The staff was courteous, and the room was clean. It's close to places to eat and close to Universal Studios. The parking area was wide and easy to navigate with a large SUV, but note that it's an additional $10/night that's not included in the room rate.

Newly remodeled property. Room was small but clean. I paid for onsite parking which I didn’t like bc there are plenty of other motels with free parking. I likely could have also tried to find a spot on the street. Staff was nice. Wi-Fi was included. It would get louder during the day as the maintenance cart would roll by and I was close to the service desk so everytime someone would ring the door bell (ring cam doorbell) I would hear the chime. I also killed two big bugs in the room during my stay. Overall it was a good stay for the value and convenient location for what I had to do in the area.

My stay was satisfactory, hotel parking was convenient however I was charged 10$ for that upon arrival which was not stated before booking so it took my by surprise as i assumed parking was included and was not gonna get charged extra last minute. Overall room was clean, ac worked fine, the bathroom sliding door kept jamming and getting caught on the railing but it was manageable. Room was nice and neat. Quiet for the most part but there was some noise coming from the neighbors, sounded like they were definitely enjoying their stay a little too much. Overall good stay nonetheless

The room was spotless and nicely updated. The bunk beds were big enough for our adult sized teens to be comfotable. For our family of five, it was amazing to have more space than a normal hotel. The fridge and coffee station made breakfast (picked up at Ralphs grocery around the corner) easy. It was a quick 10 minite drive to Universal and we never had to get on a main highway .. major bonus points. The hotel from the street side is very unassuming but the private parking area felt secure. The staff was friendly and helpful at checkin. We will definitely stay here again.

Newly remodeled so it was in great condition but there are motion sensor lights under the beds that turn on all during the night and can’t be turned off. No hangers for clothing. No hooks or towel racks in bathroom. No ice machine.

Someone left food and it smelled HORRIBLE from the refrigerator. Someone left a dirty on towel and bed sheets. No one cleaned the floor. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. It was really small for pricey night. It was disappointing. Even, we don't feel safe in that area where we cannot take a bus. We had to walk more than 20 minutes to get to the hotel from metro center. The bed is too close to the door. It freaks me out in some way. Just so glad we left. Thanks.

Neither of the two TVs worked tv said not connected to internet or satellite so we couldnt watch anything not even connect our phone or watch live tv the whole trip. When asked for help with tv they said its been off for some days might be fixed in a week or two. There was no trash can, only one tiny one in the bathroom that held enough trash for 4 times blowing your nose. There was not one hanger or any drawers or anywhere to put dirty towls or any of our clothes we had to keep our clothes in our bags the whole stay . I would say its nice they have a room with 3 beds but i would never recomend or go here again this was the worst hotel ive stayed in during my 44 years of life and my parents were not people with money so growing up ive stayed at some bad places .

This is a motel. Some of the issues I had were on my part of not reading properly but this is not an Inn, it’s a motel. There were stains on some of the bedding and the shower. The staff was nice, beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. Average room and stay.

, The property is newly renovated , the beds are so comfy and bathroom is nice , the only bad thing I could say it’s the light in the bathroom is a sensory light and it turned off constantly while you were taking a shower and was so annoying , also we had a lot of crickets in our room , my brother killed at least 10 while our stay , front desk is really nice they were always open to give us towels and come to check the light but unfortunately they didn’t fix it, there is conditioner body lotion and shampoo , but 2 of the 3 were empty when we checked in , but the guy at fd refilled right away , also , they CHARGED us $10 per day for parking , which it wasn’t stipulated when we booked the hotel , it was so unpleasant as we were not aware of it .

We booked a room with 3 queen beds. It was perfect for our group. One of the queen rooms has its own room. The owner and his wife are super friendly and very helpful. We checked in later than expected. They called us to confirm we were still going to check in. They provided extra blankets and towels. Nick gave us his business card so we could contact him if we needed anything. You could tell the property was freshly painted and updated. The only thing we felt like our room required was hooks or towel rods and a way to turn off the light sensor under the beds. Other than that, our stay was comfy and the price was fair. We had a 3 day stay and it was perfect as we went to Universal for 2 days and Porto's Bakery was also close.

The Beds were very comfortable but the noise from the room above was very loud, we could hear them walk around, a lot, and their door open and close. Generally the place was very clean except for the floors which made our feet black.

The staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and we loved having three beds in one room (one bed was separated from the other two by a door). My only complaints were the bathroom barn door kept sliding open, there were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom, and the motion sensing lights under the beds were too bright and woke people up when others made a late night trip to the bathroom.

We checked in later than expected. They called us to confirm we were still going to check in. They provided extra blankets and towels. Nick gave us his business card so we could contact him if we needed anything. You could tell the property was freshly painted and updated. The only thing we felt like our room required was hooks or towel rods and a way to turn off the light sensor under the beds. Other than that, our stay was comfy and the price was fair. We had a 3 day stay and it was perfect as we went to Universal for 2 days and Porto's Bakery was also close.

I have driven past this place tons of times, and from the outside, I would have never guessed that the rooms were as modern and clean as they are! The manager was wonderful and helpful. My flight got delayed overnight, and he went ahead and checked me in so that it didn't automatically cancel. My only complaint is that there is a bit of space between the door and the door frame... just enough that you can hear every single noise outside. Some of those rubber weather-things would fix that right up. But all in all, it was a really pleasant surprise, and a very affordable option in a pinch.

The managers were polite but they were not able to control the rude and extremely noisy guests above us. The noise of the numerous kids running back and forth above our heads for hours late into the night (past midnight) prevented us from sleeping. No solution or discount was offered after we asked for help repeatedly.

Son and I had an absolutely lovely stay for 1 week at this newly remodeled Inn & Suites. The staff on site were very helpful and quick to respond for anything we needed. Beds in particular were super comfortable, quiet location, felt safe the entire stay. Cost of the stay was quite reasonable. Parking easy right outside our door. Closely located to cozy coffee shops, eateries, and shopping. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstance! My father passed so I was unable to make the trip down but the rest of my party did. The hotel would not let them check in and then would not grant me a refund. It is so nice to see all those uncaring people think about is money. Heartless money grubbing management!

This is tough review because the staff and actual rooms are amazing. It's been newly renovated and has a high end feel. That said, it's in a neighborhood that feels run down with graffiti and typical L.A. filth. There's a homeless population and people with clear mental illnesses. I did not like having my kids in this area and we did not feel safe because of it.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It suited our needs. We bought last minute Oasis tickets and there was no where to stay in Pasadena. NoHo is not the nicest area (so be prepared for that).

The room was spotless and nicely updated. The bunk beds were big enough for our adult sized teens to be comfotable. For our family of five, it was amazing to have more space than a normal hotel. The fridge and coffee station made breakfast (picked up at Ralphs grocery around the corner) easy. It was a quick 10 minite drive to Universal and we never had to get on a main highway .. major bonus points. The hotel from the street side is very unassuming but the private parking area felt secure. The staff was friendly and helpful at checkin. We will definitely stay here again.

The location for Universal is ideal. And the room layout for a big family is hard to come by and appreciated. But it was not a super comfortable stay. Loud people banging around at all hours of the night and morning. No quiet hours enforced. We were there for 2 nights and had no maid service the entire time. Staff was kind and room was initially clean very well. Also the beds have some weird motion sensor lighting, so in a room with 4 people trying to sleep, anytime anyone got up to use the bathroom, all the lights came on. For a big family needing a hotel close to Universal it checks so many boxes, but sleeping there was hard.

I liked that it was so close to Universal Studios but I did not like that there was nowhere to hang any clothing. No closet, no coat hook, nothing. There were 3 beds, 2 tvs, a mini fridge and shower. A microwave or toaster would have been nice. Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars. It wasnt horrible but it could have been better. cigaratte smoke also came into our room when people were outside next door smoking and we had the air on. I realize it pulls the air in from the outside but it was overwhelming as if there was no filter. Our fridge didnt work upon arrival and they were pretty quick to replace it.

It was clean, close to Universal Studios, and a cozy room for 2 people. Around the hotel was okay, only some food joints and liquor stores, but it didn't matter much to me. The no storage space in the room also wasn't a problem for me. I say this is a good hotel for a quick trip! Easy check-in and check out.

For the price and the distance to Universal Studios, I was satisfied. No there are not fancy amenities here like free breakfast. But the rooms are updated and I got a suite with a separate bedroom that had a nice bunkbed. The rooms have nice electronic upgrades to them. There is a modern feel and surprisingly the beds are very comfortable. Definitely worth the value of staying here.

We mostly enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable we are family of 5. It rare to find hotel that fits us comfortably. I would have been nicer to have microwave. Other wise nice overall stay. Would stay again.
