The fridge was not working but the room was clean and big enough. The hotel parking was free. A good choice for travelers that have a car and want to visit Bruges. We used the public parking of Bruges which 6 Euros only.

Very luxurious hotel compared to most we have been staying in. Rooms large and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Very helpful reception. Loved the bar/lounge area where we also had a meal. Very convenient free parking a big tick. Great place to stay

Superior double room was excellent. Very comfortable super king bed, very spacious room and bathroom. Fabulous shower. Very clean. Very friendly concierge who gave us lots of useful information and drove us into the city for a small charge. Would stay again.

A quiet, clean, friendly hotel within easy reach of Bruges city centre. The hotel organised shuttle taxis into the city for €13 each way. Very friendly reception and bistro staff, particularly Joaquin (Joe), who was very helpful. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The room was clean and comfortable, with a king sized bed. The bistro served lovely food and we enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard of an evening. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Lovely hotel located a couple of miles outside the city in a quiet residential area. Reception staff very helpful. Taxi shuttle service available into and back from the city centre for a discounted rate. On site restaurant which offers a range of meat dishes, but not much in the way of vegetarian choices, if any.

Although it’s rated 4 stars, it’s far from the truth. I had to pay extra for the city fee, even though it was already paid in advance. The room was dirty, with damaged and stained furniture, and filthy armchairs. Despite paying for three people and clearly stating that we have a baby, they asked for an additional €30 for a baby coat. Soundproofing was non-existent; starting at 6 AM, doors slamming in the hotel hallway woke up my child, and we couldn’t sleep afterward. Definitely avoid if you’re traveling with kids!

Big and clean room. Comfortable bed. High speed wifi Big Samsung Smart tv Bathroom is a bit outdated, but still acceptable for now. the Bistro has also a door for entering outside the hotel. When this is opened , it gets very cold .

Hotell Weinebrugge är en lite pärla för den som är på genomresa förbi Brügge. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför centrala Brügge men man tar sig lätt in dit på ca 10 minuter. Personalen var oerhört service inriktade och vänliga. Rummet var stort och rymligt med stort badrum. Rent och fint. Vi åt middag på hotellet vilket var väldigt gemytligt. Trevlig service och god mat. Fanns mat i de flesta av prisklasser. Vi åt inte frukost där. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet om man ska till Brügge.

Extremely bad hygiene. Badroom full of hair of other people. Room was horrible cleaned. Cleaning came back and cleaned again, but stil lot of hair on the floor of other people. Hair in shower. Just nasty... People above you were very noisy!! Stamp stamp stamp

Friendly employees, comfortable beds, good location. Poor breakfast. The room had a bathtub but it was located in a corner with low ceiling so you could not stand straight. (1.67cm my length) if you want to take a shower you need to hold the showerhead in your hand, standing in the bathtub. No slippers, no bathrobe. More like a 3 star hotel. Ok for 1 night max (just sleeping)

Zimmer allgemein waren gut . Der Balkon eher nicht so sauber. Leider sind die Türen beim schließen Recht laut, auch im Treppenhaus lautes knallen vom Türschließer. Der Frühstücksraum ist eher klein und am Buffet ist es eher eng. Für die Besucherzahlen beim Frühstück wurden zu wenige Plätze bereitgestellt. Es gab wenig Auswahl z.B. bei Ceralien und auch keine Tomaten,Gurken etc. Für den Preis bekommt man sonst mehr geboten.

I have visited Bruges many times and all but one visit has been to this hotel! It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I will be back again soon!

Great for car parking if you need one. Room was as advertised and had everything we needed. Nice complimentary bottled water & chocolate. Dinner in the Bistro was ok. Not a lot of choice and service was a bit lacking. Overall though, a good experience.

I notified the property I would be a late arrival, and they responded no problem, check in could be 24/7. On arrival at 11pm there wasn't anyone at reception, I waited 5 minutes and then went to the bar to find someone. That person came to reception and checked me in. I asked for directions to the room and was told to go 'over there, it's on the first floor'. I had room 128, but I could only find up to room 127 on the first floor. I returned to the reception and the person accompanied me to show me to the room, except after a full tour of the first floor, he couldn't find it either. Eventually we found it in an annexe to the hotel. It really wasn't a good start to a late arrival for a tired person. The room was very nice, very comfortable and clean.

Very welcoming staff at the hotel and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful. We used the shuttle to and from town which worked well and was very convenient. There were a couple of things which needed our attention in our room, but nothing major, we reported these to reception as we checked out. All in all the hotel is in a nice quiet spot a a few minutes car ride from town. We’d used it again and recommend it to friends.

Friendly and helpful staff, super convenient for the motorway (we stopped overnight on the way to the Netherlands). Taxi shuttle available into Bruges for €15 each way (per car, not per person). Lovely breakfast.

Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet ist im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern diese Kategorie eingeschränkt, das, was angeboten wird, ist qualitativ o.k. Service wirkt manchmal lieblos. Die erste Hälfte unseren Aufenthaltes war das Hotel fast vollständig durch Radsport-Profi-Teams ausgebucht, die damit verbundenen Lärmbelästigungen der Werkstatt LKW mit Druckluft-, Hochdruck- und Generator-Geräten bis in die späten Abendstunden wurden vom Hotel nicht unterbunden. Die Organisation des Hotels der großen Gruppe im Verhältnis zu den wenigen anderen Hotelgästen wirkte hilflos.

Overnight stay on my trip back to UK following a long motorcycle road trip. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very spacious comfortable room and bed with superb pillows, large flat screen TV with UK channels and ample parking. Superb draft Belgium beer on tap and a menu to suit all tastes. At breakfast there was a wide variety of hot and cold food with French fruit and unlimited coffee. Would I stay here again ? Definitely YES

I was just passing through on my way to the UK via the EuroTunnel so this hotel is well located within one hour of Calais. It is conveniently located close to the highway, has ample off-road private parking, a restaurant and the rooms are clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The perfect place and well priced to stop over.

O hotel é bom porém longe de tudo, o Transfer é pago e embora a minha tarifa dava direito ao Transfer este não foi fornecido quando fomos embora, um funcionário nos atendeu muito mal. Se não estiver de carro não vá para este hotel.

The hotel was spotless when we were there. The staff were really helpful. Breakfast was a wide choice of buffet items with something for everyone. We ate in the Bistro one night, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

Hotel de haute catégorie mais personnel peu chaleureux (peut être cela est normal en flandres..). Parking extérieur gratuit et sans limites de hauteur. Prises électriques pour rechargement de batteries (Tesla). Restaurant assez onéreux. Petit déjeuner excellent et compris dans le prix.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig. Was ich nicht so gut fand, war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die Speisen. Für Gluten- und Laktoseintoleranz gab es nicht viel Auswahl zum Frühstück. Glutenfreie Brötchen hätte man vorab bestellen müssen. Ansonsten ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.
