This is obviously a very old and ill maintained hotel property. And as such, the price is low, but I still expect a certain level of cleanliness. The room was filthy! The bathroom tub hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, and the towels were filthy! They had visible yellow stains! I drip-dried rather than use them on my skin. The bed was loosely made and while the sheets appeared clean, the comforter was definitely not. As for the property, the office was a shambles, and the pool was green and dirty (it was closed). The staff were nice though, so no complaints there.

I booked for 4 people with two queen beds. Beds were not queen and i had to get an air bed. Floor was dirty. Pool was closed. Looks nice only on the photo.

This property has potential, but it is way too far from it. The first impresion of the property once you arrive is questionable. People in surrounding areas like parking lot, seating in front of their rooms and the pool looks questionable. Photos are professionally taken, but the place real life is far far away from the photos. The basics or foundation, or better say.. expectations of a hotel/motel that is cleaning, organization, safety, appearance, it all failed with this hotel. Even the admin office ladies, they were really nice, but the came in to check me in with a 2xxl shirt and cigarettes. The room itself smell like cigarette. I am being pllite and respectful with this review, but what i say it is the reality. After a police officer knock at our door asking if i heard a fight next door, we decided to expend more koney and go to a real hotel. We ended up leaving after 4 hours.

The floor of the room was filthy. The tub rusty and in poor condition. The hot water at the tub runs continuously. The pool is broken and the deck around the pool and stairs to the second floor filthy. The furniture in the room wobbly. The Refrigerator, microwave and TV were good. Bed ok, too soft for my taste but ok.

The outside of the motel was in good condition. My room was not in good condition. Everything that was metal was rusty. Window sills were dirty. The kitchenet was so-so. but felt unclean. Bed was comfortable. Tv had streaming channels only, but was okay. The cleaning lady and her husband lived in the next room. They both smoked. Each morning about 6:30am you could hear them outside coughing and hacking Good hot water. I didn't use the pool.

the rooms were terrible, the closets had no doors and one room had no door, 2 of TV 's didn't work, and the one that work the remote control didn't work,and had no volume.Over all didn't look clean and need repairs and need painting. It had roaches and a rats. The entire rooms needed updated.

The toilet was clogged the first time I used it. The bathtub was so filthy I could not take a shower. And I have taken showers at grey hound stations with my flip flops on. This was worse.

Check in went very well. They let me check in at 11:00am, even though check ln wasn't until 3:00. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was as basic as could be. A VERY hard bed in a very small room. The water in the tub couldn't be shut off, so it ran constantly and formed a layer of mold in the tub.

I got the delux room for the same price as a regular room. The delux room is basically an apartment with full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and bath. I'll stay there again next time i need a spot for the night.

This stay in st Pete was terrible! Dirty and no one was even at the front office… it was over all terrible… I didn’t feel safe at all and we ended up not even staying there!

Got there and didn’t even have a room for us. Said they were overbooked. Had to jump through hoops to find somewhere else to stay. Then had the nerve to charge me still.Thats what you get when you book online.

The property was unsafe and the room was unclean. There was no staff present upon arrival.I had to locate a staff member to check-in and then she disappeared after I check-in. Expedia should have these properties inspected before placing them on their website. This property was definitely not what was represented on the website.

The hotel is absolutely terrible. The office closes at 10pm and although they live at the hotel, they do not respond to check in. The outside is very run down and smells. A dump.

This place is a dump. The pictures are very misleading. I thought this would be a retro style motel but in actuality it needs to be torn down. People creeping all hours of the night, smoke detectors going off at 1am, sounds of people having sex when you walk out of the room. We were afraid to get in the bed for fear of bed bugs. The front desk attendant had to be woken up for us to check in bc no checkins after 10pm. They never answered the phone to verify my reservation. We will NEVER stay here again and I strongly suggest anyone thinking about staying here to reconsider.

The hotel wasn't well lite. Cars were parked all over. The pictures didn't match what we saw. The rooms had window shakers for the A/C. It looked unsafe. We did NOT stay there.It looks like it should be condemned. I would rather lose the money than have to sleep there one night.

The property was in terrible condition. The grounds were filthy and covered in graffiti, the water wasn’t running, and the pool was closed. I arrived at waited 30 minutes but noone was around in the office. Ihad to contact hotels.com to get them to call and find the worker. The olace was very sketchy. Kids were looking in cars. A lady was drunk walking around looking for someone. There were obvious(smell) of drugs being done in s room across from the pool. A few lights were out. There was a sex worker by the front entrance. There was someone selling drugs in a car begind the building. It seemed lawless and wild. I could not stay as i was scared. I did not get a refund either. Stay away. Sleep in your car before you go here.
