Where to start....First, the receptionist was obviously having a personal phone call at the desk causing our check-in to be 20 minutes. Nice way to be welcomed. Second, the only elevator was broken and being replaced, never mentioned online OR CHECK-IN. And were were a party of 4 with 3 seniors having to walk up to the 4th floor with bags etc. Third, room had a heavy disinfectant odor. Microwave did not work. Bath was OK. We left the next day disgusted. Woodsprings corporate...you have a problem here and likely elsewhere in your chain.

Kitchen was not turned on. bed frame was for a queen mattress, but had a double mattress, leaving metal frame to manover over. New fixtures in bathroom with a plywood frame around sink. no bars in tub/shower! would never stay there again or recommend it. Price too high for what we got.
