Front desk was very accomodating. Bethany sent texts about check out, asking if there was anything we needed. Very prompt replys, checked out games and a puzzle to us. The rec center was great! Pool was a great temp and the hot tub felt great after a long day out. Not a lot of people around.

We've stayed here a few times. A couple times as a couple and a couple times with family. The grounds are well kept and offer something for all ages. The cabins are spacious and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the property is very quiet even with all the family activities available. It has a playground, miniature golf course, corn hole, horse shoe pit, indoor swimming pool and a versatile court for indoor sports. We will continue to come back!

The best little retreat right when we needed it. We came in from the phx valley and just in perfect time. It snowed while we were there and the weather was gorgeous the following day. They have a really spacious pool and very nice and warm hot tub. The family clubhouse was fun as well lots of things to do. The cabin was to die for and my kiddos were not ready to leave. WE WILL BE BACK ...... wish i could give them MORE than 5 stars.

It was a really nice cabin. Very spacious and clean. It is in a forest and that helps with the atmosphere surrounding the area. There are alot of dining areas within 5 to 10 minutes driving area. The mlnl golf, pool tables, swimming pool and ping pong tables were great. The indoor pickleball court isn't really usable. The walls were too close to the walls. On a good serve hitting the end line couldn't be hit because of hitting the wall. It was ok for practicing dinking. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it. I want to say how great the lady at the desk was. She was super helpful.

The facilities were excellent. We had a 2 bedroom condolike cabin. Onsite we had access to many recreational activities: putt putt golf, corn hole, chess, board games and puzzles, indoor pool and jacuzzi, etc. a great place for families with children who are supervised. Excellent overall.

Everything about this resort is 10 out of 10. Cabins are perfectly cleaned. Lots of room, big kitchen, inside and outside dining. Large living room. TV in each room and living room. We loved the recreation options: pool, spa, 18 hole mini golf, life sized chess or checkers, corn hole. racquetball court, ping pong, pool table, basketball court, movies, games. This resort has it all! And it's super peaceful and quiet. Beautiful neighborhoods to walk in too. Rent you won't regret it.

Absolutely amazing as always. This is our 3rd stay here. Cabin is spacious and clean! As a family we enjoy the mini golf course, playgrounds, heated indoor pool, ping pong tables, pool tables and racquet ball. Team member are all friendly as well. Oh the grills are great too.

The cabin was very clean, comfortable and so quiet. We were very comfortable with all the amenities we took part in. Everything inside the cabin functioned without issues. It was roomy, and had lots of natural light. The mini golf course was fun, maintained well. We played some other outdoor games and had no issues. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The quietness of the property was wonderful. We will highly recommend and come back again!

As usual, PVC was pretty much excellent. There was a huge spiderweb in a clear story window. It could easily be seen early morning when the sun shows through the window but not real visible later in the day. I can see how cleaning crew could miss it. Also, baseboards in the bathrooms are getting pretty worn and scuffed and could use some spiffing up. Don’t plan on cooking much since kitchenware is bare bones. I don’t think they had a saucepan, just a large and small frypan. And there are no mixing bowls, as an example of the sparseness of cookware.

Normally I rate PVC a 5 for everything. I love this place. This time however there was food leftover in the frig from previous guest. Also there were rings from glasses on the bedroom bedside tables and bathroom baseboards were dusty. Minor things but I usually don’t see anything like that. Still love it!

From the moment I checked in, i knew I would love this place. She was friendly and helpful. The cabin was spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the bed. It was extremely comfortable. I was here for business. I had a performance at the Rec Hall at White Mountain Country Club. Looking forward to staying here next year.

We had several issues connecting to the room wifi and we called the front office but the person attending the call was off-site. So, for the 3 nights we didn't had WIFI. These cabins are really good and at a good price.

The heating ducts were very noisy, the master bedroom floor squeaked so much my husband would wake up if I got up from the bed, and there are very few cooking pots/pans/bowls. We have stayed at PVC for years but it seems like they are sliding downhill—not what you would expect from a Hilton property.

Made a booking with this location. Arrived and they had overbooked and all units were full. We had to find a whole new location to stay out of nowhere. They said they would refund through Expedia. That there would be no issues for a refund. They are now denying my refund. It was not my fault they over booked. They have stole $200 from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE……

Look, this place has a high review for a reason! Outstanding customer service combined with extremely clean rooms! I live in Arizona, and have never stayed at a nicer place than this! We had a 2 room suite and it was immaculate. Have our 3,4 year olds with us and they loved it with the playground and mini golf! But, looking forward to taking my wife here without the kids also. It’s perfect for any type of travel. A little outside of town, but you can get most places in Pinetop / Lakeside in under 10 mins drive. It’s located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood near a golf resort which look like mostly condos. Front desk has the old school, getting very rare, customer service, where they actually care about your stay and experience. I stay at a lot of hotels around the US, this place is far above most you’ll encounter.

The women in the office are all so nice and helpful. It’s a small office and quick service—with friendly people. I love this property. It’s quiet, spacious rooms, nice kitchen and the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Pinetop and these wonderful cabins.

We love this place. Have stayed here many times. Spacious, clean rooms and to s of amenities. Our kids love the heated pool and play areas. Far enough away that it’s quiet, but still close to town for anything you need.
We love this place. Have stayed here many times. Spacious, clean rooms and to s of amenities. Our kids love the heated pool and play areas. Far enough away that it’s quiet, but still close to town for anything you need.

Everything and everyone was fantastic. Front Desk folks are top notch. The unit was clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The pool looked nice, but i didn't have a chance to use it (it's indoor). Some morning traffic noise, but nothing terrible. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for going into town or up to Sunrise. Great place for entertaining the kids with all the outdoor and indoor activities! We always come back!

The snow was a pleasant sight! Looking forward to skiing at sunrise ski park, which is a convenient 30 minute drive from PVC. Not to mention that Darbi’s is five minutes from PVC.

We love that It is off the beaten trail, the cabins are clean, well appointed and large. Parking is right out front. Its just right for couples or families, staff is accomidating.

Beautiful property nestled in the pines. It’s almost 2 miles off the main road so not much traffic noise. Bethany was so great and welcoming. Cabin is so spacious and a perfect place to stay for a business trip or family outing! Love it!!

Yearly anniversary getaway. We love the resort and amenities. You can cook meals to save some money, bbq outside or eat out breakfast lunch and dinner. Great quiet location and plenty to keep you busy on site.

Kitchen was set up with a real coffee pot, real glasses and plates. Dinning area was very comfortable. Front porch was nice... beautiful trees... flaming maple and pines. Bed was perfect... not too hard - not too soft! The only thing I could say I would change was the living room furniture was not very comfortable... but we did not spend much time there... cards, dinner and breakfast we were at the dining table. Out doors activities looked fun... but it rained the whole weekend! We did manage to get to the mountain coaster ride... (fun) and also a raptor show (excellent!). Both places were easy to get to from Roundhouse.

I like the overall customer service from the staff --welcoming texts from the Director, Manager and the office staff as soon as reservation is made. The place is super clean, quiet and everyone is friendly... I have everything I need at this place except bringing my own groceries.

The women in the office are all so nice and helpful. It’s a small office and quick service—with friendly people. I love this property. It’s quiet, spacious rooms, nice kitchen and the beds are really comfortable. I highly recommend Pinetop and these wonderful cabins.

I stayed at PVC at The Roundhouse Resort for a solo birthday trip and had a wonderful experience! The property was clean, modern, quiet, and very well maintained. The staff was kind and welcoming, and I felt completely safe traveling alone. My cabin was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my birthday getaway. I would definitely stay here again!
