Everything was good. Beds and pillows were clean and comfy and the staff was great. Lots of parking. Pool was nice. The vending machine wasn’t working but there were places near to get drinks and there’s a huge mini fridge in the room. The TV was a little fuzzy but I also didn’t complain to get it fixed. I would stay here again. Thanks.

The location, the service and mostly everything was good. However, the toilet sounded weak when it flushed, which took a long time, so I peeked into the tank, and to my surprise found it was covered with nasty black mold! I hope it's cleaned well before the next person stays there! It's not your fault, but I woke up 5 times due to motorcycles drving by making lots of noise after midnight, then an hour later the trash truck came and made a lot of noise, but it's part of life there! Then it happened again awhile later, so I kept waking up every few hours after that, and have been tired ever since. I exercised in the pool, which was dirty around the sides with what looked like black mold. It seemed to be overdue for a cleaning, and I worked out in the gym.. I had a relaxing, pleasant stay other than my concerns. Naturally it's not your fault it was noisy.. Sincerely, Carol Baird

The only complaint I have is that they did not have enough chairs or any lounge chairs at the pool. The manager that I spoke to facilitated the use of some other chairs for us and has advised me that she is working very hard to get lounge chairs for my next visit

The pool was down but the lady at the desk was kind enough to say to the boys that they that she'd let them go in there but there was no chairs or anything back there. No coffee maker in the machine rooms they said because they have coffee for the breakfast. The breakfast was not great, they had little store bought burritos and Waffles that you could make. They had a toaster but only one side of the toaster worked. I was disappointed for the kids. The staff was great

Pool was shut down. No information of why and how long, just that it won’t be in use for up to a week. We were there to use the pool. We ended up, leaving and going to another hotel. The managers were rude and loud. They also told me I was going to have to pay for the night that I wasn’t there. Thank goodness we laughed.

The Interior and exterior of the hotel needs a paint job. The bathroom hardware has rusting. The lamp on the nightstand is rusting. The rugs in the hallway and lobby appeared to need replacement. The workout room was in good condition.

The dehumidifier in the 2nd floor hallway was a give away. The entire floor smelled like mold. My 1st room 233 had mold growing in the shower. I immediately started having an asthma attack and moved when my grandson stated he couldn't breathe in the room. They moved me to 203 the hallway smelled like mold on that side also. Used the toilet and it backed up

We came in from out-of-state and stopped here for the night. The lady at the desk was THE ONLY nice thing about this place. As soon as we entered the elevator, you could smell weed. Room 225 WREAKED of mildew, even proof of this around the ceilings of the bathroom. My husband and daughter went to find the vending machines, and the lady at the desk said they had to go to the BP across the parking lot. They head there and it’s closed and walk toward the other gas station on the other side of Arby’s. On the way, an elderly homeless man LITERALLY told my husband and daughter to “make sure you stay in the light.” They get back and we checked the crime map-one of the worst areas (our fault for not checking sooner). All these people giving ratings over 2 stars have lost their minds. The desk lady is THE ONLY reason I have 2 stars because she was SO nice. The room was disgusting and had we not just driven 6+ hours and should it have been earlier (checked in around 9:30 pm), I would’ve packed our stuff back up and went somewhere else.

We already showed up at the hotel tired and it was super late from an 8 hour 43 min drive. The moment we walked into the room i knew something was off. The room had a real distinct, musty smell, and it was humid in there. When i went to lay down i felt the sheets real good and they were very damp. The whole bed was wet. Returned the room keys and got another room with the exact same problem :)))) so we left and went across the street

I very rarely write reviews, but I had to. The pictures of this property are very misleading. The beds were TINY and the pillows were the size of decorative couch pillows. 16 inches x 16 inches. While taking a shower, I had to turn the water off at least 3 times so the tub would drain. The room smelled of mold or mildew. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. The appliances were rusted and dirty. AND we had extra visitors, HUGE ROACHES crawling on the walls. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! Thank god we were only there one night.

