The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is delicious. If it is busy it can take awhile to check in or out so leave yourself time. Also the shuttle is NOT guaranteed to the airport so don't be surprised if you need to order an Uber.

We chose this hotel for the shuttle service from and to the airport. We were left stranded at the airport upon arrival. We tried for over an hour to get in contact with the hotel without success, we ended up taking a pricey taxi. When we made it to the Hotel we explained the situation and their response was very dismissive. It is very hard to get in contact via phone or WhatsApp with this hotel so be aware. Have a plan b for transportation.

This hotel worked out perfectly for me on last night of the trip. Easy fast check in process, very clean hotel room, comfortable bed, great shower, hallway a little smelly mostly due to new carpet i guess, pool is heated and felt clean - open til 10pm. Lovely pool area just noisy because of traffic passing by. Loved the free breakfast, great for a hotel. Hottle shuttle seats only 9 every hour. If it’s full you can take a uber ride/ taxi shouldnt be more than $10usd. No issues id recommend for a less stressful morning leaving for a flight. (Nothing to see or walk to by hotel)

Great staff very friendly and helpful, due to a later flight they offered us a later check out (they didn’t have to do that). Pool was nice. Breakfast was just ok. Airport shuttle was very convenient and our driver Miguel was great.

Um hotel novo, lindo e com instalações perfeitas. E tudo acaba aí. Serviço péssimo e horrível!!! Dizem que a arrumação do quarto é diária, mas ela nunca acontece. Vc volta dos passeios cansado, chega no apartamento e está tudo do jeito que vc deixou. Lixo sem ser recolhido, cama sem arrumar, faltando papel higiênico e sem as toalhas. Um caos! Aí vc tem que descer até a recepção para reclamar. Só que tem que entrar na fica do check-in e fica um tempo enorme esperando para poder pegar as folhas e papel higiênico que não foi colocado no quarto. Um absurdo. Quanto ao café, é outra piada. Vc desce para tomar o café por volta das 08:00 e já não há mais nada para comer. Lembrando que o café termina às 09:30. Falta café, manteiga, açúcar e todo o resto. Vc olha em volta e vê no rosto dos outros hóspedes a cara de decepção. Funcionários com a cara fechada e sem nenhuma supervisão. Nunca vi o gerente do hotel tentando resolver o problema do café. O café é outro absurdo. Ainda tivemos um dia em que o único tipo de pão que ofereciam estava embolorado. Estão acabando com um hotel novo e com instalações de primeira. Falta de comando e organização. Não recomendo este hotel. Um dos piores atendimentos que já presenciei.

The staff were very polite, etc. but it felt like amateur hour, as they place had only been open for a few days. For example the menus were photocopied, and the telephone service inside the hotel wasn't working properly. They kept on having to speak to their bosses.....but the hotel was a good place for an airport stay, modern and well-equipped. The breakfast was a buffet, reasonably adequate, but not particularly welcoming, as you felt you were eating in a hallway. I would stay there again, as I'm sure it will improve over time.

Hôtel très proche de l'aéroport de Cancun sans en être trop près. C'est calme et tranquille. La chambre est assez grande pour une famille et confortable. Le petit dejeuner buffet est très bon et comporte des options différentes qui plaisent à tout le monde. On a pu profiter de la navette gratuite et nous étions à l'hôtel en une dizaine de minutes.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The gym is excellent as well. The shuttle was difficult to correctly arrange from the airport- a firm is emailed and asks for the time of arrival NOT the time you would like to be picked up- don't enter your flight arrival time as I did. We were able to contact the hotel and they returned to get us so no problem. Highly recommend.

We booked a room last minute with this hotel after our flight was cancelled at Cancun airport. The hotel staff graciously accepted and hosted over 50 people that had nowhere to go. We were thoroughly impressed and grateful for this hotel and the staff that remained helpful and positive despite the chaos. Our room was clean and the grounds were well-kept. Shuttles were on time and punctual for the amount of people that needed rushed to the airport next day. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful building brand new very clean. Staff were not the most friendly they forgot our crib twice, service at restaurant was slow and we were one of two tables there, was told I couldn’t charge meal to the room, and I asked for a glass of white wine at the bar one afternoon and they said they didn’t have any..weird.

Not what you’d expect from a big name like Hyatt. We filled the form the hotel sent us to book the airport shuttle to pick us up from the airport after a very very very long day of flights. We waited at Cancun airport for over an hour, but no one came. We called the hotel over & over again, No answer. Hotels.com tried to call them and also no answer. We ended up having to take some very expensive airport transfer for a hotel that was 7 minutes away. The hotel and room itself is very lovely, very clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was awful! No cutlery, no cups, no coffee, half the things were empty. The things that were there were nice like the hash browns. But in general, everyone was just standing around waiting for cups/ spoons/coffee/ food, Hotels.com said they will ask the hotel to reimburse our transfer. And the hotel itself and rooms and bathroom was very very comfortable after a tiring night.

Clean & nice. Breakfast was so chaotic. They kept running out of everything. When someone would ask a staff member, they replied in a rude manner, "we're very busy. We'll get to it when we can." My son and I waited 15 min for maple syprup and a fork. It never came, so he ate his pancakes with jelly and his hands. They ran out of milk, so he couldn't even eat a bowl of cereal.

The only issue was with the breakfast, came down at 9:15am y they were already cleaning up even though the closing hours were at 1000 and still is too early. Some other guests were caning down as well and found nothing.
