Only one phone number for the hotel. I was at the airport for an hour trying to call for the shuttle. I ended up calling the Hilton Garden Inn to call the shuttle to take me to the Hampton Inn. Nice breakfast and coffee/tea is available 24/7. Short walk to dining spots.

Convenient location to airport. They had an outside pool but we didnt stay long enough to use. Plenty of people were using it. Clean and quiet. They offer a shuttle to airport. We didnt need it this time but that would be a benefit in the future

Close to the airport. The hotel never answered 10 phone calls from the airport for the shuttle. Had to take an uber over. But the morning shuttle to the airport was good and on time.

Most everything was good. The elevator made terrible noises that scared everyone and their pool had absolutely no shade around it no umbrellas no nothing so it was late. Just hot at the pool as it would’ve been anywhere else. Otherwise the facilities were good.

I chose this hotel based solely on the outdoor pool and not until after I checked in did I learn it was closed! What a HUGE disappointment. I could have rented a room at one of many other hotels near the airport.

The hotel itself seems fine- quiet. Our room is really dirty. I would have gone and asked to move but it is late and we are heading out on a 2 day drive early in the morning so my husband needs to sleep and we have 2 kids with us. It’s really gross though. I had some Clorox wipes with me and wiped down very dusty and sticky areas. The carpet has all sorts of crumbs and stains. Marks and stains on furniture and bathroom. Also there are little things like no shampoo and the tissue box is empty. The beds were made but sloppy. At least the sheets and towels look clean. I think for $200 per night, a clean room is not too much to expect. I’m very disappointed.

I've stayed here three times. Staff was nice. Bathroom had hair in the sink, floor and bathtub. Room was not very fresh. The price was nice but next time I might consider staying at a different property.

Our room was filthy. The bathroom floor was sticky. The couch had multiple stains of all types. The table surfaces had caked on food and goop stuck to them. Bedding had stains as well. Will NEVER stay here again.

We have stayed here many times on our way to points south but this hotel has seen better days. Sticky floors, broken AC that made noise all night long, sparse breakfast with terrible coffee. We will make other arrangements next time we pass through.

Our neighbor kept hitting the wall and at 6 am slammed the door sat and Sunday so that w blinds don’t cover sun from Coming in at 7 am kept from being one of our best stays anywhere

Conveniently located near the airport, easy to locate. Bed and room conditions are functional but outdated, no complaints as the room served its purpose. The staff were great! Perhaps the nicest check in and reception I’ve ever had.

The staff was great, from check-in to breakfast staff. The room was too expensive for the area and condition- I’ve stayed at a Universal resort for a cheaper rate. There was a hole in the corner wall by the window - I was worried a creature would come through it. It seemed like an older hotel that was given a semi face lift.

The room was clean but dated. The beds were very soft and none of the USB plugs in the room worked for charging. We also used the pool which was very clean. The towels for the pool were literally toddler sized so bring your own! Overall, not bad but could definitely use some basic updates.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!! Terrible customer service, horrible housekeeping, subpar breakfast, and uncomfortable rooms. They tried to charge more than double my rate AFTER I had already paid. I had proof of payment, they threatened charges because we were "combative" toward them. Spend your money at somewhere else, where you will feel like a valued customer, because this is not that.

The staff at the Hampton Inn and suites went above and beyond. Upon our arrival the electricity went out, so they were unable to check in any guests. Shout out to the desk ckerk. She took the initiative to arrange a room for us at their sister property (few doors down). She even drove over to the other property to personally check us in.

We did not get her name but the lovey night clerk made the stay a 10 out of 10 on her own! The room had plenty space for my family of 5 and was clean and the price was just right. Great stay!!

Waited an hour to check in since the hotel was overbooked the previous night and rooms needed cleaning. I can understand how that is a problem . I am not a Diamond member. And the front desk person continued to check in Diamond members before me.

Front desk was ok when. I checked in. Next morning clerk was in the back . Had to knock on desk and ask for help. Clerk seemed un interested. Morning breakfast was non existent. Had people there. No food and no Interest in replacement.
