Room was fantastic. Very comfortable. Coffee. Microwave and refrigerator. Convienent to shopping and dining. Check in was fast. We had an option to buy breakfast for two. Take it if you plan on eating at the hotel. Try the Queso. Needs more lounge chairs at the pool. But it was a very nice pool area.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed staying here. Beds were super comfortable, staff was exceptional and having the shuttle available to use as our DD to/from the local bar was a huge bonus. They also had a washer/dryer available at no cost. My only complaint is that the pool was not very clean (although it didnt stop us from using it), and I wish there was coffee more readily available. We would stay here again.

Glad I paid for the breakfast in advance. The lady at the breakfast station was so delightful and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. I’m also grateful for the laundry room and the availability for the detergent. I’m happy about the free onsite parking. The lobby was very nice with plenty of comfortable seating. I didn’t try the Wi-Fi, so I can’t rate it. However, the floor of the bathtub needs grip. It’s very slippery and dangerous. The pillows are a bit too soft, but that’s just preference. The thermometer worked fine and was quick to respond. The lady who checked us in was professional, delightful and polite. All-in-all, a great experience.

Fire alarm kept going off during a thunderstorm and there was nothing they could do about it. Unable to swim in the pool. Supposedly needed a part. The room was very clean and comfortable. Transportation was readily available. Nice cordial driver.

Service was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! The pillows were a little too soft for me, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I had a very good experience here and will keep the Courtyard in mind for future Jax business trips!

Mattress needs replacing. Tried to adjust a/c temperature and got no response. Too warm all night. Most hotels provide free breakfast. This one did not.

Loved it. The room was great. The people working were very nice. Only complaint was , inside my room i could see out in the hallway through my door. The door did not fit in the door jam. Door was a tad bit to small. I used towels to close in the door so you couldn't see in or out. Great stay though!

Staff was friendly, but room was in poor condition. Lighting was horrible over the sink- where we apply makeup. Shower floor was very slippery for some reason, and the shower handle was broken and you either had scalding hot water or luke warm. Tv was broken, had to have maintenance come fix it. Outgoing calls didn’t work on the rooms phone. All the switch plates were old and cracked. Looked like it needed some serious fixes.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.Only complaint was our coffee machine in the room did not work. As we left the hotel at 4am , I did mention it to the front desk and she offered to make up a cup before we had to leave to catch our flight. Very nice staff. Definitely would recommend hotel.

I was there for my cousin's wedding and stayed four nights. The staff was AMAZING! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Room was a tad small, but we got a nice balcony that made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, clean rooms and very comfortable bed. But at $150 a night no free coffee, no continental breakfast. Everything a la carte at hotel cafe. $8 coffees and $38 for a BLT and 2 Coors Lights. Little pricy with no comps included.
