Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport/ Northeast

I stayed this weekend May 15 2026. My room was terrible and wifi was not good. Furniture was dirty and dated. I was in town for a funeral. I would have left asap if I could and gotten my money back. It was stains on the floor and lamp shades. The TV was old old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I made videos. I wish I could post them on here. Don't stay here unless you're desperate.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and friendly from check in to check out, went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant and enjoyable… any questions I had were answered courteously, thoroughly and with patience …. Pool and Hot tub working, breakfast daily, the location was great, close to shopping and easy to find from Airport, parking etc., I so appreciate them and have no doubts about staying here again … even though along this strip there are multiple hotels, this hotel is a great choice …. Recommended

The rooms could use a few updates but overall the room was comfortable and we had a great overnight stay. It’s also super clothes to a Walmart shopping center and restaurants which was great after a long day on the road😊. The highlight was the front desk staff. They were attentive, swift, and kind!

Excellent stay, front desk was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool area was nice. Perfect for going to the airport, took their shuttle service.
