The only person working was brand new and told us “just to park” but took our name for shuttle without getting license plate. So our car was towed. When we came back two days later, the same staff member was working and said there was nothing she could do and acted like she knew nothing about it. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Airport shuttle was efficient and right on time. Easy to navigate. Room was spotless. Front desk employees were great to work with. Breakfast was unexpected, as our flight was delayed we were able to enjoy it. Couldn’t ask for anything more at a reasonable price.

Stayed Thursday and Saturday nights, with airport shuttle service and when we left we confirmed our car was ok where it was parked as part of lot was corded off for painting. The person behind the desk said it should be fine, but we returned to find our car had been towed. Found out the whole row of cars were towed. 572$ US charge!!!

The only thing we didn't like was there wasn't enough parking for hotel guests to park well they stay their whole time at the hotel.. Compared to other guests that stay before their flights and then leave their cars there until they return..

My daughter goes to Syracuse University so three times a year I have to go to Syracuse , other hotels in this area are maintained poorly . I was very happy to find this clean hotel . Highly recommend!

Carpets are dirty, the hotel and rooms smell horrible. We were unable to get our complimentary breakfast after waiting over 30 mintes as they were unable to keep up. At 9 they decided to stop serving food. There was zero coffee, staff never at front desk to assist.

The good- there were no bedbugs, check in/out was easy, the desk people were polite and kind. The was a sign in the bathroom that said they’d get you toiletries you’d forgotten if you needed, not that we used that but it was a kind gesture! They also had dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was much better than the typical hotel things they give you. The not so great but definitely tolerable- people were pretty loud late at night (like 2300-midnight). My partner wanted decaf coffee when we got there at 1700, but the coffee had been sitting there since 0400 as the coffee machine said and it looked gross. Not a huge ordeal, just minor complaints. Scratchy towels, again, not a big deal, but just trying to be as detailed as possible! The ugly-The room was very dirty. There was a bloody fingerprint in the shower (yuck) and a previous persons hair all over the bathroom. The cover over the shower/fan vent thing was missing. The floor wasn’t vacuumed at all either, there was stuff all over it that I could feel crunching under my shoes which grossed me out. There were also crumbs all over the bedside table as well. Perhaps this is what you can expect at a hotel that’s probably used for travel. I mean after all, we got there around 1900 and left at 0500 which I imagine is standard. But as someone who used to do custodial work, I was very disappointed. I don’t expect it to be perfectly clean, but a bloody fingerprint really grossed me out.

Checked in and was assigned a room. Went to the room and it wasn’t cleaned & you could clearly see that. Assigned another after going back down to the front desk, second room was a little bit better but not to the expectations you’d expect. Honestly think they just made the bed. Luckily we travel with disinfectant wipes and did a quick wipe down before we relaxed for the night. Free shut was was to use and definitely convenient.

I was appalled at the cleanliness of the bathroom - black and pink mould around the base of the shower, straight up hair and other stuff in the shower (was it even cleaned prior to us coming? I don’t think so), shower handle fell off, water was 6 inches deep in the shower - would not drain. Brought these concerns to the head of the cleaning department and nothing was changed. The continental breakfast was also very poor: out of pancakes, cinnamon buns and orange juice. The poor woman in charge of the dining room was working hard but could not manage the lack of items at the facility. Will not come back.

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. We were surprised in the decline in cleanliness. The luggage carts were STILL broken from our last stay in Dec 2023. On this visit, our room (330) was dirty. The toilet did not look freshly sanitized, bathroom floor had shoe prints everywhere, the bath tub had long hairs stuck to the shower wall.

Front desk was super nice. I requested a new room when I couldn’t get the door bolt to lock and the sink drain was stuck. He readily agreed. Then we discovered there were no more Keurig cups for the in room coffee pot. In other words, staff had a friendly and helpful, but management needs to be more on top of building and guest needs. Shuttle to airport is excellent.

Unfortunately, the issue is the walls are thin in the rooms and my wife was told that going up to the third floor would be quieter and it was not… She did not get much sleep because of noise outside of the room. This is not the management issue… It’s the builders issue with creating a structure that does not allow a person to rest properly.

It’s convenient for a place to stay if you have an early flight out and don’t want to add drive time to your morning! We had a room that had a ac/heating unit that had been “fixed up” but the thermostat was non existent. It was set at 68 and woke up a couple hours later sweating to death and the room feeling like it was in the mid 80s. Was not prepared to be barbecued but now that I know..I’ll just make sure I turn the heat off before bed lol

Front desk unstaffed for 20 to 30 minutes, person in lobby said desk person drove someone to grocery store. Youth team staying at hotel banging on doors and throwing ice on doors, apparently no cameras or security to identify. Got to hotel and they were playing room roulette, moving peoples rooms to accomadate, had given our room away and moving someone else to get our room back.

I checked in late at night, only to be awoken before 8 am by loud noises. I looked out my window and realized that my room was directly under demolition. When I went outside to look, I saw that the demolition was only in that corner of the hotel and I should have been placed in any other part of the hotel. Front desk and another office staff member couldn't have been less concerned. I have written to the manager and hope to hear back. Pretty sure what they did was illegal.

Kelly, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating. She switched our rooms so that my daughter's room joined our room. The 4:30 am shuttle was ready and left on time. It was a short, but very pleasant experience.

The hotel was having a new roof put on and it looks like they have been investing money into the hotel. I stayed for two nights and would recommend it to others. The breakfast was a nice way to get the day started.

The hotel is currently under renovation and the hallway was a mess, filled with building materials and the carpet was filthy; however our room was clean and refurbished. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was just fair. The staff was very helpful. I think once they get the renovation completed it will be more enjoyable. I wish the breakfast was better - they had a pancake machine but it was broken. Scrambled eggs had no taste. I would stay again.

The hotel is bright, clean, and newly renovated. However there were a few minor issues with the room due to ongoing renovations (door was very hard to open). We really enjoyed the breakfast last time but this trip it was poor (pancake machine broken, several items unavailable including butter for toast, and “bacon” was a very strange paste-like offering). Overall still good value for the money.

We stayed one night after a long day of traveling. We arrived at the airport after midnight. We made a simple phone call after picking up our baggage, and the driver came to pick us up and transport us to the hotel. Very friendly and efficient service. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and of excellent quality, Clean and bright with modern fixtures in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Overall a very comfortable stay.
