The “workout facility” is in need of repair or attention. Most of the equipment is unsafe. The cable for the lat pulldown is frayed and breaking. The covers for the curl bar slide off easily when using. The machines are easily 20 years old and poorly maintained. The bathroom in the room is pretty bad. Paint peeling from the ceiling in many places, obvious signs of mold that’s been painted over many times above the shower, the shower heads are awful and there’s nasty stuff in every corner on the floor of the bathroom.

The pool is not nice and the facility needs an update. My kid found an old pair of underwear behind the pullout sofa. Barf. Staff is friendly but overall I would not stay here again or recommend it it to anyone.

As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells old and moldy. In the room your met with a moldy, mildew smell. Lights did not work in room. Very outdated. The room was so damp that the carpet felt wet, the sheets felt wet. All our clothes smelt like old mildew. We stayed for a tournament and other parents had to go to cvs for allergy medication because of the mildew smell. People were waking up with red puffy eyes because of the mold smell. Have tiny tiny bottles of shampoo etc good enough for 1 person for 1 shower. The pool was cloudy which means lots of pee in the pool or no chlorine or both, disgusting. Honestly everyone was saying this was the worst hotel we had stayed at all tournament season.

These are new owners and I was very welcomed. The buffet breakfast was perfect. Even though they had a tour bus full of people , the room was very quiet. Washer & dryer available for a fee. Bed was very comfortable too.

The hotel is in need of some updating. Elevators are noisy and jerky. The carpet in the hallway is lifting and curling.no water pressure in the shower.front desk staff were nice but not informative about the times for breakfast. I probably will not stay here again.

The pull out mattress had blood stains, mold, food stains, even the Matress cover was pure filthy my kids and I had that room. The room smelled like straight strong mold . My kids and I started to flare up from the filth. Very disappointing

Conveniently located, staff was very nice, and beds were comfortable with clean linens. Breakfast was decent. The carpet in our room could use a thorough shampoo or steam cleaning treatment. Walking barefoot on it left our feet filthy. The bathroom was tiny and in poor condition, needing door and shower head replaced.

There were roaches constantly The front desk swnt bug spray to the room, but it did take lo g for them to gather in piles on the ceiling and up the headboards.. couldnt rest well with that. Management did respond positively with a refund.

This property was extremely clean. Our room was ready on time. Our television wasn’t working and maintenance was there within 5 minutes with a new one to install. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely polite and friendly. Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was simple but nice and the dining area was spotless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!!!!

Review for Comfort Suites Baymeadows – 3/5 Stars My stay at Comfort Suites Baymeadows was okay. I stayed in room 210, and while the check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff was great, the room itself could use some updates. The room was dusty, and the couch was old with visible stains and worn-out springs. The chest of drawers was dated, with the bottom piece detached, and the bench felt unstable. On the positive side, the A/C worked well and kept the room nice and cool, and the hot water was actually hot, though the water pressure could have been better. The hotel grounds were clean, and vending machines were well-stocked, which was convenient. Overall, you get what you pay for. If the rooms were updated and cleaned more thoroughly, it would be a much better experience.

Personally I was not impressed with the stay the room wasn’t as clean as it could be. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I normally have had at other Comfort Inn’s. I had to go to the seat several time because my key card wasn’t working and i have never had that issue at any hotel. The water perused was very weak.

I heard dripping from 11 PM to about 3 AM. Water maybe dripping on to window frame or near window from air conditioning unit above my unit making noise. Slept with two pillows covering my ears during the dripping. Seemed to stop after 3AM possibly because air conditioner above not needing to work as temperatures cooled down. Very annoying, need to address.

Our stay was OK until they decided not to answer the phone multiple times. I left my pillow in the room and I spoke to her and she hung up on me. I tried calling her back several times and nobody from the front desk will answer it’s a $50 pillows and I’m really upset so that shows me how they treat customer service.

Had to check in at desk, after I had already checked in through the link sent. Didn’t have enough to towels to hand out and complained about giving out the last of towels she did have and told me another room was going to cuss her out now. Went to do laundry, detergent dispenser was out of order. Went to front desk to purchase some there and was told they are all out at the front desk. Had to leave late in the evening to go buy detergent at the gas station. Came back to people smoking weed in the parking lot. Then, on 2nd floor to do the laundry, whole floor smelled of weed. Will NEVER stay here again.

Trip was informative. Stay at hotel was pretty good. Breakfast was a disappointment. Nothing but flat eggs, sausage, waffles very single day. No changes at all. No bacon. No omelets. No scrambled eggs. No wheat bread or bagels. Very bland and boring.

Good in general. Bathroom was small but it might just have been our room. Otherwise tv in breakfast room should have been on a politically neutral channel No whole wheat bread for breakfast but otherwise good choices Pier in Jacksonville quite memorable. We threw baby shark back!

I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the cleanliness, safety, and quietness, but the breakfast could've been better. The eggs and sausage looked like they were frozen first then thawed by placing it in boiling water. It didn't look appetizing and on top of that had to walk down the stairs due to the elevator being out of service during breakfast hours. Everything else was fine.
