I was disappointed that the pool was closed, especially since our room was right across from the entrance! I did notice some mold on the curtains, right above the air conditioning unit. We did enjoy our stay despite these things.

I arrived about 10 p.m. and registered. I unlocked and entered the room and here was a man sleeping in one of 2 full beds ( I had paid for a King bed) the bed. He woke and was very alarmed, as I was. I returned to front desk, and was told "Sorry, he's a regular, and a nice guy". Seems they allow this nice guy to have a room but not enter it into computer system. Also the pool was closed for some repair so is not currently available.

Air conditioner was very noisy and had a wine to it every time it cycled. Not efficient. Hair dryer cord frayed and shocked me. Reported same. One ice dispenser for whole motel Went to to other areas marked but no ice dispensers there. Basic motel. Room Clean bed comfortable. East to find restaurants

When the hotel was booked (admittedly maybe 6 months in advance of a trip, airport and cruise port shuttles were listed as available. When I called about 2 months prior to the trip, cruise shuttle was no longer available. When we arrived, the airport shuttle was no longer an option and had not been for about 6 weeks. It would have been best to have had some notice from either expedia or the hotel about this change prior to arrival.

The first room we were given had water damage issues. The second room, the curtains were broken, very dusty smell, and when we went to shower , it was so rusted and corroted that the water barely came out. So couldn't shower. Pool was closed , though it was a beautiful day out.

We stayed here before and after a cruise. Location was excellent. Less than a mile from a huge shopping area with unlimited choices for shopping or dining. Conveniently next to a gas station store. The place is clean, safe and basic. Don’t expect anything outside of a basic night's sleep. It has a simple light continental breakfast, nothing fancy. No other amenities. It had a pool but wasn't open.

Check in was smooth and quick. The front desk recep was exceptional in her demeanor and assistance because it was an unexpected stay from car trouble. She gave me all the toileteries she could find with a smile. The hotel and grounds are very clean and tidy with manicured landscaping.The breakfast area was clean and adequately stocked but didnt have a lot of variety. The pool was apparently out of order as the water was green and had algae on the surface. It was a shame because the area could be a nice amnenuty for weary travelers

Check in guy was super nice! Cleaning guy did NOT speak English! Pool was CLOSED! We stayed at this location just FORE the POOL. You need to change your website that it is closed.

This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. I would not recommend anyone stay here. They advertise a pool and then have a sign that says "Danger, pool closed". The room next to us blasted music at 2:30am during their showers that kept me awake for an hour. We think that there were some kind of bug in the bedding. Both my husband and son had bites on their legs after leaving. I didn't only because I brought my own blanket.

Deplorable room conditions including black mold in the bathroom wall, crusted over shower, holes in wall. There was something on the wall by the bed that appeared to be either fecal matter or blood. Pool was not functioning and that was never posted. We got in very late and slept on top of the beds in our clothes. Had a reservation for the next evening and cancelled after seeing the room conditions. Hotel refused to refund. This isn't ok--if your hotel is disgusting, guests are entitled to a refund on a cancellation, 24 hours less or not. Had I seen this room in advance or know about the pool, we would have never stayed. Avoid at all costs!

The only picture that was accurate was the one taken from the street looking at the overall building. The room was disgusting and though I didn’t personally see them, the evidence of creepy crawlers was everywhere. Large wardrobe missing the door completely and the entertainment center broken. All fixtures and appliances covered in rust spots. Don’t be fooled by the deposit and no stay if local policy as it was very apparent that most who stayed here were lost. Worst stay of my life in this place.

The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The staff was nice.The breakfast was not good at all the eggs and sausage was burnt. The sheets towels and wash clothes had suspicious stains. There was not enough toiletries or wash clothes.

The front desk gentlemen was friendly and understanding. Now the hotel itself…. Horrible. First room we had, smelled horrible and the sheets were stained. The second room, smelled clean but had roaches, the mattress bed frame was sticking out, scratched my ankle with it. The fridge almost fell forward when tried to open it. It was just the worst. Never again.

I booked three rooms my room had used dental floss going into the bathroom the air condition made terrible noise. we stayed a total of two hours. on my way to tell my daughter we were checking out. She said her room had roaches and she left also.

Firstable, it shouldn't be listed in expedia, neither a 3 stars, is like 1 or less. The facility is very old and same as all the furnitures. It smells like dampness. Terrible place!!.

