We chose this hotel on the beach because it has a pool. They closed the pool on the second day of our stay to re- tile it. So I feel we didn't get what we paid for with our very hard earned money on our once a year vacation. Pool maintenance should be done in the winter non swimming season. Having a pool was important to us and I feel gyped.

I-Beach is an extremely well maintained super conveniently located only a few feet from the Treasure Island beach. This was our second stay at iBeach and we are ready to book a return visit. There are only 18 rooms. All or most are efficiency units with a small kitchen table seating 3, we have two queen beds and lots of space. The heated pool is 10 feet from our door. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Many guests are repeat visitors. Parking is available but spaces are small and some spaces would be a challenge for many drivers. The traffic is very heavy and makes getting out of parking a challenge

This is a solid, though not modern, motel-type lodging with a full kitchenette. It’s right on the beach. The window unit a/c was good. Bathroom small but clean & functional. Mattress squeaky but confirtable. Desk & table—roomy. Nice pool. Limited parking—only one vehicle. Right across street from Publix.

We loved the location! The place was VERY clean and upkept. Older but our favorite location to stay while in Florida. Big drum washer and dryer that are new and free to use were a huge add in bonus.

Great location. A broom and dustpan in the room would go a long way to help control sand. A new coat of paint would go a long way outside. The pool was great minus being kind of green and a light sitting on the edge which looked to have come out of the pool. Another good touch would be some uprellas by the pool area.

This isn't a fancy place but it was perfect for us! Right next to the beach. They have a pool, shuffleboard, free coffee, board games/cards & have beach chairs you can borrow. All of the employees were helpful & so kind!

The motel is older but has had some renovations. It’s perfect for the price and is right on the beach. The staff is so friendly and they even have some beach chairs the people have left behind and you can take down to the beach. Sunset views are incredible. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and great location. This is an old hotel that could use an update, but it’s clean with great staff. The kitchen area had everything needed plus a gas grill Outside by the pool. Most important, our room had two new window units! There were also ceiling fans and three extra portable fans that we didn’t even need. Cold air was not an issue. This hotel has 17 rooms - really 16 bc they skip 13- and they all surround the pool, so you will hear pool noise and sounds of people outside talking. While we were there, the hotel had a great little community feels and we had fun visiting with others and my son had kids to play with.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel like they were excited we were there. The room we had was room 15 and we loved it. Second floor with a gulf of Mexico view also as a side note there is no elevator. The pool was great and although it was a bit of a walk to the beach it was well worth it. The only thing i wish is there was hotter water with better water pressure in the shower. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Room was dirty upon arrival but the staff quickly cleaned the problem areas. Found a used vape under the kitchen cabinet. Staff was amazing. Property is not very well updated and not super clean.

No mirror over sink to get ready. Mirror was behind the television in the bedroom. Palmetto bugs in the room. Heater didn’t work. Construction with a backhoe & shoveling going on right outside our window at 7:30AM until 9:15AM. Literally sounded like a semi engine with the constant beeping noise & sound of gravel being shoveled right outside our window. ☹️ Note: the construction workers & backhoe had already left before I thought to take a picture but I am sending the area that they were working on right outside our window.

We had one of the apartments. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well in the unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Two AC units, one in living area and one in bedroom above one of the beds. Occasionally had a water drip drop from it. The pool was clean and a welcome perk for the grandkids. Located on the beach so was very convenient. A few restaurants within walking distance. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back! Only issue was no one came to clean the room as advertised.

We loved our week at iBeach Resort. The room was wonderful. The absolute only issue was it was hot in the bedroom, but the resort has box fans in the room to help. The staff was excellent and friendly. They were always out and cleaning. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a few days and Loved the location! We had the apartment and it would have easily fit 6 people. We were a family of 4 and it was more then enough space for us. We could see the beach right from our window and walk out the back door right into the sand. It was clean and we would definitely stay again!

Very nice view. Stairs are a bit steep for elders. AC didn't quite do the job in the afternoon. Beautiful sunset.

Perfect relaxing stay! We just loved the costal decor and coziness. Everything you need to use at the beach without extra charge. The beach right in the backyard and lots of eating choices within a walking distance. The staff accommodated when needed and we just felt so relaxed there. The place had two beds you could close off from living room plus a kitchen. Very spacious room. I’ll definitely book this place every time I’m in the area.

The absolute only thing that I can nitpick is the ac was a lil small for the room the saving grace was they had a box fan in the room ....... It's really nitpicky because it was cool but not as cool as I'd like it

The pictures online and what you check in to are vastly different. But we assume that’s because of the hurricane last year. The AC was cold! Which was great in the 90*+ heat. The water in the shower didn’t get very warm but again, wasn’t the end of the world. The rooms facing the pool are great but noisy. The beach itself wasn’t very clean. Our stay itself was good for the price. The service was excellent, clean towels!

