Utsidan var inte mycket att hänga i granen men inomhus var det hyfsat modernt och rummen standard. Sköna sängar, ac funkade, fint poolområde med trevlig badvärd. Tänk på att man behöver badmössa. Receptionspersonal serviceminded. Frukost helt ok, enligt sydeuropeisk standard. 300 m till närmsta tunnelbana vilket gav bra läge till Milanos tunnelbanesystem.

L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres aussi. La literie était confortable. L'hôtel est situé à côté des transports et facilement accessible. Nous n'avons pas particulièrement aimé le restaurant qui était assez cher et les serveurs n'étaient pas très aimables. Petit bémol également : la piscine (ce pour quoi nous avions choisi cet hôtel) était fermée les 4 jours où nous avons séjourné pour problèmes techniques. Nous n'avons pas eu de compensation en retour.

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Decent property. Needs some upkeep especially around the exterior. Rooms are decent but could use some upgrades. Gym needs a bit of work. Good for a short visit. Walkable from mass transit.

Helt okej för en natt, men glada att vi inte bokade fler nätter. Rummet var okej. Sega hissar, Bra frukost och tur det fanns ac på rummet, okej förbindelser med tunnelbana in till Milano!

AC werkte als een fan. Koelde niet voldoende en had maar 1 stand waardoor deze met veel lawaai functioneerde. Het bleef erg (te) warm op de kamer. Staat van onderhoud van het gebouw is matig. Onze kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank waarvan er twee bedlatten ontbraken. Ze lagen dus in een kuil. Er lagen nog een koekje en suikerwaren van vorige gasten onder het bed en er zat viezigheid tegen het plafond. In de lift zitten minimaal 10 doodgeslagen muggen tegen de wand. Deze hebben er ons hele verblijf gezeten. De incheckkaart van de kamer gaf bijna dagelijks storingen. De “gym” zijn 5 apparaten waarvan 2 langdurig out of service. Van de 3 overgebleven is 1 een bankje waar geen gewichten of iets dergelijks bij liggen. In potentie een mooie ruimte, maar op deze manier een aanfluiting. Ontbijt was heel goed! Leuk zwembad (badmuts verplicht). Op veilige loopafstand van metro 5 Ca Grande en daardoor binnen 15 minuten comfortabel in het centrum, San Siro, Brera, etc (60 euro voor 4 personen onbeperkt gebruik). Over het algemeen zijn wij tevreden over Novotel, maar dat was helaas een teleurstelling.

O hotel só tinha um elevador a funcionar que só dava para 2 pessoas de cada vez. A limpeza do quarto e substituição de toalhas e lençóis não foi realizada, mesmo quando pedida, e quando foi, não realizaram o serviço por completo.

Wir waren für einen 4 tägigen Städtetrip im Novotel Milan Nord Ca Granda. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro entfernt. Dort einsteigen und man kann an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mailand fahren. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig (ich persönlich fand die Rituals Badartikel toll) - das Frühstück war gut und bis auf richtige Brötchen alles vorhanden. Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe gegeben die Wünsche bzw. Anfragen zu erledigen. Es gibt wenige kostenfreie Parkplätze im freien und eine Tiefgarage (typische Großstadtpreise 18€/24 Std.)

Chambre très mal entretenue et mobilier très vieux et vétuste. Joint noir de la douche sont écœurants ! Fuite d’eau du lavabo qui a été réparé par le personnel. Moquette salle et vielle. Bref très déçu par les prestations de cette hôtel !

Room smelled quite bad.It might be a toilet pipe thing and was not thoroughly cleaned. Towels were cleaned.Nice water pressure. TV with no remote control.We sked twice but after been told that someone would come to hand it to us, still waiting for it. Breakfast was continental style (no croissants/pastries) with:ham,cheese,lettuce,tomato,sandwich bread and rolls. Coffee,flavour water (not juice) and boiled eggs. Some apples. Toaster broke down so the pancake machine was on (no nice ones though). Coffee machine also broke down but coffee offered from the cafe area. It was not hot so no sure if AC worked or not. Location is great.There is a Carrefour supermarket like 10' walk from the hostel

I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan.

