elevator not working hot tub not working lights in room not working water extremely so hot will burn your flesh off

We love the hotel and stay a few times a year, staff are helpful, and try to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

The hotel is great. Sure it has some issues here and there but none are deal breakers for us. Love the location. Sooo many great restaurants and beach outlets close. The private beach is fantastic!

Lack of parking space. Very slow checking process although Front desk staff was attentive and polite. All resort amenities shut down by 6pm and not when the sun goes down. After 6pm there’s no much to do but to maybe enjoy the beach because most of the amenities except for pools were pretty much shut down. Not fun not enough time to enjoy the the slide or paddle boats amenities and big slide everything shut down way to early

The "resort fees" and $25/day parking fee were a huge turn off. This is a not a resort. It is a beach hotel. I felt like this was a bait and switch. I did not realize I would be paying another almost $400 for 6 nights. This lack of transparency makes it easy for us to never consider booking again in the future.
