Very cute and affordable hotel directly across from the beach the only drawback was there is no heat in the pool and that the bar was not open other than that a great facility that I would go back to again.

Right across from the beach and restaurants near by. The pool area is open until very late and during our visit it was very loud. A large yelling family took it over. Thankfully once in our rooms the A/C white noise drowned them out. But relaxing by the pool was not an option. Other than that, it was fine.

Our stay was great. And close to beach for morning walks. Our afternoon pool time was very relaxing. Our only complaint was being charged for parking, which we were not aware of. Especially since our hotel bill was payed in full way in advance. When questioned, the hotel said the third party should have let us know. This did not happen last year at this hotel.

Recovering from hurricanes, elevator doesn’t work, pool not heated, hot tub isn’t working. Bed & room was ok/standard. No elevator with 3rd floor room and managing suitcases was difficult.

The hotel was clean and staff was great.. but it was a good walk to the ocean and dont loose your pool towels they charge.. also the bar only opens when the person wants to come to work no set hours

Overall our stay was fine. The room was spacious. Housekeeping was available upon request. We had a Marina view, quieter than the front of the motel. The shower could use a recaulking. The pool was not heated. There is not a fitness center as is advertised on some websites.

Dirty paper towels between microwave and cabinet; hole in bathroom ceiling that had a terrible patch job; shower curtain not long enough and water went all over bathroom floor; floor was VERY dirty so after showering feet were black with dirt in a couple Minutes after walking around in the room; rodents in wall/ceiling making noise all night.

If you have an older hotel. This is how you run it. Everything is clean and rooms are spotless. Doesn’t have everything that the big chains have but they do everything to make you stay great. If your looking to stay in Treasure Beach on the cheap this is the place. Next to a Waffle House so breakfast is affordable, and walkable to beach, bars and shops. Pool and hot tub are nice too.

Very much an older beaten up room. Main areas a tad better. Thinnest tissues and toilet paper I’ve ever seen. I actually didn’t know it could be manufactured this thin and poorly. I am not overstating this. I stayed at Hampton Inn before and after making this place a 1 star maybe 2 star in comparison. Broken tiles, broken fridge plastics, bottom of doors rotted. Everything worked though, very spacious, extremely clean, good beds, decent pillows, good shower, hot water. Price was very right. So overall a good place to lay down one’s head with proper expectations. The vent in the bathroom for example looked like it was growing a full beard. Gross but, whatever. Poor management and maintenance as that takes many weeks to accumulate.

The hotel itself was completely decent. Clean and the beds are comfortable. However, you could hear every foot step from the floor above and everybody walking up and down the hallway all night (not that they had light construction going on that started fairly early). Good parking.

Horrible hotel. Falsely advertises as a non-smoking hotel and in reality it absolutely reeks of cigarettes and weed. Went to 3 different rooms on all 3 floors and they were absolutely disgusting and reeking of smoke. Tried to get a refund to go stay somewhere else and they were unaccommodating, said we would not receive a refund since it's not within their 24 hr cancellation window. Furthermore, unless you're a super deep sleeper you won't be able to sleep as the A/C is extremely loud and right next to the bed. Terrible customer service, terrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone. Be warned!

We didn't stay long enough to spend time on the property. What was bothersome, was the folks staying above us. It was after 11:00 PM and we could not sleep due to children running back & forth. The noise was so loud from the pounding feet. The next time I stay anywhere, I will make sure we are on the top floor, so we don't experience that again.

The beds and pillows were great. The rooms are older and the furniture was worn. It appeared clean. The first room we were given had a shower that never got hot. They sent someone to fix it but it didn't help. I had to ask the front desk person for another room. They did give me another room and the shower was hot and worked well. I tried to use the washer and it didn't work. I reported it. They did finally get someone to fix it later that day. I did like the location of the motel- could walk to everything we needed. I'll be looking for a more up to date facility next time. The towels are older and more worn.