Oda ve Otel temizliği felaket durumda. Odamızın duvarları temizlenmemiş sinek ölüsü ve kıl doluydu . Yataklar pisti. Schimmel im kompletten Bad unserer 3 Zimmer. Meine Freundin hat einen Allergieanfall bekommen. Ein weiteres Zimmer hatte kein Schloss an der Tür, das haben wir direkt reklamiert. Generell sehr schmutzig und heruntergekommen- generell anders als auf den Bildern!!

Hôtel non entretenu : baignoire bouchée et sale, coffre ne fonctionne pas, la tv ne fonctionne pas, l’ascenseur ne fonctionne pas depuis longtemps, les wc fuit, table de nuit manquante d’un côté. La chambre n’est pas faite tous les jours même si vous le demandez par QR code elle ne sera faite qu’à votre départ donc 2 serviettes pour tout votre séjour et 2 PQ. Vous pouvez demander rien ne sera fait. En plus bruyant la nuit on entend les portes claquées. Bref à fuir ou soyez prévenu.

No air con within the property, was so hot within the lobby and bedrooms was like an oven! Bedroom doors dont shut properly so you can hear all doors being slammed to close them, or they want close. Cant comment on restaurant as we ate out to try local foods/restaurants. Wasn't a good experience, and stayed at a good about of Noveltels as we know what we get or got before

Uma boate próximo ao hotel impede os hóspedes de dormir. Minha reserva era para uma diária na segunda feira, às 02 da manhã o barulho estava insuportável e a equipe disse que infelizmente não poderia fazer nada porque a boate possuía licença para funcionar.

Didn’t like the fact we had to queue and get a new key card every time we went out and came back, not convenient at all and only one staff at reception at anyone time!

El check-in fue problemático ya que a pesar de haber avisado por varios medios que llegaríamos al día siguiente, nunca nos respondieron. La comunicación con el hotel fue nula. Hoteles.com se comunicó con ellos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había ningún problema. Sin embargo, al momento de registrarnos aparecíamos cómo "no show". Pudimos finalmente solucionarlo pero pasamos un mal rato. A pesar de quedarnos por una noche nos cobraron el impuesto municipal al turismo por dos noches... En fin...

SIMPLEMENTE TERRÍVEL Esta foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. A primeira vez, em 2021 , quando ainda era administrado pela Accor (bandeira Ibis), a estadia occoreu bem. Desta vez, diversos problemas: 1) Diversas goteiras no banheiro, tanto acima da pia, quanto acima do vaso sanitário. Usando a pia para escovar os dentes, fazer a barba, usar o secador de cabelo, caía água em nossas cabeças, e não sabíamos se era uma água limpa ou não. Além disso, água pingava em cima da lâmpada que ilumina o espelho e em cima da tomada do banheiro, podendo causar risco de curto circuito, e consequentemente colocando em risco a integraade e segurança dos hóspedes. 2) Uma das lâmpadas que ilumima o espelho encontrava-se queimada. Informei estes fatos na recepção e nada foi feito. 3) A arrumação e limpeza do quarto, somente com o agendamento online, até às 23h do dia anterior. Como na primera noite, somente fizemos o check-in após às 23h, ficamos sem a limpeza do quarto. Agendamos a arrumação para a segunda diária. Todavia, sequer foi arrumada a cama. Como deixamos, ficou! Somente foram trocadas as toalhas e retirado o lixo dos cestos do banheiro e quarto. 4) Instalações bastante deterioradas. Um dos elevadores sem funcionar, tampa do vaso sanitário descascada, entre outras coisas. We stayed here for 1 night 1 total of 18 people and we were 16 people who called the desk to help us book a taxi. We ordered 2 cars for 8 people, and the desk told us that we needed 3 cars, but my other 2 friends, they went first, and we had 14 people left, and there were 2 taxis, and we saw that we could take 14 people, and then I and the service desk said can you cancel 1 car for us, and the desk agreed. We got in 2 cars, but the driver of the second car was abusive and threatened us on the way, saying that his colleague drove an empty car, and we offered to give his colleague 20euro as compensation, but the driver did not agree, and the driver threatened us because we were far away from the airport, and we were driven out of the car by the driver halfway and insisted that we sit in their third car, and we were in the car with 2 mothers and 5 children, and we were very scared, and we compromised, and we all cried, and the children were very scared. We were forced to pay 3 cars 160 euro equals 480 euro for the personal fare to the airport, and it had a very bad impact on our 5 children, I will not stay in this hotel in the future

Séjour très agréable ! très bien situé à 10 mns à pied du métro Istria et 20 mins du centre. Et agréablement surprise par le calme ! car pas situé en bordure de route. Personnel super accueillant (qui parle français) et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement bon rapport qualité/prix. Si je devais revenir à Milan, je reviendrai ici.

