It was nice, but they asked for a $75 charge to check in an hour early, and i didnt realize breakfast was only included with certain bookings till the morning. But the room was nice, the staff friendly, and i enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Conveintly located. Many resturants in the same parking lot as Hotel. Movie theatre as well. Shopping of all sorts. They serve breakfast in the lobby each morning. Good parking selection. Pool and Jacuzzi. Only downside is a small blowdryer (the kind that sucks your hair in if you have long hair) a bit disappointing that they don't offer a full size blowdryer for the nightly charge. Otherwise great hotel and staff!

I wasn't impressed for being the Hilton it was awful. Big water bugs and the pool had water bugs in it. No jets in the hot tub the card key has to keep trying to get in the building. All together I was Extremely disappointed for a Hilton experience.

I was very pleased with the staff from the moment we chexked in by Francisco, the pool bbq and clean space, the room was nice and well kept. We attended a wedding there and I must say the reception room, staff catering to the event, bar tender ans food was superb 👌 Everything around it was easy acccess: mall, movies, restaurant, gas! 🙌

This is a nice hotel, close to lots of shops and restaurants. However, they charge for parking which is ridiculous considering there are literally 1000s of empty parking spaces around. This hotel is in Palmdale, not New York City.

The room was very nice. The front desk gave me the wrong key for the room. I had to leave my bags in the hall and get another key. Then they charged me a $10 parking fee when I didn’t even drive I was not even asked if I drove. Waiting on the refund now. Then our room had a bad smell in it. So my daughter asked them about it and she was told. The smell travels. Sometimes it’s on this section of the hotel and sometimes it’s on the other side of the hotel.

Pool was super dirty. And the next day you would think they'd have it cleaned but it was even worse. So we didn't bother going in again, unfortunately. I also slipped and fell in the shower. The mat that's supposed to be on the tub floor was hanging in which I didn't see, and the minute I put my food in I slipped. Breakfast was good, had good options. Staff was very friendly, and hotel is very close to plenty of restaurants and to the mall. The room was just okay, nothing too fancy. I was really just there for the pool so the kids could enjoy, but it was just too dirty, it had cockroaches and eyelashes,hair and you could see grime. Would I go back?, no.

The staff were so friendly & they greeted you in the morning. The waitress for breakfast was very helpful & nice. I liked that it was a calm & quiet environment. The only rhing was cleanliness. The two beds in our room were dirty, you could see dirty (black marks) & like what would juice spilled look like, the entry way of the bathroom was dirty too, thw desk had residue from a a cup that was there before. I usually alwsys pass a disinfecting wipe where I put or lay my things, so I wasn't really bothered by that. But then we just asked for new set of sheets & they apologized & gave us new sheets & pillow cases.

This room was not worth the money paid at all. The bathroom was NOT clean. There was hair of all kinds on the bathroom floor in the corners and inside the shower. The fan in the bathroom didn't work so showering was pretty crappy since you couldn't breathe after five minutes. The door was SO loud i didn't want to go out of it worrying about disturbing the other guests. Wasn't really the experience that I had in mind at all. The staff with the exception of the young lady who checked me in were all very rude and short seemingly annoyed at being bothered to do their job. Won't be staying here again.

The room was wonderful. It was nice and cold and air-conditioned, which is great during this weather. Everything was very clean. The shower was excellent. We had plenty of extra towels. And it was really nice to have both of microwave and a mini fridge to put our food in. Would definitely come back again.

Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were here for a wedding and the location was perfect for the night before to eat at different restaurants. The room was clean. My only complaint is that the pillows were so flat and could not be fluffed.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Palmdale was for Business. I wanted to be located somewhere close to amenities such as restaurants and shopping, because many of the other hotels in the AV have you feeling like you're the only person around. That's not desirable for a woman traveling alone. I was up on the fourth floor, and immediately noticed a gross odor in the hallways, sort of mildew or unclean air filters in the ventilation? Not sure. The wallpaper on the hallways was peeling, and the carpet in the hall was dirty. My room itself was clean and well stocked with towels and pillows, however the "wood" furniture has definitely seen better days. The laminate is warped and peeling, and there are many water marks remaining from previous drinks sitting for too long. This property needs to be updated.

I had already checked out of the Hotel when I received a phone call from customer service at front desk Asking me if I had pets and I said yes and they advised me that I needed to be charged $75 for a pet fee after I had already checked out. I advised them when I checked in that I had pets and walked right by them with my cart with my luggage and my animals, and was never told anything about a pet fee would be charged. I had already been charged because I go to Hilton hotels all the time and I’ve never had an issue always Bring my two dogs.

I had booked two rooms online through hotels.com couple weeks in advanced to my stay. I arrive to the hotel late around 1 am, check in was whenever and I was in town for a family event. Upon arrival, the front desk NEVER mentioned I was only getting one room until he gave me the room key and I asked for the second. I was then informed of them being “overbooked” Leaving me stuck with one room, double bed for 5 guests. I never received an email, call or text to tell me I was only booked for one room. We were exhausted and had to stay. I had to call down to reception to get blankets and pillows as one guest was forced to sleep on the ground. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is the nice man that dropped off what I needed and even brought towels up knowing how many people were staying in one room. AC unit in my room was not working not allowing me to turn it off or on as needed. Being as many people as we were it was just awful experience especially when my family expected multiple rooms and enough space to rest.

horrible check in experience, they didn't have our rooms in their "system" the manager that day (didn't get her name because she didn't even bother coming to talk us) told her worker Adam that it was Expedia's problem and to contact them to find out why Hilton didn't have our reservation. I have been booking with Expedia for years at numerous properties and this is the first time I experienced this stressful situation. Thank goodness Expedia came through as always. Customer service at this hotel SUCKED!

My daughter had a tournament at the softball parks 6 minutes from this hotel. The location was convenient (close to the parks and a grocery store) and in walking distance of several restaurants. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament. Very accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay. Only thing is that I purchased breakfast with my package, but was told it didn’t show I paid. The girl came and brought me a bill of $65 to my table.

It was amazing. Very quiet.Very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was yummy. I was there for a fantastic wedding.Loved the free coffee in the lobby, you don't see this often in hotels anymore. Great job Hilton!

I chose it for room service, which it turned out they really didnt have and also it said pet friendly. I told them I had a service dog and they still charged me $75. Then told me they shouldnt have but couldnt refund the fee! Deceptive!!

We liked the price and lobby area, which was very nice. But right past the lobby, there were cracks in the tile. The elevator “help” sign was “Elp” and needed updating. The carpet was very worn and made the hallway smell like carpet shampoo. Scuff marks on outside of door. Free Breakfast was subject to your status with Hilton (I’m assuming) and we were told the next morning we were not eligible. What? Since when? Electronic key took many attempts (and we know how to use).