They gave us a room with no working smoke detectors and a busted lock on the door, the remote for the TV was grimy and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Very disappointed

It was close to the airport. But some very seedy characters in the parking lot all night. The door to our room had gaps. The hotel itself was remodeling rooms and the parking lot was full of furniture. Just not a great stay.

Stayed here after arriving on a late flight (solo traveller). Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and hotel was close to airport which was useful. Room was large and pretty clean but quite tired and in need of upgrading. Some small holes in the duvet covers and old decor. USB chargers on the lamps were very useful and tv was large. Didn’t make use of the included breakfast because I had to leave early for my next connection but looked fine. Not a glamorous place to stay but completely adequate and safe to crash at after a late flight, especially if travelling on a budget.

The staff was polite and efficient. The room was recently remodeled however the AC unit was ancient which meant the room smelled musty despite keeping the temp low. The couch was heavily stain and the room lacked a coffee maker.The complex overall is showing its age; the continental breakfast was decent.

I cant rate this hotel because i didnt actually get to stay here. I booked online with the pay at hotel option and upon arrival they would not except any form of payment i had, cash, cash app card, and a load able visa card. And i wasnt able to cancel my reservation thru the hotel i had to go thru Expedia and they told me since i didn't cancel by the time and date that was stated that i would be charged for at least one night. And i asked but how will you charge me since the card i used to reserve was one the hotel didnt except. And i was told they would charge the card i used. Ok you can use that card to charge me for not staying there but you cant use the same card to actually let me stay there? So they tell me a representative would contact me 48/72 hours. And so far no one has contacted me. But they did try and charge my card but i have it locked to prevent it. But i ended up staying at Laquinta that was closer to where i needed to be and cheaper and they excepted my form of payment.

The hotel is very clean, bedding nice and crisp l, king bed very very comfortable. However the staff are outstanding. We woke up with a severe mechanical problem with our Mercedes. Rashmi, the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond d to assist us with our problem. We can not thank her enough for helping us out in a very difficult position. We will stop here whenever passing through Jacksonville.

Just needed a place to rest and it was close to airport had continental breakfast but stopped serving at 9 and didn’t have much before 9 it was all gone. Took 100 deposit that suppose to get back in few days that was 19th and haven’t seen it returned yet very shady.

It took them three times to issue the correct keys to the room including giving me access to another traveler's room while they were in the shower. Then when we finally got in our room, the bed was so badly broken that when you lay on it - it literally would roll you off it. The springs or something was damaged. I even told the front desk and they didn't bother to do anything but say they will look into it yet did nothing to fix it.. Glad I only paid for one day to stay there.

It’s difficult to get to the property with all the construction. Property is dated. Pillows were horrendous. Toilet was clogged. The young person at the desk when I turned my key in didnt seem to really care.

I try to find the positive in most situations. That was difficult to do at Days Inn. Rooms are old and run down. Bugs kept getting in room under the gap in the door, stained bedding, burnt eggs. Key card wouldn’t work for laundry room. After going to the front desk multiple times, the morning shift woman at the desk kept acting like I was doing something wrong she finally had another staff member let me in with a master key. After all of that the dryer did not dry clothes well. The breakfast sitting area was small. Other people were talking about problems with their keycards, heating and a/c unit…etc The front desk guy on evening shift was friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping, highway.

Dirty towels and overflowing trash can on walkway to our room. Shower ran both shower water and tub water at the same time. Breakfast was lousy. Eggs were very salty and sausage were too hard to even cut with a knife and impossible to bite.

Week long trip and this was the best out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Just after a hurricane, so concessions should be made. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off. TV was busted and the remote was sticky. Stains on the lounge chair. No trash can in the room. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The hotel was quite, as well. Hot breakfast was appreciated.

I booked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service as I only needed the room for the night. After making the reservation I was informed that the shuttle service had been discontinued and I had to find my own way there. The hotel is outdated and the free breakfast was terrible.

The hotel was convenient for my kids and I to stay in during our road trip. The beds needed some dusting before we could lie down as there was debris and hair on them. We could find the staff in to ask where the ice machine was. The breakfast was also missing some items and we were there first thing as we wanted to get back on the road. You get what you pay for so a bargain price gets you a bargain nights sleep.
