Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

Not the best first impression. Caepet of Lobby was dirty. Front Desk person was pleasant but taking calls on cell phone, while checking in. Hallways a mess, room not very clean. Just nothing like what was pictured.

The only good thing about this hotel was how hot the shower was. Spend the extra money and stay at the Hilton next door.

The breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage. It was hot hot and served well. The staff was professional and friendly.

Ac unit was dirty, shuttle driver was interesting let's say. Room was good but hallways were either in construction or dirty. Cause of that I got sick cause im highly allergic to dust and dirt. Hoped for a better stay. At least I made my flight

I use this hotel for one night stay only as a transitional hotel when I was awaiting my flight the following day. The staff was not helpful, the hallways and the room and overall the hotel was dirty. They were broken elements within the breakfast that didn’t allow for some breakfast items. As a transitional hotel this worked, but if looking for a long stay, look for somewhere else next time.
