The pool was dirty and if I had wanted to use it closed at 9pm. There was realy no breakfast and there was a lot of molding on the bottom of the shower curtin. Also a very strong "fabulos" cleaner but that is a personal preference

I’ll be perfectly honest, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed!!!! The rooms were just nasty, outside used needles were littered on top of the green transformer on the side we stayed (room 222) the swimming pool was filthy and green, bed linens were dingy and comforters had burn marks on them, vanity top had burn marks on it… all around just nasty and gross !!People kept beating on the walls and screaming all night!! And that’s not including the idiots who weren’t even staying at the hotel roaming the parking lot!!! The manager is just a mean and rude person!!! NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE

Okay stay; I would stay here again. I visited twice (to/from my destination). Both ice machines were broken during my 1/1/23 stay. The rooms are large, the showers were hot, and the rooms have fridge/microwave/coffee pot/hair dryer. The rooms could use a deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint, but they are fine. I skipped breakfast during my second stay because I found it disappointing during my first stay.

Room was not clean. Ice machines didn't work. Rooms smelled very musty and hotel is just run down. Person at from desk when we checked in was very short with us and just not friendly. We turned air on and went to get something to eat hoping it would help with the room smell but when we got back it was even worse. The area just did not seem very safe for my family either. We checked back out after maybe 2 hrs of giving it a chance and they refused refund which I thought to be very shady business seeing we did give it a chance.

Had to wait for room to be cleaned. Only 2 towels and got a hard time getting more. Tv remote didn't work. Pool closed at 8. Breakfast was non existent. "Ran out of food." Asked for towels for the pool. They"ran out of towels too." Do not recommend staying here.

Curtains either had blood or pasta sauce on them. The bath tub had hair clogging the drain. Literally didnt take a shower because of how gross it was.Pool was disgusting. people begging for money or cigarettes.

Price was good but disappointed it condition of the property compared to another hotel we use when traveling to and from FL that’s priced the same, in same location but it was sold out. I was willing to try super 8 since it was also linked to Wyndham and are usually ok. The room just did not feel clean maybe just due to needing updates. The room fragrance was entirely too strong causing a headache and burning eyes soon after checking in and seemed to be masking a bad odor (urine?). I did not feel comfortable not wearing shoes on the carpeting. My first impressions of property exterior & grounds that it needs cleaned up and fresh paint and the window to check in at felt shady and unsafe.

The room while not appearing to be dirty I confronted 3 bugs types during my one overnight stay. 1.) A red fire ant bit me on the lower leg overnight under the sheet. 2.) There was a spider in the corner above the sink and 3.) a cockroach ran across the sink just before I brushed my teeth. So might I suggest better critter control is needed!

The staff was very friendly and polite. We did not end up staying as we found several bugs in the room (potentially roaches). They were crawling the walls and floor. We were offered to move rooms or a full refund. We opted for the redund. The hotel staff were beyond accomidating and apologetic.

Staff was great, room was clean, AC was not very good and was unable to keep temp I wished was changed when I was out of room. Coffee had grounds in it and breakfast was almost nonexistent with just a few small muffins 2 cold cerals and no oatmeal.

Pretty bad even for the price. Outside access rooms. Carpet, TV, furniture, bathroom VERY old and worn. Relatively clean, but only so much housekeeping can do with 20 year old stuff. Air conditioner loud. Two non-functional lights. Toilet ran constantly, Bathroom was small and terrible. The surfaces were superficially clean but the corners, grout (etc) were at their end of life. Shower was old and looked gross. Door to bathroom appeared to have stains on it..likely a drink that sprayed. Room smelled like smoke. I’ve stayed in other locations of this chain, and they have been (by far) much better…even at the same price. Embarrassment to Super 8 and Wyndham brands.

We come in a room no wifi. We change the room. This room is full of roaches! One crawling the Wall another one in my drink !!!!! Another one underground the sink! We change the room. No internet and no hot water on the shower. I could not take my shower! I WANT TO HAVE BACK MY MONEY! This is horrible !

Front desk and check in was friendly and efficient. This was a quick get off the road check in to sleep and get on the road early without breakfast—so cannot rate the breakfast offering. The room was average with older rusted fixtures, but definitely clean with a comfortable mattress which was all we needed. Convenient to eatery with Cracker Barrel right next door. Quiet, yet close to interstate.

We went on a 9 day road trip and stayed at 9 different hotels. This one was by far the absolute worst. The woman at the front desk was VERY rude. The hotel doesn’t look like their pictures. The free breakfast is a bowl of stale cereal or a granola bar. (If you decide to stay, pick the granola bar) this hotel is a step above camping only because the AC worked well. While the cost was cheap around $90 for the night, the bathrooms at a camp ground would’ve been cleaner. Do NOT try to use the pool or the staff will treat you poorly. Speaking of the pool it is need of repairs and I wish I would've Taken a picture. We would’ve left but I booked The non Refundable option. Use my mistake as your own lesson. Don’t book here or select the refundable option. Once you see the state of the room, you will want a refund.

