The elevator went down the first night. Spent more time waiting for the elevator than I did for local activities. They had 3 elevators and only one worked. The stairs were no better very crammed not to mention there was only one set of stairs. Bad experience.

I rate this location a D- Dated, dirty, and dangerous. The rooms had clearly not been updated in a long time, the carpet was disgusting and tattered, and there was only 1 functional elevator for a 15 story hotel which created frustrating, dangerous, and inaccessible conditions. During check out I was unable to carry my bags down the stairs because they were too heavy and I waited 47 minutes for an elevator. Guests were overloading elevators because of the desperation of not having adequate options, despite warnings posted on the door to only have 5 guests at a time. To make things worse when I tried to address with Hilton they didn’t really seem phased. I regret booking here and would not recommend booking here.

My room was ok. It had a splatter of something on the lamp shade and in the bathroom when arrived. No conditioner in the shower. The gym was okay except the treadmills sucked. Out of 3 only one worked properly. Property was kind of dirty too. Staff was cool.

This hotel is in a great location, walkable to the grocery, restaurants and nearby attractions. The staff were so friendly and excellent! The facilities are older and non-working elevators created a lot of wait-time and disruption to the weekend. At one point, my husband waited almost 40minutes to get on an elevator to the 11th floor. Upon checkout Sunday morning, many folks were carrying their bags down flights of stairs, because they could not get on an elevator. It's a real problem and makes return to this hotel very unlikely until the elevators are repaired and all in working order.

Sheets was really dirty someone left the inside leafs from their cigar tucked in the sheets a when I got in ready to get in the bed it was thrown everywhere. When I called the front desk they didn’t seem to care they literally dropped off new bedding and told us to just change the sheets ourselves. The most uncomfortable night ever

While the location was great and the staff were very nice, our room was so musty/moldy that it immediately cause asthma issues for me. We stayed because we only needed one night, but any longer and the strong mold would have made me sick. The room was so damp, the floor felt damp, the bedding felt damp and our clothes INSIDE our suitcase were damp when we got home.

This was nothing like the pictures the entire hotel was old, smelly, and just not it. The tv didn’t even work when we got there, the bath still had water in the tub, and the sheets felt damp. The entire hotel smelled weird also. Very dissatisfied

The whole hotel was filthy. The carpet in the bedroom smelled dirty and disgusting. The furniture in the room looked like something picked up off the side of the road. Only one out of the three elevators was working our whole stay. There were beer cans and garbage in the bushes by the pool for days. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Would not recommend this place.

While the property was perfect for getting to and from the Indy car race track, our room was disappointing. For a room that cost almost $900/night to be placed next to the three running elevators was terrible. When I tried to change the room location, they told me they were booked (expected that) and no other rooms were available. Not happy with that.

Hotel was relatively old, but assistant service manager was the worst experience. We had next door banging loud music and screaming starting 2am, and I had to go downstairs to complain. The next day during check out, this assist manager showed absolutely no empathy or being apologetic, instead gave the snobby comments and was truly rude. Name is Alex Wahl. I didnt expect a Hilton stay, especially in St Pete to be so bad. Needless to say i will definitely stay away going forward. Not worth a 2nd chance.

I won’t be too tough as it is a budget friendly hotel but that’s about the last of the positive. 445 pm and room was not ready…the good news was they reassured me by also explaining that there was no eta…this was also after waiting 30 min in line to find this out…and we had 20min to check in and get ready for a wedding which we had to do in a lobby bathroom and a friends room. But at least all we needed the room for was to sleep after the wedding which was fine….they made up for it all though with the $45 valet which took over 20min and when getting into our vehicle, found buckets of sweat on all the leather, center console, seat and door…literally everywhere…had to go back into the hotel and ask for a towel to clean it up! Brutal lol I’ve staid here before and just as bad of an experience. Good price and you REALY get what you pay for here…

Cynthia and the rest of the staff were very professional, polite, and treated me like family! I’ve never had any issues when I stay there, this is why I continue to stay there. It’s very rare to have a perfect check in and check out! Have to give a shout out to the valet guys, they’re also very polite, & professional!

Check in is at 4pm....and no booked rooms were ready for anyone (There were long lines at the counters with persons sitting all around the area waiting on their room). They began offering folks free appetizers and drinks at the bar. When the time got past 6pm they started offering downgraded rooms with free valet and late check out, which we accepted because it was getting late and we had a function to attend that night. The room we originally booked was a suite, as we had our two kids with us, and needed the space. We ended up in a very small room with two double beds. The hallways and elevators smelled old and disgusting. We will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Just a basic Hilton, nothing special. On-site parking is Valet only $45. No ice machines. Front desk check in was awful. Rude people at Valet and Front Desk. It appears this Hilton doesn't follow or care about the Hilton experience. Someone call Paris please!

I have never received such terrible service from a hotel ever in my life, I’ve talked to various people to figure out how to fix the situation of the mist treatment and I was told I was going to get a refund now I have other people from Hilton contacting me telling me otherwise. My money needs to be refunded. I didn’t even stay one night there. I ended up leaving and staying overnight in my vehicle at a rest stop because of the treatment I received from the staff at that facility.

Nicely positioned to most downtown activities in Saint Petersburg, this hotel is clean, modern and spacious. The common areas are comfortable and accessible. Check in was easy, parking not so much as the required valet system was overloaded at 4PM. Our room was clean and well supplied. The elevators were slow and a bit worn looking. The pool area was lovely.

Clean and attractive property. Easy and quick check-in. Room is spacious and comfortable and has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom is clean. Surrounding area looks safe and walkable without much vehicular traffic. No noise issue. Bed is too soft for me but will be perfect for someone who likes a soft mattress. Valet parking only for $45/night. Street parking is available but who wants to feed quaters to the parking meter every 3 hours. Great breakfast buffet with lots of selections for $27. The grocery store Publix is one street over behind the hotel. Bank of America with ATM is next to Publix.

Location was superb along the Bay and near the theater. However, I am so tired of hotels using COVID as an ongoing excuse to reduce services but maintain HIGH room charges. It's time to get back to near pre-COVID business policies or the hotels will completely go out of business as we choose alternative stays. We were told we MUST use valet, this was a lie as there was a garage for theater parking next door that we could have used. The carpet in the room was dirty!! Off-time could be used to clean carpets. The ceiling was flaking in several areas...yeah it's Florida but you have to maintain. The tile in the corners and along edges were dirty! We were told the restaurant was open but it was dark and empty at 6pm, then the front desk told us to go to the bar...we waited 10 minutes with 3 other patrons also waiting and no one ever showed or asked us for help. Went back to front desk where 3 people were chatting and was told there was one bartender for all food and drinks. Be honest then!! We left and went out to dinner before the show but were rushed because of the hotel's poor service and lack of acknowledgement of guests needs. Might as well have stayed at an air B&B for the night.

We enjoyed staying at this Hilton. It’s very convenient to the bayfront. The Saturday farmer’s market across the street was great! The hotel is a little older, but I found the room to be very clean and the staff friendly. The bar on the main floor had excellent food and drinks. There was no self parking at the hotel and the valet parking, if you were staying there overnight, was quite expensive. I wish there was a better option for this. Between the parking fees and the “daily resort fee”, a good bit was added to the bill total.