Room smelled quite bad.It might be a toilet pipe thing and was not thoroughly cleaned. Towels were cleaned.Nice water pressure. TV with no remote control.We sked twice but after been told that someone would come to hand it to us, still waiting for it. Breakfast was continental style (no croissants/pastries) with:ham,cheese,lettuce,tomato,sandwich bread and rolls. Coffee,flavour water (not juice) and boiled eggs. Some apples. Toaster broke down so the pancake machine was on (no nice ones though). Coffee machine also broke down but coffee offered from the cafe area. It was not hot so no sure if AC worked or not. Location is great.There is a Carrefour supermarket like 10' walk from the hostel

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Did early check with additional fees which was ok. Private Room was of decent size, clean but no charger switch near bed, there was just 1 in bedroom and another in bathroom. Breakfast NOT worth, just 2 types of bread, rolls, basic salad, 2 juices, and just uncut apple in the name of fruits. No self service kitchen. Few public transport options were available between 300-500 meters. Overall property was decent but other facilities were just okayish.

AC werkte als een fan. Koelde niet voldoende en had maar 1 stand waardoor deze met veel lawaai functioneerde. Het bleef erg (te) warm op de kamer. Staat van onderhoud van het gebouw is matig. Onze kinderen sliepen op een slaapbank waarvan er twee bedlatten ontbraken. Ze lagen dus in een kuil. Er lagen nog een koekje en suikerwaren van vorige gasten onder het bed en er zat viezigheid tegen het plafond. In de lift zitten minimaal 10 doodgeslagen muggen tegen de wand. Deze hebben er ons hele verblijf gezeten. De incheckkaart van de kamer gaf bijna dagelijks storingen. De “gym” zijn 5 apparaten waarvan 2 langdurig out of service. Van de 3 overgebleven is 1 een bankje waar geen gewichten of iets dergelijks bij liggen. In potentie een mooie ruimte, maar op deze manier een aanfluiting. Ontbijt was heel goed! Leuk zwembad (badmuts verplicht). Op veilige loopafstand van metro 5 Ca Grande en daardoor binnen 15 minuten comfortabel in het centrum, San Siro, Brera, etc (60 euro voor 4 personen onbeperkt gebruik). Over het algemeen zijn wij tevreden over Novotel, maar dat was helaas een teleurstelling.

Wir waren für einen 4 tägigen Städtetrip im Novotel Milan Nord Ca Granda. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro entfernt. Dort einsteigen und man kann an alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Mailand fahren. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig (ich persönlich fand die Rituals Badartikel toll) - das Frühstück war gut und bis auf richtige Brötchen alles vorhanden. Das Personal hat sich viel Mühe gegeben die Wünsche bzw. Anfragen zu erledigen. Es gibt wenige kostenfreie Parkplätze im freien und eine Tiefgarage (typische Großstadtpreise 18€/24 Std.)

The hostel fits the bill for a short stay in Milan. Close to Ca' Granda metro which is on the line to San Siro and easily connected to the city centre lines. Lots of trams nearby as well. The hostel itself is a bit rough around the edges (one lift broken and the other only able to take 3 persons at a time, instantly stopped working as soon a 4th entered and had to use the stairs). However, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the rooms (greatly appreciated when it was 36ºc). Breakfast available which again was well presented. If you're on a budget and don't mind being just outside the main centre then I would recommend it. If you do stay here then visit Pratocentenaro restaurant which is only a 5 minutes walk away. The food is absolutely incredible and run by lovely staff.

The hostel itself is a bit rough around the edges (one lift broken and the other only able to take 3 persons at a time, instantly stopped working as soon a 4th entered and had to use the stairs). However, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the rooms (greatly appreciated when it was 36ºc). Breakfast available which again was well presented. If you're on a budget and don't mind being just outside the main centre then I would recommend it. If you do stay here then visit Pratocentenaro restaurant which is only a 5 minutes walk away. The food is absolutely incredible and run by lovely staff.
