Hot tub didn’t seem clean. Lack of accommodation for EV and no morning breakfast unfortunately

The room was fine except the beds. I tossed all night. My wife’s arms went numb. We had only 1 crappy little pillow each. The bedding was lame-a sheet and paper thin blanket. The pool area was good. We enjoyed that and the hot tub.

The room was incredible at the Party in Pinetop! 10ft bed! Indoor pool and sauna were a plus. Market to buy forgotten things was useful! Outdoor table allowed us to grill outside even though we had a fully stocked functioning kitchen.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Pet friendly and the fees were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say was not good was the pool area. The pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

Very comfortable and economical stay, no noise, great bed and full coffee pot with ceramic mugs, a nice touch of home! No breakfast but for the price we just were appreciative of plenty of coffee in the morning. They do have a room that is their little general store, buy items put money in the box on honor system, so refreshing to be trusted like it used to be! Very helpful check in, and after checkout she checked my room right away and found my cell phone on the bed, came right down and met me before I had left, very efficient! Good recommendations on food in the area and the coming weather too. Personalized!!And very accomodating with our little dog as well.

I did not care for the fact that all exterior doors were not secure. All locks were disabled, thus allowing full access to anyone.

It would have been nice if the pool was open a little later. The spa was very dirty and brown.

Was a great stay just didn’t like that the pool wasn’t kept to temp by 6 pm when me and my wife went but everything else was great we will come back thanks !!

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a wonderful experience, with excellent service and a spotless room. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed stains on the room's curtains that appeared to be blood, possibly from bugs. This was concerning and impacted my overall impression. Given this experience, I will not be returning in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The view outside our window was not great but I appreciate the cleanliness of the room the most.

The room was clean and updated, however it is an old building so it does have an old building smell. I’d recommend bigger bath mats or floor towels the tile in the bathroom is really slippery when getting out of the shower. And shower is higher than floor so it’s easy to misstep when getting out.

Litter around outside. Hall floors not cleaned all week (I saw the same browns pellets on the floor), spa seemed murky, Attempts at painting were pathetic. Grey paint didn’t cover well, grey platters and streaks on white walls/ceilings. Patched areas not painted over. Masking tape still on door hinges. Toilets are made for toddlers, not adults and certainly NOT for seniors. Very difficult to get up. No grab bars near toilet. Flimsy plastic one in shower. Tub slippery, no strips. Pool is not heated as stated. It was VERY cold. No one works the front desk. A phone is there to dial zero. Person who answers is elsewhere and “will send someone to your room “. No drinking glasses, plates, silverware provided. Two coffee cups that never got washed or replaced in 5 days. Fridge and freezer were great but it was difficult to eat anything without dishes and utensils. We were not camping so we didn’t have those things. There were questionable people in and out of certain rooms as if they “lived” there and also worked there.

Our stay was fine. We were on the second floor which was a challenge for one member of our party who has a knee problem. There was no elevator. We had a barking dog on our floor. It would be nice to have a bath mat for the tub. Other than that we were okay with our stay.

The staff was kind but they were understaffed it seems. My room had hair on the floor and wasn't very clean.

Room was clean and pacious, had everything they promised. The jetted tub worked great and the bed was very comfy memory foam. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

The only negative thing I have to say about this nice little hotel is that the toilets are way too small and low. My poor old knees had a hard time raising my body from that close to the floor, and don’t get me started with the lack of distance between the water level and my butt.

Everyone was friendly and the PIP suite was a big roomy space for my family.

The windows are paper thin. You will hear everything happening in the parking lot, traffic omg noise. And then it doesn’t have an elevator.

Very minimalist, bare bones room. Comfortable bed, but no ambience. Hard floor with no rugs, only two hard chairs and a small table, no art on the walls, very blah. Harsh bright lights with no dimmer.

Excellent location but only a phone number to call at front desk for issues. Did find occasional staff in hallway. Staff wrote room number and electronic keypad code for room door entry on post-it note. Clean sheets, extra soft pillows. Coffee pot with two pods of coffee in room, tissue, toiletries. No clock. Television had no local channels, but many which could be accessed with guest's personal membership numbers. SOL if you didn't bring your log-in info

Stayed in single king bed room. It was very large, well equipped for my needs, and very comfortable. Maybe not a big thing for most people, but one thing I really appreciated was multiple electrical outlets in usable locations. Could have used a comfortable armchair; room was plenty big enough to accommodate and for me would make it more appealing as a place to stay for more than one night. Not new or ritzy, but also not old or worn. Overall a great value for the cost, which was at the low end for the area.

The rooms are large, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen appliances are also very convenient, and the jacuzzi in the king suite was an added bonus.

Overall OK; room spacious; front desk lady very nice & helpful. BUT WiFi is very very choppy - not stable @ all.