The pros: Easy check in and helpful receptionist, quiet room, comfortable bed and reasonable price and very easy access off and on I-95. Cons: This is an older hotel with aging realities such as very small bathroom, vanity and sink are open to the room, squeaky door hinges and sagging door to room, breakfast is moderate (but adequate), however we had to request resupplies for decaf, yogurt, milk, and couple other items. There were no lids available for the coffee cups. All in all, in spite of above limitations, we did get a pretty good night's sleep:).

Two items that are the basis for my review. First, there was no hot water when I went to take a shower. I reported it to the front desk on my way out. I was told that I would have to turn the handle to the right (usually for cold) not too far to the left. I still don’t get it. Second, the TV was unacceptable in my view. No HD. Merely an analog cable feed and most of the channels were too fuzzy to watch. Fortunately I had my iPad. One other item not related to the review - I received a call from the hotel the day of my stay asking me if I was a local resident. They asked because they are not booking rooms to locals. Not sure what that is all about. I would only recommend staying at this hotel if you cannot find other accommodations.

The staff was very courteous and helpful knowing was from out of state. I don’t usually travel alone especially in larger towns but my husband was in the hospital so things were very stressful. The front desk staff was quick to let me know they would help in any way and gave directions to all the local dining areas etc. I wanted a very clean, quiet, cool room and a shower. I definitely got it and if needed in the future I will go out of my way to stay there again.

The night staff lady, older, rude zero customer service. Two towel sets pulling nails to get more, No service on Friday, gave a ridiculous reason, tv limited, remote did not work properly, couldn’t get extra towels on Friday, wanted me to bring down the used at 9:00!at night in order to get more. Saturday had to ask to get cleaned they neglected to return forgot, did not leave towels husband had to go and track down to get. The bed was very comfortable the best part, however only sheets no blanket. Will not be staying again, would not recommend

The staff is amazing. Specifically Michelline and Maureen. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night with a baby and they came to the rescue. They also comforted me as I cried in the hall. Simply beautiful humans that work here. Wonderful staff.

This hotel has a policy that if you live intown you cant stay there. If my home had been destroyed by a storm or being remodeled and wanted 1 night off the floor I couldn't stay there. I will never spend 1 dime in Baymont hotels no matter where I go in or out of town.

Stayed 2 nights. The only dinning option was Applebee's, which was ok. The area around this hotel is very sketchy at best. The 2 gas stations around the corner I would not bother going to after 5pm. The staff at the hotel was polite. Room was clean but the perimeter of the hotel could definitely use a clean up.

There is no Continental Breakfast, unless you consider a mini muffin, Cereal no milk, Belgian Waffle no syrup. Cream cheese no Bagels Breakfast then I guess you will be fine. The Kitchen staff ie "Donna" is Very Rude and Confrontational! Not only is she rude to the guests but, with the staff and well! If you like a hostile environment then this is the place to stay.

The lady that checked us in (i forgot her name) was wonderful, great sense of humor and was very quick and attentive! The lobby and halls were all clean and cool, and smelled nice. But our room was a little musty n the floors actually felt damp-ish as well as the bed, as if the room itself just wasnt sealed properly and was very humid. Otherwise it had everything we needed for a one night stay and was comfortable considering! Also the complimentary breakfast was pretty scarce, only cereal n waffles, bagels juice, not a big spread, which isnt necessarily a bad thing just thought to mention! Good news is there is a waffle house and mcdonalds within walking distance if your looking for a little somthin more!

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast service area could definitely use some help: not alot of variety, tiny lil place, only one side of the toasters was working. There was a long line of people waiting in this lil area to get breakfast. The hallways are very hot. Thankfully the A/C in the rooms worked great.

The room was clean, but the remote was so dirty, that I blackened a washcloth cleaning it & I still changed channels with the cloth. TV reception was terrible, but I spent very little time in the room. The breakfast was somewhat pitiful, even for 'continental' style.
