Beautifully appointed rooms and common areas with a great working space that is very convenient for informal meetings and working. Room was a decent size by Milan hotel standards and the free mini bar provision was very generous as was the complementary coffee and snacks in the common areas. No restaurant or breakfast area but the very friendly and attentive staff were happy to provide recommendations and there’s a wide range of dining options nearby. Great attention to detail and lots of luxurious touches. The hotel is a bit of a walk to a metro station but there is a tram stop outside and the area is very nice in general with plenty to do and not difficult to reach from Linate airport. As other reviewers have said the spa is not on site and perhaps that should be made clearer in the profile. There was a steamer available but no iron or ironing board and given the amount of business travellers to Milan, perhaps that’s something that the hotel might consider providing.

Initially I booked this hotel so I can have a break from all the traveling and get some spa days in. However, that never happened. It was misleading. I was unhappy with the outcome. The spa was 12 minutes away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, you have to pay extra for the spa. What’s the point of a hotel that doesn’t offer a spa in the facility.

You have to walk to the spa!! This is show on Google but not clear on the website. I would not advertise as a spa hotel especially as it’s minimum 10mins walk. We went on the weekend and it was havoc. If you are after a relaxing spa- this is not it! Over crowded and nowhere to relax. In every steam/spa you constantly have people coming in and out! The rooms are nicely decorated and staff are nice. But would not recommend for a couples getaway. The hotel has also limited facilities.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. We thought the spa was included with the stay but it wasn’t, however we booked the spa with the discount and enjoyed the spa very much. Great location that’s close to the city center and the bars. Would recommend this hotel for a weekend in Milan.

Totally misleading facilities. We thought we had booked a hotel with the lovely spa from Spa Wonders, but it is located 800 meters from the hotel and must be paid for separately. Granted, you get a 10% discount, but it costs €144 for 2 people – very disappointing. Furthermore, there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel, which was also difficult to figure out from the hotel page on hotels.com. The hotel was furthermore more expensive than other options we had looked at in Milan. It says it is a 4-star hotel – I would rather call it a 4-star cabin.

Eles destacam as termas, mas são distantes do hotel. Não há transportes próprio e tmabem não é viável ir andando. Logo são dois empreendimentos diferentes. Porém as imagens induzem ao erro de que seria próximos. Tmabem não há café da manhã. Exceto esses dois pontos, restante é impecável

The hotel is a pure work of art! Well designed till the very last detail! Clean, staff very helpful, mini bar included, tv with Netflix etc. Indeed, there’s no breakfast/dining area but in Italy it’s not a problem - you can find a breakfast bar on every corner. The only negative part of the hotel is the noise suppression - unfortunately we could hear everything happening on the corridor/in neighbouring bathrooms.

Had a unique check in experience where my Expedia confirmation didn't work, had to ask for help and given a side ways smirk by one agent but another was happy to help. Access to room is through a key pad code provided at check in. Take a picture unless you're good at memorizing numbers. Spent a couple days here and had ran into difficulties with the hot water, or lack there of, into the evening hours.

Hall della struttura molto accogliente, stile minimal, dove sono presenti le varie amenities a disposizione. Per quanto riguarda la camera, ineccepibile. Pulizia top, letto e cuscini molto comodi, bagno funzionale, stile della camera top unica nel suo genere. Per concludere in stanza presenti diverse chicche, come l’Echodot di Amazon, speaker Bluetooth Marshall e phon Dyson che aggiungono un “più” all’esperienza. Minibar completamente fornito e tutti prodotti inclusi. Consigliato assolutamente.

The stay was amazing! The offer nespresso coffee in the room with a mini fridge stocked up with water and gets refilled everyday. Very clean they have black out curtains. Beds very comfortable. In the ending they offer free drinks. Overall very clean There were ants in our room so they quickly offered for us to change that.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und stilvoll eingerichtet. Minibar, Getränke, Snacks, Kaffe alles inkl. Smart TV mit Netflix, Alexa, Marshall Bluetooth Lautsprecher. Bequemes Bett! Das einzige… die Badezimmertür! Es ist eine Schiebetür und schliest nicht ganz. Es bleibt immer ein Spalt offen. Es ist unangenehm wenn man auf WC ist! Ansonsten top!

