The property is close to the airport and offered a shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle wouldn’t start but the clerk called a Lyft for us and covered the cost. The sausage biscuits at breakfast were tasty!

All was well. Room was beautiful, big, and clean. Loved the King size bed, small refrig and microwave. enjoyed working out in the gym. Loved the free breakfast. The only thing I did not like was that the washer/dryer was not working and I was not convenient to go to another hotel.

Monique the front desk staff member was genuine, courteous and helpful as were the other staff ladies. William the shuttle driver was professional and efficient. The breakfast staff and the breakfast was very good. The front lobby had coffee at all times, swimming pool was clean and they had snacks to buy on property. A wonderful place to stay with friendly staff.

Good Hotel for the Night before you takeoff. Room/Suite was big but not so clean. We found onder the Sofabed Clothes and other Trash. Breakfast was OK with warm and cold Dishes. We will stay next time again in this hotel.

The hotel smelled wet and musty. Floors were sticky with trash. The hotel room carpet was filthy as well as the bath tub and bath floor. Yellow stains in tub. Curtain malfunctioned. Dust and trash in corners. Poor dusting and just really felt nasty. Gross even. The smell goes you as soon as you walk in. Not inviting at all.

Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Eggs were very salty but it was free so can’t complain too much I guess. I just don’t eat them. Hotel overall was short staffed. 1 agent at the desk when I was trying to check in. 1st room I got had a broken lock. Had to switch rooms. Front desk agent couldn't do everything by herself. Not her fault . She was running like crazy to help everyone. Rooms need renovation. Black mold in shower, pink mold in bathroom , rust around bathroom door. Iron leaks water, ironing board dirty. Could not iron work clothes. Had to wear clothes I had worn the previous day. Shear curtain completely missing. With all the choices near the Jacksonville airport this hotel will no longer be considered when I travel here on business.

I took a video of the filthy sink and the water on the floor. The horrible mildew smell. The breakfast was horrible half cooked sausage - no variety not even salt and pepper. I would prefer a refund.

Receptionist and security guard very friendly and helpful. Close to airport. Shuttle quick and accommodating. Property is outdated and facilities not clean. In room, curtains had what looks to be sprays of liquid/debris stuck to them, vents dirty, carpet very dirty (no debris, just dirty), artwork in bathroom has mold taking over, shower didn’t drain.

Was not as advertised. The room had dirty sheets. The bathroom was dirty. There a even a pill on the floor from the previous people who stayed there to let me know that they didn't vacuum before us. The water in the bathroom only got like warm not hot and the toilet had a funny odor to it.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. TV didn’t work in first room so was moved. Almost none of the electrical plugs worked in the second room. Lighting was so poor I had to move a lamp to the mirror to see to fix my hair. Very disappointing.

The television signal was awful. The one in the breakfast area worked fine. Called maintenence and did not speak any english. Couldnt even understand us. Used a translator and said it was the weather. It was only cloudy. Every channel was pixelated when other tvs werent. We sat bored in the hotel

Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. The room itself was dark in spite of numerous lamps. Breakfast was sparse despite the listing that described a top notch breakfast. Someone obviously dropped the ball. There was a sign on the warmer that normally would have contained eggs that said "ran out of egg" The container that was labeled hard boiled eggs was empty as well. This was at 7:30 AM. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, no butter, no fruit and no napkins.

AC unit was dripping in our room, causing a wet spot on the carpet. You can tell it’s a dated hotel, but the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, but we had no issues.

Our check-in was rough. We were evacuating because of the hurricane and arrived about 10:30 PM and were unable to get in the lobby door. I’m not sure if it was locked or broken?? After knocking for a while ..we finally got in. It was very off-putting. The person at the desk was very unfriendly and she hardly spoke to us at all. The desk person in the morning was very friendly.

Paid through Expedia. Check in, check out fine. Got the credit card bill and saw hotel charged me the room rate again even the receipt they gave me at check-out showing $0 balance. Called the hotel 4 times in over a week trying to have it refunded to my card. Every time was told hotel will call me back to fix it. Not yet. I'm giving them 3 more days to fix it, otherwise I'm filing dispute/fraud with my credit card company. Awful! Terrible experience.

Not good from the start! Trouble checking in - duplicate reservations, staff incapable of sorting out the source of confusion. Once we got in, the rooms were in poor condition, holes in the wall, shower curtains not installed properly, door keys and locks that don't work throughout the facility - had to get keys re-made on multiple occasions. Just not good and a blemish on the Marriot / Fairfield brand.

I ended up having a mishap at another property and their screwup was my luck. I was greeted on the phone by the pleasant "Mo" who was helpful and let me know my reservation was confirmed , paid for, and my room was ready for whenever I wanted to check in. She greeted me and my daughter as soon as we walked in by name and was helpful the entire stay. We will stay here each time we visit Jacksonville.

Anytime we cruise out of Jacksonville Florida. This is our go to hotel. I think we’ve been here three or four times. The ladies at the front desk are remarkable you won’t be disappointed.

We were delayed in arriving due to the Crowd strike debacle and the room we reserved was given to another party. Nothing they could do said the night clerk. This is unacceptable. We did get a room but didn’t have a bes for my 9 year old - so she slept on the floor. Unbelievable. Our room was a dump- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Absolutely everything was excellent!!!! Even more so than that, my son flew for thev1st time from Oregon to meet me, his dad and my wife to JAX Airport however we missed our connecting flight from Charlotte to JAX and could not get to JAX. It was midnight and my son was stranded at the airport! He could not rent a car because he was under 25. He did not have enough money for a different hotel and our room was reserved but not paid. Kendrick said by phone to me he would get my son with their shuttle and we can square up the bill when we got to hotel the next day and that's exactly what he did! My son was able to get to this hotel safely and got into our room. Not only is this an amazing hotel but what friggin price can you put on this staff??? A

I used this property for a very short stay because of it's convenient location to the airport. I had a very early flight(5 am)so I can't give a through review, but they offered no airport shuttle or breakfast at that hour. Another minus is they are located on a access road that is difficult to navigate if you miss the first exit.

Having stayed at this property a few times over the past 5 years or so, we return for the overall value. This visit we've noticed the quality and variety of the breakfast offerings were more like a Super 8 than what we've experienced in the past. No scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy, but mini waffles, quiche and oatmeal. Bagels, but no pastry.

We stayed here for a concert and we were only there for one night. It was clean, staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, offered insight on the venue we were going to, and were very kind. The breakfast was more than expected and we were very full before leaving. It was a nice, clean, safe hotel. I've already recommended it to friends going to see a concert at Dailys Place later this year.

Coffee is not good at these properties, had to go get coffee elsewhere, wanted either toast or English muffin with my eggs, only had bagels. Front desk checking in with Blondie was excellent! Very cordial and helped us find a place for food delivery.
