My single room was small and not at all fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The common areas and exterior for the downtown Milan location do not match the photos on this website--the real thing is actually nicer than what is pictured. The current photos must be from another location. We found the staff helpful and we loved a few of the details like free refills on sparkling water in the lobby.

The location was really nice in the middle of the city between the castle and the duomo. Breakfast is crazy expensive, but there is enough places to get breakfast nearby. There was a lot of noise from the elevator which was very annoying especially at night but also the hallways were very loud. The beds were nice and the hotel has a modern look to it. The badroom especially the shower sink, needs a thorough cleaning, every time they just put a towel on there but it does not help a lot with the smell.

The hotel is centrally located while being situated in a quiet street just minutes from Castello Sforzesco and Cadorna metro and within 10-15 minute walking distance to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Teatro alla Scala, and Duomo. Wonderful staff who tries to accommodate you in any way possible. Clean, modern facilities with comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent, since it was possible to order an omelette or crêpe made on the spot, but not spectacular.

We had a few issues with the room. Air con didnt work so we got a fan sent up. Shower head didnt stay upright. But staff were lovely, breakfst had lots of choice. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location. A few minutes from Duomo and Cardona station. Quiet with windows closed, but noisy at night with them open. We were next to the lift so other guests woke us up! But a great value 3 star hotel.

They let us check in early morning as soon as we arrived which was extremely nice and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more being we were tired and sleepy after a long flight. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you so much Genius Hotel. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Hotellet ligger i perfekt tæt afstand til alt. Personalet var helt vildt søde, venlige og hjælpsomme med alt. Fine værelser. Dejligt rent. Det eneste minus er, at det er dobbeltdyne på værelser med dobbeltseng. Vi vil helst have enkelt dyner. Men samlet set et dejligt hotel.

Standart tek kişilik oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi. O oda için o rakamlar çok yüksek. Otelin konumu çok iyi ama odaların o kadar küçük olması hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Oda değiştirme talebimi yerine getirdikleri için kalmaya devam ettim yoksa çıkacaktım.

un po' caruccio il prezzo, posizione vicina al Duomo e dintorni,personale molto cortese,il giorno del check-out ho tardato 5 minuti nell'uscire e mi hanno accolto comunque col sorriso,e siccome il mio treno partiva nel tardo pomeriggio,mi hanno tenuto i bagagli senza problemi,e questa è una grande cortesia,mentre in altri posti ho dovuto pagare!!ci ritorneremo ☺️👍

Excellent care from the front desk. Amazing location just 5-10 minute walk to the castle and The Las Supper and 10 minute walk to the stunning Milano Cathedral. Try the Risotto restaurant nearby - it’s retro style with authentic dishes.

Vi var överraskade med hur bra det var! Receptionen var mycket hjälpsamma när vi checkade in, och vi hade aldrig några problem under de fyra dagar vi bodde här. En särskild eloge till frukostpersonalen! Susanna som fixade cappuccino och omelett varje morgon var suverän! Alltid glad och vänlig och en mycket bra kock! Frukosten i övrigt var över förväntan med varm och kall mat och färsk frukt varje morgon.

Hôtel avec un esprit familiale, très bien situé au centre de Milan. Personnel très disponible et gentil. Petit déjeuner très correct avec le personnel toujours là pour vous préparer un bon café italien, ou une omelette. Fontaine d'eau plate ou gazeuse à disposition.
