This property has absolutely everything you need! It is so close to an amazing abundance of dining and shopping and yet you can’t tell from the sizable deck area. There is a living room setting on the deck where I lounged and watched the lizards play, the birds sing and enjoyed the cool breeze dancing through the treetops surrounding me. The apartment is well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. Daiv is an amazing host. He is very attentive and always responded immediately to my questions. I can’t possibly list everything I enjoyed about my stay but it was perfect and I wished I had more time to stay. I will definitely book with Daiv for all my future adventures. Thank you Daiv!

Our 12 day stay was comfortable in this well appointed apartment. Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Jax. Easy access to major highways . Daiv, our host, made sure nothing was lacking! Pleasantly surprised by the baked goodies waiting for us. Got more than our money’s worth. Well come again.

This had everything I needed, and located close to both where I was working, and a handful of dining / entertainment options that made the trip fun! I will 100% stay here again when in Jacksonville. Daiv was *very* helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to, easy to get in touch with.

The apartment was everything we needed. It was clean, cute, and comfortable. The host communicated with me all the way. He reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and if we needed anything to let him know. I would recommend to my family and friends. On our next travels to Florida, we will book with him!! AMAZING! The porch is a treehouse type location. Perfect floor plan for the 1 bedroom. All the amenities you need and more. I had a great stay. Easy check in. Host was gracious enough to come by because too many cars were in the drive. Super friendly. Great area if you wanna see all the walkable parts of town. 30 minutes to the beach. Daiv also had a chair I could take with me. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people. Hosts went above and beyond what is expected. Definite stay again spot. Check out this amazing spot. Host has several other beautiful places. I saw the downstairs Artsy apartment. Looked amazing also. Hosts made a bad family trip a happy place for me to relax and wind down from the chaos. Thank you to Daiv and his partner for the fabulous visit.

As a frequent user of VRBO properties this is the first house that I’ve been to that I felt right at home!! The owners absolutely thought of everything from shaving cream to fingernail polish remover. From the cleanliness to the decor, this property sets the standard very high and other property owners should take note. The very cute and cozy hideaway is a must!!! Next time I’m in Jacksonville I will check to see if this property is available. Thank you gentlemen for your southern hospitality!

What a fantastic property. Daiv was a great to deal with and helpful in all regards and communicated with us promptly at all times. The apartment was very well appointed and immaculately clean. Murray Hill\'s revitalizing downtown area offered some great little dining options. Any future trips to Jax will have "Get in touch with Daiv for accommodation" as #1 on our list of things to do.

We were in town to visit family and to participate in a Spartan race. We found the location convenient, as we were close to nice restaurants in the Avondale area..The host was as attentive just as the reviews stated and we loved our sweet cupcakes that welcomed us! It was great that our dog Mojo was welcomed and had a nice feeding bowl left out for him as well! Sweet little spot and cute, cozy apartment! Would recommend!

Daiv was so helpful and accommodating … answering all my questions and taking the time for recommendations, etc. In addition to the spot being great, Daiv had all the little extras that help make one feel welcome and at home. We were in town to visit family and to participate in a Spartan race. We found the location convenient, as we were close to nice restaurants in the Avondale area..The host was as attentive just as the reviews stated and we loved our sweet cupcakes that welcomed us! It was great that our dog Mojo was welcomed and had a nice feeding bowl left out for him as well! Sweet little spot and cute, cozy apartment! Would recommend!

This property has absolutely everything you need! It is so close to an amazing abundance of dining and shopping and yet you can’t tell from the sizable deck area. There is a living room setting on the deck where I lounged and watched the lizards play, the birds sing and enjoyed the cool breeze dancing through the treetops surrounding me. The apartment is well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. Daiv is an amazing host. He is very attentive and always responded immediately to my questions. I can’t possibly list everything I enjoyed about my stay but it was perfect and I wished I had more time to stay. I will definitely book with Daiv for all my future adventures. Thank you Daiv!

Our 12 day stay was comfortable in this well appointed apartment. Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown Jax. Easy access to major highways . Daiv, our host, made sure nothing was lacking! Pleasantly surprised by the baked goodies waiting for us. Got more than our money’s worth. Well come again.

What a fantastic property. Daiv was a great to deal with and helpful in all regards and communicated with us promptly at all times. The apartment was very well appointed and immaculately clean. Murray Hill\'s revitalizing downtown area offered some great little dining options. Any future trips to Jax will have "Get in touch with Daiv for accommodation" as #1 on our list of things to do.

This had everything I needed, and located close to both where I was working, and a handful of dining / entertainment options that made the trip fun! I will 100% stay here again when in Jacksonville. Daiv was *very* helpful and friendly. Easy to talk to, easy to get in touch with.

AMAZING! The porch is a treehouse type location. Perfect floor plan for the 1 bedroom. All the amenities you need and more. I had a great stay. Easy check in. Host was gracious enough to come by because too many cars were in the drive. Super friendly. Great area if you wanna see all the walkable parts of town. 30 minutes to the beach. Daiv also had a chair I could take with me. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people. Hosts went above and beyond what is expected. Definite stay again spot. Check out this amazing spot. Host has several other beautiful places. I saw the downstairs Artsy apartment. Looked amazing also. Hosts made a bad family trip a happy place for me to relax and wind down from the chaos. Thank you to Daiv and his partner for the fabulous visit.

Adorable, private and easy access to great restaurants. Host was very quick to respond to all questions and was very personable! Neighborhood is extremely quiet with great sidewalks to walk your pet and a dog park within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

This cozy apartment was terrific and the host was amazingly helpful and responsive. We arrived four hours late due to flight issues. It was after midnight and a very warm night. Daiv had lights on for us and the apartment was cool and welcoming. His directions were perfect on how to get in. Lots of extra amenities, lots of easy to reach outlets for charging devices, the shower was excellent with quick hot water and good water pressure, and the bed was very comfy. Davi’s recommendations for restaurants were very helpful too. We will be back! Thank you, Daiv.