If you’re looking for something simple, affordable and convenient this is the spot for you. We had a Gulfview top floor spot with a kitchen, bedroom and pull out bed. There was no AC in the bedroom just one wall unit for the whole place. Always felt chilly walking in but with the bedroom door closed it was a little warm at night but comfy if you’re ok sleeping with a sheet and fans. The reception and laundry staff were sweet and easy to talk to. We’re no frills kinda people so the chipped paint and cement cracks around the pool and parking lot didn’t bother us but if you’re picky, don’t bother staff that doesn’t control those things and just stay somewhere else. I got what I expected for the money we paid. So I was satisfied. Manage your expectations

Of all the places I've stayed along the Gulf coast, this is at or near the top. The staff was impeccable, very kind and helpful. The location was amazing - steps out the door to the beach. It was quiet, it was safe, it was perfect "Old Florida." I hope to go back again very soon.

The I Beach Motel is a nice quiet place located on the beach that has less than 20 rental units. It is your basic Mom and Pop Motel. Nothing fancy, extremely clean in an excellent location. The staff members at this motel are amazing. My wife and I both felt that everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure the guests were happy. We were frequently asked during our stay if there was anything we needed. Christine at the front desk was very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. If you are looking for a place to stay that takes you back to old Florida, the I Beach is the place for you!

The owner was onsite and made sure anything needed was available. The beds were probably the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. It’s located right on the beach in the middle of everything happening all day and into the evening. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was convenient to everything and clean. Same short walk to beach as public parking. Pool was clean and warmed. A/C in room was crispy cold. Linens, quality and clean. Had everything you need for a lengthy stay, cook top, microwave, fridge, ice maker in the room! For the price, would be tough to beat. If you’re boujee and looking for a 5 star resort, move on. If you are looking for a quality stay on a budget, this is it! Would def stay again.

The staff were very rude and unfriendly to talk to, I was told there is no guest parking. But later on heard the receptionist giving another couple directions on where to park for guest parking. Rooms are very unfinished and poorly maintained. The handles on the door are wobbly like they could fall off or be easily broken into. Overall a very poorly put together hotel definitely shouldn’t be on such a nice beach. Please expect low quality everything if you plan on going here.

We had one of the apartments. It was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well in the unit. The beds were quite comfortable. Two AC units, one in living area and one in bedroom above one of the beds. Occasionally had a water drip drop from it. The pool was clean and a welcome perk for the grandkids. Located on the beach so was very convenient. A few restaurants within walking distance. We all enjoyed our stay and will be back! Only issue was no one came to clean the room as advertised.

We absolutely love IBeach. It’s a great place to stay that’s on the beach, close/walkable to a lot of great places, no transportation needed here, bars, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy all super close. And of course it’s right on the beach so you can’t get better than that. Nice little pool to swim in as well if you don’t want to swim in the gulf. The best thing about this place is most of the staff - I’ve only met 2 that weren’t incredibly friendly and helpful but they were still pleasant! The others have gone above and beyond for us. The best employee also remembers us which is rare. Plus, it’s affordable. Yes, it’s not a fancy luxury hotel, some things are worn because it’s on the beach, but it’s clean, and that’s what matters the most. We have stayed a few times and will continue to come back each year.

The hotel location is excellent. It is right on the beach and walking path and a large supermarket across the street. The hotel staff, from front desk to housekeeping, was amazingly courteous and helpful. The hotel is old but the experience was very nice.

The people at iBeach were very nice. The location was fantastic. The weather was a bit cold and there was no heat in the room, just a small space heater that did not keep up. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no place to plug it in or any coffee. There was coffee in the lobby, but the lobby didn't open until 8am. There was really no place to sit and have your coffee if it was a cool morning. This is a fine place to stay if you are looking for a place on the beach and not much more.

Great deal for beachfront, so convenient to everything--shopping, restaurants, Johns Pass, boat trips. Easy walk to eat, and Walgreens across the street. The motel room had everything we needed. The staff was great. I would go back.

This isn't a fancy place but it was perfect for us! Right next to the beach. They have a pool, shuffleboard, free coffee, board games/cards & have beach chairs you can borrow. All of the employees were helpful & so kind!

This was an old establishment the owners worked hard on maintaining. It was quaint. The pool was clean and perfect for the # of rooms. There was no comp breakfast which would have been great because I arrived after 11 pm and had nothing the next morning. Coffee is provided but powdered creamer only (stick out tongue - gross). The staff was so endearing and helpful, the rooms were immaculate and the beds in #7 were sooo comfortable. To my joyful surprise also located ON THE BEACH about a 1/4 block distance away on a boardwalk that went for miles. Sloppy Joe's restaurant was a few doors down and the food was delish & other restaurants were within walking distance. I'll definitely stay there again and cross my fingers they'll offer creamer and bagels next time.

The room had a coffee machine, however, there was not coffee grounds available, unfortunately.
