Stayed for 3 nights in August. I only wish this was closer to NJ. I loved this hotel! We went with our 2 teens and my mom. We loved the washer/dryer. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. It was affordable large. We cooked all our meals in the room to save $$. The view of the inlet was amazing! Beautiful sunsets, dolphins and boaters. The pool was a little small and we definitely could have used a smaller flipper. The frying pan was small but the flipper was huge! The beach was right across the street. Loved this hotel. If in the area again I would definitely stay again.

Location was very nice right on the beach. Room was pleasant and bedding very comfortable. Suggestions 1). Pool and hot tub closed way too early - 9:00. I would like to see it open till 10:00 or 10:30. 2). Pool water a little chilly - having it heated would be nice. 3). Need recycle bins in room. 4). Would have been nice to have some sort of recreation or game room - ping pong etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Provident Oceana. The ocean view from our room was amazing. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed during sunset after a beach day and that was so nice! We only stayed one night but it was awesome. I think the cherry on top was the fact that when I called and asked what we needed to do before leaving and she said NOTHING!! We just locked up and walked out! Talk about easy peazy! My only feedback that could be taken bad but I’m not taking any stars away by any means is that there wasn’t anything to output our toiletries on in the shower and when something fell I hit my head leaning down to pick it up. A cheapie thing from Walmart could easily remedy that but again this is not a complaint just feedback on what could be done differently for future guests. All in all we were extremely pleased and had such a great night! We highly recommend!!

The unit was not clean. The sofa was soiled and smelled like fetes, floors and restroom were not clean. We have stayed here several times and it seems to be headed in the wrong direction. These issues have nothing to do with the recent hurricanes. The pools/hot tubs were not operational, which is fine considering the recent events. However it was not disclosed at the time of booking.

The view is gorgeous and the suite was spacious, which would have caused me to give a higher rating, except I'm allergic to dogs and this is a pet friendly hotel. I do not have allergic reactions in clean places, however, 10 minutes in bed and my throat and eyes swelled up. I also found a dog toy in the closet which l suspect means a dog recently stayed in the room and it was not thoroughly cleaned between guests. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told hotel was fully booked and I could not be moved. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to change the sheets myself and maybe that would help. Other negatives include low quality soap, shampoo and coffee and chipped dishes. That said, there were plenty of other dishes and cooking utensils to use.

Nice property with both bay front and oceanfront options. Lots of room, 2 br suites. The main issue was the overall cleanliness of the unit. Upon checkin, room smelled sour which was due to both shower curtains being dirty, they were quickly replaced. Also, there was a general dinginess on the counters and floors throughout and well as the lighting fixtures. Otherwise, nice roomy rooms and beautiful views.

We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. There was hair everywhere (floor, baseboards, drawers, refrigerator, etc.). The broom had a clumps of hair at the end of the bristles. The kitchen had crumbs and debris in the drawers. The living room chair had candy nerds on the cushion and when we went to go shake it out, under the cushion had dog food, human food, dirt and sand. Other then the cleanliness, the condo was ok/basic. The pots/pans were minimal and very old. The kitchen was not fully stocked with items to cook. Other then the cleanliness, the condo was fine, but no bells/whistles if that is what you are looking for.

We were disappointed with the property. The rooms branded as queen, is not a queen bed. This was a full size bed that could not hold my 2 guests. The person working at the front said the manager was not there and she did not even work there. She had enough knowledge about the job as she worked there before. She was okay to work with. The rooms were not thoroughly clean. Bathroom faucets were rusted. The shower head was disgusting. There was mold and rust. I expect to have compensation for the wrong room and poor management.

The property was not clean, the shower curtains with mold and the floors were sticky. My daughter refused to use the shower. The toaster had a visible layers of dust. The whole condo smelled very bad, so not recommend, this ruined our trip and the overall impression of the area.

The property location is phenomenal. Views of the sunset are breathtaking. My only complaints are the age and condition of the furniture and the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The floors were sandy and dirty. Other than that our vacation was wonderful.

The view was nice. The room could use a definite cleaning as there were stains on the sheets in the master bedroom, hair in the shower and weird stains on the bathroom wall in the master bath. Also, we had someone else's trash in the kitchen and had to unload the dishwasher in order to find the glasses.

