Very clean hotel. Room was small, but comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The pool room was warm and there were towels available to dry off. The hotel was well insulated and quiet. Breakfast was OK.

The place does need updating, fitness room is dark, pool area had a very visible widow crack. The rooms were clean and had nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The lighting in the rooms is specific to certain areas but there was no overhead lighting. Service was excellent. Location was close to everything. My room on the first floor, in the dog alley section, was quiet.

Very friendly staff. Welcome board explains about breakfast and mid-day snacks. I did laundry which was easy and clean. Pool was cold but nice to swim and the Jacqi was warm and nice. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Yea selection was plus for me.

There was BLOOD stains on the pull out couch. When we came check in I went to set up the pull out couch for my daughter's. When I pulled the couch out I noticed that it looked dark on the underneath of the mattress. I told the front desk, to which they replied that they would wipe it down with bleach and put new linens on it. I told her that I do not want my kids sleeping on a bloody mattress. They gave us another room that was still not very clean. There was hair still on the counter in the bathroom, in the shower, on the bed, and in the potatoes at breakfast. If there were any other hotels in the area, we would have left right away. Unfortunately, it was the graduation weekend so there was nothing else in the area. Oh, and the cards for the new room did not work, so we got locked out of the room. I will never stay at the comfort inn again.

The place itself was in a nice part of town and in good condition, but the bathroom was a functional superfund site. Inconceivable amount of hair, toilet seat was dirty, and I’m glad the rest of the room tipped me off to checking the towels before using because there was something horrific happening with the bath towel - I’ll just say I’m glad I didn’t use it without looking. When I brought these complaints to the front desk, they were somewhat apologetic and simply said they’d let housekeeping know. No room switch, no horror or refund at me having to clean my own toilet seat in a room I paid for, etc. The staff was friendly enough, but I’m still pretty upset I paid so much to feel extremely unclean and to sleep on top of the sheets with my own blanket because I was exhausted but super grossed out.

This was our second time here first time was amazing! 2nd stay the room we had was not so clean the sheets were stained and smelled as if not washed in a while. They smelled of dirt. The restrooms were still a little dirty with hair left in shower. Over all we love this hotel but the room this time was not great.

The room was great, but the Wi-Fi did not work. It said it did not match with the name. My husband could log in for a while but it stopped working and he had to log in, write name and address aso. again and again. When you work, pay bills, book hotels and events through the phone/Ipad the Wi-Fi must work. We come from Europe and we are not used to such bad connections. The Wi-Fi is essential and the bad connections and complecated way to log in is the main reason why I give low points. The breakfast was ok but all juices and the coffee were just mixed with to much water. Very low class.

The room was near the pool on the second floor and I could hear the large fan they use for ventilating the pool area all night long, air conditioner didn't work very well and was very loud, refrigerator was very loud and I had to turn it off during the night cuz it woke me up. Would not recommend it if you really want to get night sleep

I was charged for 1 night the day before I arrived. When I got here I figured I would just be paying for 2nd night. No, they charged me the full 2 nights and said the 1st amount was a hold and it would be refunded in a few days. After paying they then told they were charging me another hold charge. I was very upset as all this was coming out of my checking account and leaving me nothing for the rest of my trip. I am out over double I was supposed to pay for room this weekend. They said that is just policy for everyone. The terms and conditions on the website say you can be charged for 1 night if you change or cancel after 4pm the day before check in but that was not my case. I feel taken advantage of.

The management of this establishment was extremely disappointing during our recent stay. Although the employees were exceptional, the same cannot be said for the owners/managers. Our family has stayed here multiple times in the past, but this last visit was horrendous. We were rudely reminded of the check-out time when we tried to use the pool before 11 am. The female manager was particularly unpleasant and yelled at us when my son needed to use the restroom, claiming that he had drenched the floor. However, there were no safety mats placed in or leading to the pool's restroom, nor were there any safety mats in the pool area. This made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the management's behavior, we will not be returning to this establishment. We hope that the management will learn how to speak to guests with more courtesy and respect, especially the female manager who had no customer service skills. As the face of the establishment, her behavior was an embarrassment.

Since the property was sold a few years ago the new owner is "so suspicious" of the guests and not friendly. It's just a average hotel. I only go here as a last resort. There are many other nice hotels in Las Cruces that I have stayed at

The staff at the front desk were fantastic. They went above and beyond helping me get checked in. I was exhausted and my patients was gone. They helped me get my booking through Expedia and finally got my room. They remained pleasant and upbeat throughout all of it although I was stressed. They were very professional. Greatly appreciate them. I would highly recommend this location.

From the moment we checked in, we were treated in a friendly & professional manner. There was a couple times we asked the front desk for some help in accessing the jacuzzi. They went above & beyond. This location felt secure and was near several restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The young lady working made sure everything was refilled and the tables were cleaned. We would stay here again :)

We couldn’t trust the security of the area. (don’t book through Expedia/third-party.) Takeaways for us: book directly with the hotel and check out the location in person before paying if possible. If you are looking for a safer feeling area we ended up staying at the Hilton Garden inn. Location seemed significantly more secure though pricier and the parking lot had plenty of trucks and U-Haul trailers which made us feel less of a target to potential bad actors. Our main beef here is that we were traveling cross-country with a pick up truck full of belongings. Booked at this hotel through Expedia as we were rolling into town, not realizing the hotels firm no cancellation policies with third parties. Expedia reviews seemed positive at 9/10, but upon arriving, we noticed signs all around the parking lot warning about auto theft and break-ins. Upon further research with other apps we noticed several negative reviews warning about theft and break ins. We were planning to bring everything in with us and hotel assured us they have video security on the parking lot so we thought we might try it. Checking into our room, we noticed that beds have not been made and there was housekeeper tips left on the nightstand. Obviously the room had not been cleaned. Front desk apologized and offered us another room on the second floor. This room was clean but meant we would have to cart all the cargo from the truck in further. When the keys to the second room did not work and we had to return

While close to the plaza; walking there is unsafe due to drug abusers tweaking out along the way. Breakfast was less than ideal; powdered eggs, cold potatoes, rubbery meat, old fruit, weak coffee and more made for a bland start of the day. The room while appearing to be clean, a closer view found dirt, hair and stains. Glad we brought our own cleaning supplies. Quietness would have been a reality if others didn’t slam doors or talk loudly. But for Las Cruces this has been one of the better places to stay.

Overall, nice stay for a quick one night to gather yourself to hit the road the following day. Everything clean and the staff was professional. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because the breakfast needs a lot to be desired. I understand they dont have to include a breakfast but it is just not very appealing. If you are not a breakfaet person this is a great hotel to stay for a night or two.
