The hotel site did not indicate that the restaurant/bar was closed due to remodeling. We were on he road 9 hrs and went through 2 tornado WARNINGS and chose Hilton especially for food and bar on site. Fortunately the Comfort Inn across the parking lot had food and drinks. Lesson learned : call before reserving and prepaying. Hotel definitely needs remodeling which is done on lower levels.

Ms Dalyrymple is a gem! To the smile that greets you to her helpful and genuine charm, it was a great way to start our stay. We used the pool and it had towels! The stay was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Hotel was being renovated and it made access a bit harder. Room was clean and large. Stayed over a weekend and had to leave hotel each morning by 6:30 AM. But the breakfast buffet didn’t open until 7:00 AM. This was disappointing.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but honestly was not a concern during my stay since i was predominantly away during the day. I was in one of the "older" rooms and it was thoroughly comfortable. Breakfast area already renovated nicely (please dont go too "modern" looking!) Bartender great, and attentive. Breakfast far too expensive for the offerings.

My only complaint was the room was a little dirty. The AC unit seemed to be turning brown and was incredibly loud when it was running the AC. Other than that a very enjoyable stay.

The floors in the room was dirty. I got my feet dirty just from walking from the shower to the bed. Laminate flooring had been installed, but appeared like they didn’t want to move the beds and left the area under and around the bed carpeted failing to install termination molding between the carpet and laminate flooring. The laminate flooring had several gaps where the joints in the laminate separated causing tripping hazards and toe stubbing. I was completely disappointed with the over all appearance and cleanliness of the room.

The hotel is very run down. Sheets didn’t fit the bed (too small) and beds made sloppily. Top coverlet on bed appeared to be dirty. Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am to give us a great start to the day.

The location worked for what i needed but i will not be staying with this brand again. Just like the last 2 i stayed at hilton gardens has hone to pot. Furniture is shabby, broken, scuffed and dirty. Beds are broken down and sleep like on a board, hvac units kept room rotating from 75 to 67 all night and was loud. When that was not running the mininfridge rattled so loud its no wonder that its cupboard was broken. This used to be a top class hotel brand but now falls more in line with a low cost roadside motel. Never again! And no i did not discuss with manager....what would they do put us in another room of same quality. It was not only the room but the entire facility.

There was really bad service. Room 304 have Air conditioning not working and we have to change the room middle of the morning at 3am. And we get another room 35. room have floor damaged. I never come back this place ever. It was a very bad service and I’m disappointed

OUR TV WAS 1 HOUR AND 15 BEHIND THE ACTUAL TIME, WE COULD NOT WATCH ANY NEWS AT REGULAR TIME. OUR TOILET STOPPED UP, WE COULD NOT FLUSH IT AFTER 12AM. I CALLED THAT MORNING TO TELL THEM, NO ONE ANSWERED. I WALKED DOWN, NO ONE AT DESK. AFTER WALKING BACK DOWN 1 MORE TIME I FOUND SOMEONE AT DESK. THEY COULD ONLY GIVE ME A BREAKFAST VOUCHER, BUT MANAGER WAS NOT IN YET. I CALLED NEXT DAY TO TALK WITH MANAGER, AND STILL WAITING FOR A CALL, IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME ON SUNDAY. NO REPLY...

We had a very pleasant stay in Bowling Green. The area is beautiful and their are many dining options. The room was clean as the staff attentive to any requests. We aware in a pet room and the flooring was worn, LVT delaminating some. Otherwise all was good.

Courteous Staff. Safe location. The room smelled like dogs had been there and the rooms could use a facelift. Love the partial new vinyl floors recommend through out the main room and remove all carpet.
