I did not like all the extra charges this hotel tacks on. $ 8 for parking, $50 if we wanted to have the dogs with us, $19 for breakfast.. All these extra charges are not clearly stated on the website so we were not prepared for them. Will be very unlikely to stay here again.

In the lobby and hallway there was an overpowering smell of perfumed cleaner. It was terrible. Like being in a candle store or the applying powdered carpet cleaner. I was very unpleasant. Fortunately the room had a window which opened to make it bearable. Someone is trying to hard.

The room was fine, other than the hand soap dispenser and the shower gel container were completely empty. Thought housekeeping would have checked that before releasing a room for occupation. Wish I checked before I started my shower.

Spa was closed, lobby had clumps of mud on the floor, breakfast was not included in room rate, Suite had shuttered doors between bedroom and living area with gaps so not really private. Living area advertised as having sleeper sofa did not. Blackout curtains had huge gaps.

Like most hotels the mattress was terrible. I’m not exactly sure a nice bathroom and a good looking room is worth anything when you toss and turn all night. The AC kept clicking very loudly guess I should have put fan to constant. Charter/Spectrum were staying there and so they took 2-3 parking spaces per truck, there was probably 20 of their vehicles there. Pretty obnoxious. Otherwise no complaints, never turned on the tv, didn’t use the coffee or the microwave.

Stayed on the 4th floor and had some very noisy people above on the 5th floor. Reported it to the front desk about 11pm it slowed but got worse through out the night. Kids jumping and running pounding the floors. Others complained and knock on the door which included some yelling. Not a good night sleep.

Overall satisfied with the room, it was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast there one morning and the waiter was very attentive. The only complaint I have is that their cable/satellite would continuously lose the signal. I was grateful that the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Our room was clean, the king bed was substantially worn down, heater/cooling unit starter making horrible intermittent noises after running for a couple of hours. We had to shut it off completely. Luckily our room didn’t get cold. We had the blind shut and it sounded like hurricane winds happening. When we opened to see the weather there was a light breeze and clear skies. I’m not sure if it was coming through the broke heat/cooling unit or the actual window. We both had to use earplugs to try and block out the obnoxious high pitch whistle noise. Then the handles on the shower were loose. My husband has to tighten them just to get the doors open because they would not easily open on their tracks. We did notify front desk in the morning. Hope they cared enough to take the room out of service until those things are repaired. Staff were friendly.

They allowed me to check in 2 hours prior to the 3pm check in. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Our room had 2 queens, one of them was super squeaky.

Overall the rooms, the staff, were all excellent. You can hear everything around like a window was open Hear the guess above walking and the shower make you feel like you was in, it way to noisy.

Only issue was the man walking heavy on the floor on or above floor 3 most of the night. Oh and TV lost cable connection 10 or more time during shows and NFL game. That was irritating. .

The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. They were genuinely nice and would always greet you with a smile. I arrived about 10:30 pm for check in and it was a very quick and smooth check in, The breakfast was really good with a lot of options, including fresh fruit, and the server, Byron was such a great server and very attentive to our needs.

Hotel was overall really clean. Website stated free breakfast, but it was not free. The front desk agents were never by the front desk when I went by several times and even had to wait to check in and to be helped. The website also stated free parking, but I was charged $8 a day. Website needs to be updated. False information on there. I have stayed at this hotel before and the first time was a much better experience. No charge for parking or breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Got to the Hotel and the main entry was locked and no one was answering the phone . Mind you I did get there late around midnight buyer just had a long trip from out of state and my family and I couldn’t wait to get in our room and we had to wait a little longer because staff lock the doors because they were away from the desk . About less then 10 mins later a gentlemen finally let me in

I had a king bed accessible room reservation that was pepaid but they gave me a double queen standard and said they would not honor my reservation. Then the shower handle came apart when I turned it on. After we cleaned the mess from the shower handle and maintenance repaired it I asked the desk staff for some new towels and she gave me used dirty towels. She was rude about having an animal and she charged me the pet fee twice which I didn't notice until the morning desk lady checked us out.

Beautiful and clean property .so nice to have an upscale property that takes dogs! Most are dirty and smelly. My dog is very well behaved..i walked her and picked up after her and it was perfect. Thank you..wonderful staff and great breakfast!

Run down property. Monitors on the treadmills didn’t work. Motorized shade in room didn’t work. When I checked in the front desk person repeatedly told me what I could NOT get because I used a third party instead of book directly with my honors number. The restaurant breakfast was mediocre, coffee terrible and dinner worse. I was there for a training onsite- refreshments for the conference room were sad, bagels that were left all day, bags of chips and fruit bowl - also let out all day. You advertise complimentary breakfast…not at this location. I normally have cereal, toast, and coffee. This location has a small bar with those items. However we were not allowed to take any. The gentleman working gave us a menu - cooked items for 19.50 per person. I told him I just want the cereal and toast. He said there was no way to break that cost down (from 19.50). We paid a little over 400.00 dollars a night and not allowed to have cereal. What a shame. I’ve been telling people my story of my experience with Hilton hotels. I would like to talk to someone about this and our experience with a Hampton Inn (Hilton) the week prior!

The room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable so I needed to use extra padding. I was pretty shocked and upset about the price of the breakfast. Most hotels are still offering this breakfast for free and this hotel decided to charge $20 per person for a "buffet" that was the typical cereal, bagels, and mushy scrambled eggs from a carton and cheap frozen sausage sitting in vat. If they are going to charge that much, please make the food higher quality than McDonalds at least.
