Elevators were not working and only one side of the stairs were accessible.

I cannot believe that you charge Hilton Honors members $12 for the priviledge of parking my car by myself, in your unsecured parking lot. No valet, no off premises lot, just a way to make a quick $12, and you accept no responsibility for theft or damage. What, exactly, am I paying $12 for?

When we arrived on Friday we were told the WiFi was out, no call or email beforehand. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken, the elevators were being refinished so it smelt like paint thinner, the website shows a hot tub and there wasn't one and the breakfast was pay only. The staff were excellent and very helpful and understanding.

The young during check in was awesome but no one explained you had to pay for parking daily. The room was clean and fresh. Now here’s where things went left. First and foremost this hotel has false advertisement, I booked this hotel thinking there’s complimentary breakfast which there was not, I also booked with the intention that I would go swimming but the pool water was green and you can see all the filth sitting in the bottom of the pool. Communication was poor overall, During checkout I was given a receipt with a total of $252 but my card was charged $276, the woman couldn’t explain why and also told me to my face that she in fact doesn’t see a transaction for $276 but today my account was credited $24. I would never book here again.

The thermostat didn’t do anything. I could barely sleep because it was hot and stuffy with a moldy odor. The bar was kind of a joke, no draft beer and we were served room temp shots.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable. I slept very well. But they charged $16 to park. The website said free parking. I asked the clerk about it, and she said they had changed their policy 6 weeks before but never updated the website.

Picked this hotel because of name brand I like to use and location. Location to places in Woodlands was excellent. Lobby was nice but room was outdated. Old style furniture and small tv. Bathroom outdated as well. Disappointed that breakfast buffet was priced at $18 and was charged $15 per day to self park in a basic outside lot. Had to ask front desk for housekeeping to clean room. They showed up after 3 pm. We were already getting ready to head out for dinner and concert. Expected more for name brand and price. My last stay at a Hampton Inn was much better.

This is a very comfortable hotel. I am not crazy about $12 a day for parking, and the ice machine on our floor was broken the closes one was leaking with a dirty towel placed to absorb water on the floor (reminded me of a cheap motel). That aside, this is a good place to stay for concerts at the Pavilion and shopping at the Woodlands.

I enjoyed staying here with my daughter for her first concert. I thought the staff could have been a little more friendly. The pool was really dirty. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Good place to stay when you have a concert at the Pavillion!

Old and my room smelled very bad. It was moldy and gross kind of smell.

First room we were put in smelled like pee. We’re just to another room. That room had black hair in the bathtub. Not sure we will be back.

Upon check in, no personality by the woman at the front desk. Prepaid for a King Room, got two doubles and the musty stench in the room and dirty carpets are disgusting. Outdated is mildly put. Late arrival and wanted to put on the TV for some background noise to unwind and it doesn’t work, none of the inputs do. Will never come back.

There were bed bugs in one of the beds. I showed the desk clerk !

Overall fine stay. Found dark hairs on my pillows when I arrived. Other than that, the room was clean. The lobby area was also clean and nice.

The hotel had obvious signs of "I don't care anymore" wear and tear. Wallpaper, all up and down the hall, peeling off the wall at the places where it connects. AC units that barely worked, or worked too well, with no in between. One moment the room was 78, the next it was 65... then back to 78 in 10 minutes without us touching the thermostat. They charged for parking in a non-covered parking area. They had a breakfast buffet that reminded me of a Holiday Inn, but they charged $17 a person for it. Lots of little reasons like this make me feel not quite like picking this hotel was a mistake, but more like it will be the last time I visit that hotel, as there are so many other options around that hopefully care more about their facilities, and the value they bring to their guests.

The staff is very nice but I had to switch rooms because the water pressure in the shower was very low and then in the second room the water shut off completely in mid shower. Also the tub was concave and I could not get stable footing. I don’t know how people don’t fall in their showers.

Loved that this property was within walking distance of Market Street & Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, but would have been better if sidewalk path had lighting for walking at night. Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable, as our room was humid and sticky (even with thermostat set at 60), and the king bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Housekeeping did a great job and room was very clean, but no recycling, and towels were replaced after one use even though we'd hung them to dry/reuse.

Lobby area was nice and updated but the room needs help and definitely needs a technology upgrade. No smart tv. No phone charger outlets and we didn’t bring the plug-in for our charger so we were out of luck with that. But it was quit and close to market street with sidewalks

The water in the shower gets lukewarm at best

We always stay at this hotel when we go to concerts. Great walking distance. Usually the hotel is perfect. This time there was no hot water, at night, after running for 30 minutes. In the morning there wasn’t any hot water either. When I told front desk they apologized and said that happens when they are fully booked. I would have liked some kind of discount especially for the price of the room.

