We were given our room key, opened the door and the bed was unmade and other people’s luggage was in the floor. Scared me pretty bad. Went back to the lobby they didn’t seem to believe me. Then he said “Oh you need two beds?” Uh, yes, i booked for four people. We got another room, was charged $3 for a travel sized shampoo. There was a sign in the lobby stating they had coffee available in the lobby from 6-10 am. When i got there at 9:40, he said they were out of coffee. There were people stumbling and acting really weird, (high on some powerful drugs) outside the building when we checked out that morning. Cockroach spotted in the bathtub that morning too.

We have always stayed at this property when traveling to Ft Lee, it is an ideal location to restaurants and Rosie’s Casino up the street. The rooms have been remodeled and have working refrigerators and microwaves. Plus Pets stay free❤️ Their housekeeping and front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We will continue to come back to this property as often as possible.

pretty much as expected for Motel 6. clean enough. grateful that I could bring the dogs.pet friendly was the most necessary accomodation. did not like the used condom in the parking lot. that made things seem trashy, although there was a pretty landscaped area just outside the office. My wakeup call did not happen. I asked and got not explanation or apology. door locks worked ok. I bed ok. saw bugs under sink in room and one in bathroom. linens clean.

This hotel is roach infested do not go here. I killed at least 10 roaches plus there was roaches crawling all over the bathroom. I tuned on the sink and a roach fell out of the faucet. This hotel is disgusting & is over priced.

Room had Bed bugs. Did inform the gentleman on duty. I was basically called a liar. And I had to sleep upright in a chair all night. Worst hotel ever.

I like the style of the rooms now. My room had flooring, not carpet. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were plump. The water was hot for showers, too. There is a Mexican restaurant next door that turns into a lounge on Friday and Saturday nights. The bass kept me up a little, but I settled in after awhile. Maybe ask for a room not facing that side.

For what it is it’s decent enough for a night or two, wouldn’t recommend only because there’s a bar across the parking lot that blasts music until 2 am which sounds like the music is in your room

The room was great for the price. Problem is it is across the street from some kind of a dance club. The music was so.loud, i couldn't sleep. It was loud. A real shame cause the hotel is OK. But because of the noise, i will NEVER, stay there againm

Bed is very uncomfortable and the tv doesnt work. Thats all I wanted, was a place to sleep for the weekend, and a tv to watch. Thank goodness I have a laptop and Aleve for my back.

The day we arrived, There was a drug deal going down in the parking lot, when we entered the parking lot. There was a woman checking in who was short to pay.The hotel clerk made her go find money to check in, she was paying cash. The front desk had bullet proof glass covering the front desk, it was damaged. There was a homeless person panhandling in the parking lot. We came from St. Louis, MO. for the weekend on business. Tried to cancel, the hotel would not cancel and charged me for the room anyway. The hotel blamed Expedia. Expedia blamed the hotel. Both stating the other had to cancel. When Expedia called the hotel, the front desk clerk hung up. I was in the lobby watching. I would highly recommend that you keep searching, if you are in need of a room.

Horrible place to stay!!! When i got there there was still someone's rag hanging from the shower curtain. My key didn't work and the front desk person made me seem as if i wasn't whom i said i was and tried to make me show i.d. to get back into my room.

The motel is older and the building and neighborhood look run down. There was a club next door whose music was loud but it didn't bother me much inside the room. The room was neat and the bed was comfortable even though the furniture was older and basic. No shampoo was provided, just soap. You could buy shampoo at the desk. The staff were polite. I chose this hotel for the price and the basically positive reviews. A sign in the office said there is a stay limit of 4 nights

This is a Motel 6, so we weren't expecting a lot. It was clean but the neighborhood isn't the greatest. What was really strange was that the bathtub was raised 4-inches above the floor making the step-in height very high for my short wife (and me!).

Close to Chippenham hospital so I stayed here while a family member was in the hospital. There was some yelling outside on my first night and someone knocked on my door a few times in the middle of the night which freaked me out but I ignored it. Overall, place was clean and quiet (aside from the first night) and worked out nicely.
