I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. Four days after I checked out, the hotel charged me for my room a second time, plus an additional random charge on top of the room cost and the incidental hold that was already expected. What made this even worse was the complete lack of answers or accountability. I spoke with two managers, a front desk employee, and eventually the General Manager, and not a single person could explain why these charges appeared. Instead, I was repeatedly told the money was “just being held,” despite the fact that the funds had already been removed from my bank account. The most disappointing part was the interaction with the General Manager. Rather than taking the issue seriously or attempting to resolve it, he was condescending and sarcastic. He even suggested I contact my bank because apparently the bank had somehow “randomly charged” me to give the hotel money, which made absolutely no sense and felt dismissive and insulting. Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel handles those mistakes matters. I would have appreciated transparency, professionalism, and someone actually taking ownership of the issue. Instead, I was treated like my concerns were an inconvenience. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