I booked an accessible room for my husband who is in a wheelchair. I did not get an accessible room, and they were unable to move us. This created an unsafe situation for my husband and myself, having no grab bars in the RR, except for one by the step in bath tub.

my daughter and i came into town for a concert and stayed at the Hilton for the night. the whole experience was great. they made everything so easy and accommodating. the staff was so nice. i wish i had gotten the name of the guy that checked us in bc he was great!! the room i chose originally wasn't ready when we arrived but by offering us a different room he was able to get us the early check in i requested. also, the hilton app is a lifesaver while staying here. i will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town for a concert.

Breakfast was okay staff was very a matter of fact and ongoing unfriendly front desk staff specifically. I strongly feel that some people are passive aggressive with their ability to treat each guest with warm greeting and appreciation for choosing to stay at their establishment.

We knew the policy that you can’t check in till three but if the rooms are done then you should be able to check in to your room an hour early. I work for a resort and if we have the rooms done we mark them done. I asked them if they were cleaning 400 or more rooms in 45 minutes. There was no way something wasn’t finished. We waited and I went up to check for a room and oh she looked and only one just popped up. And she didn’t even bother telling us till I asked. The lady was very rude and seemed uninterested in us at all.

We booked this hotel specifically due to its proximity to the Woodlands marathon start line as we were running the half marathon. I booked through Expedia and selected and paid for the room with two queen beds as I went to the race with someone I was not OK sharing a bed with. I called the hotel DIRECTLY a couple days before check in to confirm the room was in reserved and we have two queen beds. The hotel confirmed. We arrive and are given a room with ONE king bed. I tell them that isn't what I reserved. They told me that their computer had me down for a King so the error was on the side of Expedia. I told them I called and spoke to the hotel just a couple days ago and they confirmed I had two beds. I was then told they had no more rooms with 2 beds so I either had to take the room we were given or they could try to book us at another hotel. So given the fact that this hotel was booked due to the distance to the start line, we didn't want to get moved to another hotel (and we were told they didn't even know if the other hotel had room - many places were sold out for the race). She also told me the hotel was overbooked. So at this point we had little choice but to stay. We requested an entire extra set of top sheet, blanket, and pillows to try to create a divider in the bed. Not sleeping well the night before running 13.1 miles isn't what we wanted but we were stuck. A bit later we get a knock on the door and housekeeping rolls in a twin bed so I guess they felt bad.

Customer service was impeccable. Everything was clean and staff was very kind.

to check in with my already booked itinerary guy said nope he accidentally overbooked so we were not happy at all . Will never go to another Hilton garden so we went on down the way and. Liked a room at Fairfield .

The stay itself was fine. No complaints. But I was charged an additional fee which after contacting the hotel was an accident that still hasn't been refunded to my card. The deposit at checkin that was supposed to be refunded still hasn't been refunded. So this has put a damper on my opinion of the hotel.

Great location. Walkable for concert at Cynthia Woods.

Very close to downtown area and shopping mall. Parked at ice rink near by and walked the waterway at night (Christmas Lights decorations). Welcomed by friendly staff ..and housekeeping was done daily.

My kids and I stayed for the Kesha concert. The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect and walking distance to everything we needed. The concert pavilion was a short 10 minite walk which made for an easy evening. The room was clean and comfortable as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay if you plan to watch concerts at the Woodlands Pavilion. 15 minute walk, lots of places to eat. Great location - it is off I-45. Clean, nice, not terribly expensive.

Overall good experience. Room smelled damp/musty. Had to pay for parking. Had to pay for breakfast, that said, the food was very good.

Very convenient location to our event. Easy parking and check in! The bar was open when we returned and we enjoyed the bartender and other guests enjoying themselves! Our only complaint was that the buffet breakfast was $18 so we decided to go out to breakfast for a higher quality meal that costs much less and made to order.

Excellant front desk staff. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in right before 3:00 but they immediately offered us another room so no wait. Very clean and quiet hotel. Great walking to the Cynthia Mitchell Pavillion. Not impressed with the (expensive) breakfast buffet (eggs and gravy were not hot) Didnt see the microwave until almost finished, otherwise could have heated the plate up - but it was our choice to try it. Overall it was great - would stay there again

Hotel was fine, a little tired. No free coffee was a big problem and the Houston water tastes like sulfer, couldn’t drink it.. Had to use bottled water. Would pick a newer hotel if we were to visit again.