The mattress was good but it kept sliding off the wood foundation. I slept alone and it was always sliding a foot off the side of the wooden frame. No bath mat in the bathroom. Other than those 2 minor things..all was great. Staff was friendly and complying. Loved the full refridgerator plus table & 2 chairs. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Great price option for comfortable room with kitchenette (sink, micro, fridge, table) and comfortable bed. In center of Pinetop on Hwy 260. In bathroom, the transition strip had two missing nails along with two nail heads sticking up 1/4". I cut my foot on one in middle of the night. Also multiple loose floor tiles on bathroom floor. Hallway noise passing by door was too loud and disruptive in middle of the night. Loud kids and partiers walking down halls could be easily heard.

We only stayed one night. Had to cancel the second due to illness. Staff offered to refund the second night although we had already paid. Nice place. Great service. Would definitely stay here again.

Our visit was unfortunately not great.. the front desk was Rude and extremely unhappy helping me. Also no complimentary breakfast. Noise from people all down the hallway. I will not being staying there anymore.

Took our money overbooked was stuck with two toddlers at 1 am scrambling for a place to stay! Unacceptable.

Decided to stay in the area last minute after skiing and Candace went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I (and my sore back) especially appreciated her willingness to open the jacuzzi after hours. Clean room, convenient location, would stay again.

Anthony checked me in on Friday at 3pm and checked me out on Sunday at 11am. Great customer service with both instances.The facilities were clean on the inside as well as the outside. My first experience with a digital key lock system to enter room!

I had mistakenly made a reservation here and never gone on the vacation. Brandy was so helpful in getting me fully refunded, even though by all rights I should have been responsible. Next time I go to Pinetop, I will definitely stay at Pinetop Studio Suite based purely on their customer service.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly it was a good experience for my family and I.

I stayed here two nights ago and loved it! This little gem in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, is in the prettiest mountain town—reminded me of Lake Tahoe. The rooms were spotless and comfy, and instead of keys, you get your own unique entry code (so easy!). They have a 24/7 self-checkout marketplace with everything you might need, plus a cute pool, plenty of parking, and lots to do nearby. The best part? The staff! You can text them anytime and they reply right away with such friendly, helpful service. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was great. The accommodations were very good. Unfortunately, some of the other residents were loud in the hallway. My room faced the street and early morning presented with loud vehicles driving down the road. My advice, get a room with even numbers to avoid the car noise in the morning.

The hotel looks good from the outside and the rooms are in great shape too. The common areas (hallways, outdoor back lot, etc.) are a little uglier. The beds were very comfortable, with nice dark blue bedding. Our room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. There was also a kitchen table but it was very wobbly. The sink for the bathroom was right next to the kitchen sink, not in the bathroom, and all the plumbing is exposed instead of covered up. The shower was terrific, very strong and good range of temperatures. Nice quality towels too. The toilet was WAY too small. You would hit your hand on the bowl if you tried to reach in to "finish your business." Other parts hit the bowl too if you know what I mean. The main lighting in the room was the built-in lamps on the beds. They were way too bright and made the room feel like you were in a department store. It needs warmer lighting options. If there were art on the walls that would make the place feel less cold also. The rooms definitely have more of a masculine or corporate feel. We used the hot tub and it felt great. The pool and hot tub stay covered until a guest requests access (to conserve energy, which is fine). There is no elevator so be advised if you have trouble going up and down stairs. All In all, it worked out very well for us, and we would stay there again. But the rooms and property leave a little to be desired.

The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and it was quiet. When you’re on a ski trip, that’s all you ask for.

For the most part the stay was very enjoyable. It was close to where we needed to be and having a large fridge with a freezer was nice so we could freeze our freezer packs. The only issue we encountered was our room smelled very strongly of bleach when we first walked in. We were able to open the window and help ventilate the room out, but we had to do that each time we returned to the room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

One light switch at the door did not work. No telephone in the room to call the front desk. Otherwise, it was a quiet, peaceful, enjoyable stay. TV worked great. Loved the ¾ size fridge with freezer. Coffee was excellent. Large bathroom. All in all a wonderful room for the price. I would recommend it highly. Close to restaurants and other shopping.

Everything was fine, it served us well as a place to sleep and shower, and dog friendly. The bed was on the firm side, but it was okay, and an extra pillow on each bed would have been a plus. My only complaint would have to be that the coffee in the room was terrible.

Nice place. Covered pool, jacuzzi, big screen TV, and 30' drive to Sunrise Park Ski resort. All for under $100 per day. It would be great to have breakfast.

This was a nice property for the price, the host was friendly at check in, did check out by front desk phone, the code for opening the door took a bit to figure out from limited instruction but felt secure. We would definitely come back to this place next year, it was very central to a lot of restaurants and our event.

I liked that my door code was sent to my phone and I could check out quickly using my phone. Even though I didn't need any assistance, it was nice to know the staff was only a text message away if I would have. I also liked the Marketplace room with snacks & sundries that was self service with multiple payment options.

The room is very clean and the bed comfortable We stayed two nights a week after our first stay we liked it so much. Coffee and muffins are served only from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in case that is important to you. The rooms are very dark at night.

Accommodation was nice, especially on such short notice. Full size refrigerator was a nice surprise. I wish there was real coffee in the lobby, not instant. That was first time experience.