The hotel is brand new, very beautiful and super well located (shops, restaurants, attractions) . Staff is friendly. Our room was very tiny, but well decorated and super modern (hi-tech). I found the light system a bit confusing. Al the refreshments were high quality and included in the price of the room. Nice coffees and a good coffee machine. Keep in mind that No breakfast is served in the Hotel but there are many places around.

Interestingly the spa is not at all included, you are entitled to a 10% discount and is not even on site here. Rooms can be kind of loud I think the walls may be quite thin, quite small rooms and some interesting light switches which can make it difficult to actually select which lights to want on e.g bathroom light on in the night. Overall an okay stay and staff were lovely

Camera pulita, arredamento nuovo e moderno, vicina alla Bocconi, ma le stanze sono molto piccole. Inoltre per essere uno Smart hotel (ossia con poco personale no colazione check on self service ) i prezzi mi sembrano un po’ elevati

Well located hotel, walking distance to most touristy attractions. Hotel was well maintained. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Only drawback was not enough shelves and drawers so not suitable for a stay of more than three or four days.

Estéfano, Marvin, and I believe it was Sara we’re absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, welcoming and patient. They made the experience great. Loved the property felt so clean. Surrounded by many shops.

The stay was amazing! The offer nespresso coffee in the room with a mini fridge stocked up with water and gets refilled everyday. Very clean they have black out curtains. Beds very comfortable. In the ending they offer free drinks. Overall very clean There were ants in our room so they quickly offered for us to change that.

Room was a decent size by Milan hotel standards and the free mini bar provision was very generous as was the complementary coffee and snacks in the common areas. The hotel is a bit of a walk to a metro station but there is a tram stop outside and the area is very nice in general with plenty to do and not difficult to reach from Linate airport. As other reviewers have said the spa is not on site and perhaps that should be made clearer in the profile. There was a steamer available but no iron or ironing board and given the amount of business travellers to Milan, perhaps that’s something that the hotel might consider providing.

Well located hotel, walking distance to most touristy attractions. Hotel was well maintained. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Only drawback was not enough shelves and drawers so not suitable for a stay of more than three or four days.

The hotel is a pure work of art! Well designed till the very last detail! Clean, staff very helpful, mini bar included, tv with Netflix etc. Indeed, there’s no breakfast/dining area but in Italy it’s not a problem - you can find a breakfast bar on every corner. The only negative part of the hotel is the noise suppression - unfortunately we could hear everything happening on the corridor/in neighbouring bathrooms.

The hotel is brand new, very beautiful and super well located (shops, restaurants, attractions) . Staff is friendly. Our room was very tiny, but well decorated and super modern (hi-tech). I found the light system a bit confusing. Al the refreshments were high quality and included in the price of the room. Nice coffees and a good coffee machine. Keep in mind that No breakfast is served in the Hotel but there are many places around.

Totally misleading facilities. We thought we had booked a hotel with the lovely spa from Spa Wonders, but it is located 800 meters from the hotel and must be paid for separately. Granted, you get a 10% discount, but it costs €144 for 2 people – very disappointing. Furthermore, there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel, which was also difficult to figure out from the hotel page on hotels.com. The hotel was furthermore more expensive than other options we had looked at in Milan. It says it is a 4-star hotel – I would rather call it a 4-star cabin.

Room was cute. We had an issue with the air conditioner not being turned on but we called the front desk and we had air in less than 5 minutes. Only complaint was the bathroom shower was too small. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’11” and over 200 lbs. I fit but still hit my elbow on the shower shelf. My husband had a very tight squeeze. But other than that location was close to the restaurants by the canal which is a vibe.
