Please, please, please don’t use their shuttle. We had to wait a hour and forty minutes to be picked up from airport in it was 100 degrees outside. We called at 1:47 pm and wasn’t picked up until 3:27. There wasn’t a manager duty and when I called corporate they said there was nothing they could do for me.

Check in was a breeze. Happy to see hot water and coffee available all day. Shuttle to the airport was effortless. Front staff were friendly and efficient. There’s luggage storage, if needed. Only downside of our stay is the plane noise . Hotel is located on a plane take off path. That said, the frequency slows down drastically after 10 pm and stopped at around midnight.

Beware the shuttle only runs at certain times and you have to prebook your shuttle. We did not know this therefore had to take a cab that end up costing us an extra $25 one way.

The hotel is nice and clean. Check-in went well. Free shuttle was poor. I called the hotel to inform them that I was at the pickup site at IAH. They said it would be 5 minutes. After 20 I called again. He said it would be just a few minutes. It took 37 in total. The hotel is less than 3 miles from the airport.

Well, There was 2 humongest spider on my bed while I was trying to go to bed after shower. I freak out and did not sleep well at all. I have brought up this issue to the fronk desk. They acted like it was normal. I have to say huge huge colorful spider.I even have picture for the front desk.

Pros: The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very spacious particularly as we travelled with a lot of luggage. The toiletries in the bathroom were nice and smelled good. The airport shuttle service is great, Terry was our driver and he was lovely. Wifi was good and fast. Cons: We found the room to be unclean - there were dark black hairs in the shower area, on the shampoo and sink. The floor immediately upon entering the room was sticky. The noise from overheard aircraft is incredibly loud although it doesn’t go on all night and we did have a decent sleep. Facilities: The breakfast is basic but tasty & warm - fresh waffles, eggs and sausages as well as fruit, cereal and yoghurts. Coffee was free and tasty. Plenty of convenience stores around and a small shop in reception. Gym was clean and good range of equipment. The pool area is clean. The pool itself looked clean and fresh. The chairs/loungers looked worn and uncomfortable. Overall for what we paid we got what was to be expected - decent sleep, good breakfast, lovely staff, not the cleanest!

This is only the second time that I have stayed at a Hampton Hotel. My first experience was at a Hampton north of Houston. I loved my first stay so I thought I would book Hampton for another trip. I am very disappointed with this Hampton. I found the room to be very dirty. It even had a bad odor. The carpet was very dirty. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned. There were stains in the hallway carpet. I won’t stay at a Hampton again. Buyer beware!!!

This Hotel does not have microwave, coffe maker in their like thy advertise. The TV was not ready or set up to work with Direct Tv. No signal. I called I was told to push reset. It did no work called again they said sonwbody will come over. No body did. After I went upset to tge lobby they came over a while after, finally after two hours tge issue was fixed. The location cant be beat. The room is a standard hotel room, EXCEPT it doesn't have a traditional door for the bathroom. The bathroom has a sliding barndoor that doesnt seal or lock. I would choose a different hotel next time for this reason.

Airport Shuttle was very fast and convinient. Hotel and room are nice and look fairly new. Very clean. The biggest issue was that the AC unit in my room was extremely loud and I was not able to sleep well because of it.

Inefficient internet connection. Employees were frustrated that service was so slow. It took 30 minutes at least per check in. So several customers had to wait in very long lines. A call was made to someone for help. None was given to the sole employee. No free WIFI for guests and “no knowledge” when it might work. Would not stay here again or recommend it.

The staff had double booked my room and while I was asleep at 1am, a man came into the room. Both of us were extremely startled, of course. I was traveling solo for work and had an alarm at 4:30 to catch my flight. Needless to say, I didn’t go back to sleep. I was expecting to be met with apologies from the staff, but that was not the reality. I had to call the next day and wait 12 minutes to speak to a manager after they already knew the situation. The concierge was the most unfriendly and unhelpful I’ve experienced.

It was my second time staying at this hotel, and the staff is amazing and so helpful. I had forgotten my wallet at the rental car and didn't realize it until I was checking in. They were incredible – they drove me back to the airport rental facility, and I have never felt so grateful.

Monica at check not so friendly. No greeting. Waited 2 minutes before she acknowledged our presence. Other staff was on phone with customer. She was abrupt with all answers. I am an honors member and she was annoyed that I asked for water, apparently I was the wrong color honors. Overall felt unwelcome. Check out staff super friendly.

Staff were rude and not helpful, despite booking the airport shuttle the driver was late and rude and didn’t assist with loading or unloading bags. Overall the hotel was very noisy, with minimal sound proofing. The housekeeping staff were very noising in the hallways each morning. and staff in general lacked any customer service with a general rude tone.

The hotel itself is very close to the airport which is convenient. A couple of gas stations and convenience stores nearby. What we didn’t like was Vape Store next door and odors of Marijuana getting to your car. Hotel itself is in good shape. Few stains in the carpet. I did like that the front desk staff was bilingual. Breakfast food is typical. However the potatoes served at breakfast are awful. Refresh your offerings.

We booked 3 rooms on this visit, as we where heading out on a cruise. The beds where ok, the bathroom was clean and it was a fine place to rest and clean up. The staff was very helpful in helping us find a good place to eat dinner. The next morning we had breakfast and I am not sure what they put in the waffle batter but WOW that was a good way to start my day!

We arrived just passed midnight and were given a room but when we entered it was occupied by a guy. Scared the crap out of me to enter an occupied room. After getting it sorted out we were given anoyher room. Found out the toiled seat had someones hair in it. Bed is not very comfortable. Breakfast is mediocre and it closed 1 minute before 10 am. The lady didn't even let me get orange juice and said the machine was off. Also if you depend on the shuttle, know that it stops running at 11 pm.
