Room was clean the bed was way to soft. Me or my wife didn’t slept much of the night. You advised shuttle service to the airport and we took for granted we could leave our car in your parking lot. We were able to park at the airport for less money parking was the main reason we chose your hotel

The only fault I had with the entire experience was the elevator. The button wouldn't work on the 4th floor and the elevator felt a little unstable. There were only two of us with one suitcase and the floor dropped every tine when stepped in. Fantastic experience. I'm planning to come back for a Cleveland date weekend.

Our first room had an obviously dirty toilet. We were moved and the front desk agent apologized but we never heard a word from the property manager even though we were told it would be sent to whomever that might be. Otherwise, the hotel had a light restoration so it looks good in photos but is clearly in rough shape in person. The indoor pool was cold and also in rough (crumbling) shape. The elevators made enough sketchy sounds and jerks to make me use mostly just the stairs. On the bright side, breakfast and parking were good but that's all I can say positive.

Called the number associated with the property to inquire if there was a fee for leaving vehicle onsite during trip as it didn't show a fee online. The person who answered the phone said he would check, and he then told me there was no fee. Upon checking in, I was advised it cost $15 per night to leave the car. As i reached out for support, customer service called it a "misunderstanding" and dropped my call three times. Staff answering the phone should relay accurate information, and if not, the hotel should stand behind information that was used to base a decision on.

The room was for the most part clean. There was a wrapper from little kids snacks behind the bed and a few crumbs. But, everything else looked clean. The website doesn’t say anything about the pool being renovated, my kids were planning to swim, so that was a let down. Otherwise everyone was nice for the most part, and we didn’t have any trouble during our stay.

We stayed one night. Staff was friendly, room was clean. There were a couple of things that should be addressed by maintenance. Discolered ceiling tile over the shower head, also the ceiling vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. Bathroom seemed cramped overall, the door barely missed the countertop. If someone was just a little wide, they would need to turn sideways to get in and out. I also was surprised to get charged a deposit upon check in, as i do not remember reading that would be the case. Overall a good hotel, breakfast was organized well, and kept nice and clean.

It was clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad…normal Hampton Inn breakfast. The bed was comfortable; however, the room and bathroom were small. Additionally, I find the charge of $75 as a pet charge for one night to be obscene. We have been traveling for weeks and I understand a change, but $75 is too much.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Hands down the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on!! You should sell them. I’d buy them for every room in my house. Very quiet room despite being right by the elevator. 10/10 recommend and will 100% stay here if my kids ultimately choose to go to Baldwin Wallace.

newer facility, fresh, clean-bathroom smallest ever (who uses the tub anymore? had walkin shower with reasonable space in a different hampton-north olmsted? was great), beds too soft- desk right next to/too close to ac unit, cant see tv from desk because of tall cabinet between desk and tv, otherwise great place-would stay again

The auditor was arguing with the lady who was checking us in. She wouldn’t let her put us in an available room because she was saving it for someone. We were checking in at 6:30 and she asked us to come back in an hour to get our room. It was very unprofessional and rude.

When I checked in and I explained my son has autism and need some accommodations the agent was being very rude about it. I wanted to leave but my son started crying and the money is nonrefundable so we stayed and I felt so uncomfortable the whole weekend the only employee that made my son comfortable was the young man that works 3rd shift he was such a sweetheart I will never go back

The cleaning personnel were very nice and helpful. The property needs some TLC. Very conveniently located. 20 minutes from Cleveland. 5 minutes from the Airport and Baldwin Wallace.

We stayed at this property because our flight was postponed overnight at the last minute. Very close to the airport. Easy reservation and check in process. Many places to eat and shop within very close proximity. The property was quiet. Free self parking. We had to leave around 6am so we missed the full breakfast but they had a sack breakfast so we could take it with us. Check out was quick and easy. This was a very good value for the money.

It's quiet there, and the front desk was polite and accommodating. However, the shower head was broken and the grab bar in the shower was half pulled out of the wall and loose, just begging for an accident. The place is old and tired looking, and the breakfast was low in quality. Needs updating, and some fresh energy.