Excellent view from patio. We were facing the ocean. 1 extra set of towls would be nice. We could have asked for but we were busy.Mattress on pull out couch could be better in room we were in. Wish we could have stayed longer but weekend rates to expensive. We would stay here again.

The rooms were nice and as pictured. I’m guessing because it was in December and a little chilly that it wasn’t very busy, which I loved. I wanted a relaxing and quiet vacation, and that’s exactly what I got. The carpet in the rooms looked brand new and the entire place was clean. We had a great time and would love to come back sometime during the summer. The beach was beautiful, much better than the east coast. Publix was a two minute drive, probably less which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend to others!

Great location right on the beach. There is the option to stay in the bay side building or beach front building. There is easy parking and nice large rooms with full kitchen. Furniture is a bit dated and patio furniture could use an update. Overall, we would stay here again. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for my birthday! The inlet was gorgeous and we walked across the street and walked along the beach for an hour the next morning. There's lots of good food around and the proximity to the ocean is great. The room was very spacious and although the air conditioning unit couldn't quite keep up and it felt a bit damp at times, it was still nice and cool.

The place was nice for the price…the beds were not great, but not horrible. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and there’s a balcony with a view. The pull out couch was not comfortable, but my son slept on that. Overall nice place and area!

Stay was great, beautiful views and great access. Travelled with two friends, one slept on the couch pull out and it wasn't very great, could use a mattress topper. Coffee machine packs said 4 cups, but we had to put four packs in to make a decent cup of coffee. Those were the only hiccups. Otherwise a great trip, saw dolphins in the harbor, went shelling in the morning for sunrise. The pool was refreshing. Nice shower heads and linens.

Fantastic location. Spring break and the tired furnishings ruined the stay. Staff really need to stay on top of young spring breakers with added security if necessary. Too much noise at all times but particularly bad when the pool deck is meant to be closed. Sofa and chairs have seen better days and the table outside is ready for landfill. Could be really good, such a shame.

Our overall review is based on the lack of rule support throughout our stay. Children were not supervised at the pool or hot tub. They were 3 or 4 years up to maybe 8 or 9? There was a dog ( golden doodle) running around in pool area on Sunday. I felt bad for the dog because there was absolutely no shade. And my daughter is allergic to everything. Alcohol cans were also all over the pool. We typically stay at Fusion when we come to St. Pete. This was very disappointing. We avoided the pool for two days based on your guests and lack of support of rules. Additionally, one of your employees, a young African American girl, smoked pot on 1st floor, to the left of elevator on multiple days. I get it, pot is legal in Florida. I just do not want to smell it when I am on vacation from my very stressful job. Overall, just a very disappointing trip.

I've stayed here several times and some things have improved. The unit was very clean and the new sofas are much more comfortable. On the flip side, the dishwasher was full which was weird, there are numerous people smoking on their balconies which the no smoking rule needs to be enforced or why have one? And too many barking dogs including one at 1130pm which while beyond the direct control of mgt, is annoying on a vacation. And the new chairs are awful. Not comfortable at all and would have been better off to keep the ones that were there. So I don't understand that choice. The location and the view outweigh the cons but could still be improved. Need better enforcement of policies which is for the benefit of all in the long run.

Everyone was so helpful and nice. Check in was so easy. Best customer service in any of the hotels we have stayed at and we have stayed in many including 4 on this trip alone. Unbeatable customer service! We where on the gulf side so the beach was right in front of us, it was perfect!

This hotel is horrendous, there were dead bugs in the room, no one available to assist. There is 0 hospitality. Much better options in this area, steer clear of this mismanaged location.

Our stay at the property was smooth sailing. We arrived earlier than our check in time and they were able to accommodate us. The place was clean and they provided us with all the amenities. The front desk was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. We will be back again. The place was wonderful.

Honestly a hidden gem in Treasure Island. The location of the properties is idea as it sits almost in the middle of happenings in TI. Walk 1 direction, Ricky T’s and friends. Walk the other, Caddies and cohorts. Place is very clean. Spacious and accommodating. The views are killer. Staff were great in finding me an ocean view after realizing I booked a bay view. Don’t skip the opportunity to vacation here. You won’t regret it.

Location was fantastic. The beach was just steps away. Easy to get Lyfts/Uber. Seen dolphins swimming in the bay. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and welcoming! Thanks you for a great trip and memories that we made!