The Indian lady at the desk was very rude. She had a problem with black people. I couldnt stay and myhusband was gonna have surgery the next day. I wouldnt let my dog stay there and she need to be FIRED

We will not stay there again! First we asked for ground floor room front desk personnel said they did not have our type of room available!(king bed) The first room given the conditioner did not work in the room! Then we were relocated to ground floor to another room, the room keys would not light up the green to indicate door open, batteries were dead, and the wifi would not work and front desk could not do anything about it!(this room had a king!) The ice machine was unsanitary, would not even have a thought of using. Front deck did not apologize, until I asked for refund for our troubles which they would not give! On a bright not the maintenance person was pleasant, and tried to help us with our issues.

First of all, the after hours window reaked of pot and the check in girl was less than pleasant! Second, when hotels require a deposit they usually accept a debit card and if they require cash, they have an ATM on property. The website says deposit required, which I was prepared to pay...on a debit card. Told at check-in they will only accept cash. Then sent me on a wild goose chase to find an operable ATM. Then at check out, in order to get the cash back it requires an inspection to make sure there's no damage to the room. Perhaps if this is how you do business, you shouldn't be renting to shady characters that require such a policy to exist! Third, very questionable characters hanging around the parking lot. Fourth, dogs barked in surrounding rooms all night. Mattresses are old and springy! Thank goodness we were only passing through and using this place to get a couple hours of sleep... And that's all we got, a couple hours. The breakfast is a joke...Stale cereal, cold coffee, and stale pastries. A terrible experience!!!

I wasn't able to check-in because they said I needed a $100 deposit. I never had this problem before. So now its midnight I had to wake up people because they had no where to go and driving around in the dark

Although advertised as recently renovated, the room was carpeted which tends to promote dirt. The toilet seat was loose. There was no doorstopper behind the bathroom door. Consequently there was a hole in the wall. The included breakfast was poptart granola bars, cold cereal, packaged oatmeal. When you arrive at 6:30 pm, the lobby is closed and you check in through a glass window, which makes you think this may be an area with crime. It is veru comveniently located next to i-95 and Cracker Barrel restaurant.

This is my warning. We booked this hotel and arrived all within 10 minutes. We immediately backed out and did not stay here. The moment i got out of car the area smelled of smoke and weed. This is definitely a place people are living in long term. Groups of young teens hanging around in parking lot blasting inappropriate music. It looks like a troublesome area. Front desk lady nice as could be. That is the only thing good. I would be worried here about your car being broken into. Just not safe and messy.

The area did not feel safe. There was loud music coming from a car in the parking area even though there was a security car parked nearby. The room was fairly clean but could use an update, especially the carpet and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was uncomfortable to use and should be replaced with a comfort height toilet. No coffee or food was available at 8:15am and the front desk clerk had no intention of addressing it. We will look for other hotel options in the future.

There are a lot of sketchy people hanging around this property. Just a bunch of crackheads, homeless, and just general sketchy people hanging around. It would be so easy just to call the police to come clean it up a bit. The whole deal just felt shaky. The motel itself needs to clean up the parking lot and building. A good powerwash would go a long way. I think they should even consider a parking lot repave. Yes, it’s that bad. There was some kind of mold on the curtain in the room, and the carpets should be replaced. But the whole vibe of the place had a bad feel with the people who were just “hanging around.” If you are going to be a homeless shelter, be a homeless shelter, otherwise, clean things up.

Our one night stay traveling home from a trip to NJ was pleasant. The location is great with an easy on/off I-95 access. There are dozens of food options, refueling options and shopping, many in walking distance. The front desk staff was professional and efficient with a speedy check in. The room was clean and tidy. The room and bed linen were clean. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Other than that it has a lot lacking. The breakfast was almost non-existent, I understand I should not expect much but I do expect more that coffee with grounds in it, two choices of dry cereal and a choice of one small muffin and that is it. No toast, oatmeal, or fruit or yogurt. On the other side of it they are very greedy. I signed in to per-register as I got sent a link asking me to do so. When I arrived at the facility was told they don't do that and found out I was charged twice and no real refund was offered only one day as it was a no show. If you note someone with the same name, dates and requests has two bookings would you not question that person when they check in? No not them just collect the money as a no show that is greedy in my book. Will for sure never stay here again.

one light bulb burned out in lamp; one light bulb missing from lamp; maintenance got me 2 light bulbs. breakfast very simple: package oatmeal, yougart, coffee, OJ, apple juice, 2 cereals,2 coffees, tea, milk. Good, but not really too fancy.Clean dineing area. clean room.

Room need an update. They say they have breakfast but I call coffee and cereal not breakfast. No bread at all. Frontdesk door was closed when checking out. We just had 'breakfast' there. Ticket booth like to check out, did not feel friendly to me. Location is not Super8 worthy.

For starters, the address in google is directing to a ware house....when informed, the lady said " call goigle and inform "....hello...not my property not my business... Breakfast... Theres nothing except two muffins and raisin flakes.... Only thing co soling is a good room.

The Super 8 was a decent little place to stay. The rooms were clean and I didn't have any other issues with them. However, there were two things that I didn't like. First, the HDMI ports in my room were broken. While it may not be a huge issue for some, it was disappointing as I couldn't connect my Roku or gaming console. Second, the breakfast they claimed to offer was not up to my expectations. They advertised a continental breakfast, but it only consisted of cereal, milk, grits packets, and juice. I personally don't consider that a proper breakfast, although it's better than nothing. Other than these points, I did not have any complaints about my stay