The elevator was down Wi-Fi was not working and the hallway smelled really bad and other than that the rooms were OK, but it had some issues over here. I highly would only recommend this if you absolutely had to stay somewhere thank you.

Friends get together. Hotel was nice, rooms were very spacious and beds were comfy! Location was good across from the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would definitely stay again.

You could walk to most places, directly across the street from the beach, the one lady I dealt with at the office was helpful, the hotel did tow my car even with the pass in the window, the manager was not available on a Friday at 2pm and refuses to call me back, place is nothing special, you will not be wowed, stay somewhere else

The hotel was easy to find driving from the Tampa airport. We got in late due to a delayed flight and staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area was nice and clean. Parking was easy once we got our rental car. There was a great ice cream shop right next door and as a bonus, there were coupons at the front desk for a free Jersey Mike's sub! We also appreciated being able to walk across the street right to the ocean. The beach was huge and not crowded and full of shells. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had a huge expensive problem. They towed my car from the parking lot even though I had a parking pass. I had cut up my son visor in the car. No one checked to make sure my car was legitimate. They charged me four hundred dollars towing the hotel offered me no help or concessions

The youngster that checked me in was RUDE AND HATEFUL! Trying to talk down to me, my room was not ready on time. Once in the room it was a scaled down version from the photos provided at check in. I was told I would be charged $50. For a room key (for a pool towel) if the 5cent card wasn’t returned. The Tiki bar was Never opened. No hair dryer no plastic Garment bag for dirty clothes. I won’t stay there again. Not a good value…

Cigarette and weed smoke is constant. House keeping services requires multiple requests and the house keeping services are slower then molasses if they show up. I have stayed here multiple times and the services seem to keep declining. We requested a late checkout and was told to call in the morning. What is the point of a late checkout if I have to wake up and call and then were denied. I spend 120+ days in hotels and have never been denied late checkout. The real kicker is I know the room will sit empty with nothing being done. I Have stayed there several times and never had a room ready on time. It was insulting.

We were so pleased with how gracious and accommodating the staff were at check in and check out. Our hotel room was very clean and had an absolutely beautiful view of the marina out our hotel room deck.

Location: Hotel was close to beach and walkable to shopping and restaurants. John’s pass is about 1.5-2 miles down as well. Property: Hotel felt empty. Staff was sometimes not to be found, the bar would only open a few hours a day and the pool was very small. The room was nice with a tv, mini fridge, microwave and a private balcony. The hotel itself was decent overall!

Very well placed, just across road from beach access, although hurricane damage to loos / shop at access not been done. Very handy for walking to fab restaurants - VIP Lounge Mexican, and R Bar for fish, to name just two. Hotel itself is clean, rooms are exceptionally spacious, great coffee and iced water free in reception. No breakfast available. Breakfast room is now just an empty space. Breakfast used to be good. Shame. There is a bar, but we did not use it, so can't comment on prices. Overall, a good visit. Recommended.

What a wonderful hotel stay! Quiet and right next to a Waffle House! The pool is open 24/7. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. This hotel is licated directly across the streer from beach access.Great stay! Thank you!

The property was clean and comfortable. A little old but well kept. Parking was never an issue and it was an easy walk to several great restaurant choices and easy beach access. The other guests were all friendly and noise wasn’t an issue at night. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location on Gulf Blvd as you can easily walk 1 mile to John's Pass or go south on Gulf to many restaurants. Room nice, private balcony, clean, not too much to complain about. Has rooftop bar but was only open certain times. Pool area clean. Front desk workers very nice. I'd stay again no problem!

Resort was less than we expected but it was clean and convenient. Older motel style. No dining options. On site gym was just a few outside cycle machines etc. it really doesn’t have an on site gym. No continental breakfast. Bar was only open one night on Saturday. room was clean new mattress on bed. We would stay again but would rather pay extra for more amnesties and nicer facilities
