immediately I will no longer be booking any rooms at Quality hotels.

we arrived hour early and were told we could not check in check in till 3:30 pm, we waited checked in put bags in room and left right away. we returned at 9;00 pm for the evening and when un packing realized the room was absolutely disgusting. i went to front desk and the person said we are full and cannot give us a diffrent room and you had been in room for hours. because we booked through hotels . com he said he could not refund our money. this room was horriable. moldy shower missing paint in shower ,dirty shower tub, bath towels were a very dirty off white color,, hole in carpet floor, screw sticking out of wall 2 inches long at eye level ,the tv had about 5 channels and they were so fuzzy you could not watch it, the microwave didn't work, the bed was so bad it felt like we were sleeping on a donut the center was so low and wore out. and the breakfast was only 6-8 had piss warm milk and stale cereal corn flakes and raisin brand mix. i picked up a hostess cupcake for my wife and that was expired. if you think about staying here don't if you must look at room before you pay.

We book online to stay at a Quality Inn, but there was definitely no quality. The building looked to on its last legs, carpets were dirty, conditions rooms was terrible. Bathtub/SHower looked filthy, shower rod fell off wall, toilet seats were all loose, TV's did not work. Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 8 AM - consisted of Raisin Bran, waffles and muffin. I paid for a king bed and the front desk got upset and rolled their eyes when I said I didn’t want the queen room since I had already paid extra for the king. There was construction inside that was loud and messy. No one was at the front desk to check out with in the morning. All around a bad experience unfortunately.

If you want a cheap place to stay, this is for sure it! The room was very nasty and grimy feeling. We checked in , looked at the room and then left. The hotel Nextdoor to this one is not a whole lot better either.

They are updating the rooms, so maybe there will be improvements in the future. There were a lot of holes in the dry wall, not many free outlets, the bed was creaking and old, wrapping on lamp shades, the curtains were stained, the bathroom needs a lot of work, toilet was clogged when we got there, no facial tissue. The room wasn’t really ready. But there was one helpful staff member who helped us carry our bags upstairs because there’s no public elevator.
They are updating the rooms, so maybe there will be improvements in the future.
